The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, determining the straight line position of the wood board to be punched and marking, then respectively leaning the second positioning plate 6 and the first positioning plate 1 against two adjacent sides of the wood board, the slide plate 2 is then slid so that the first wear ring 8 and the second wear ring 15 are in the line of the desired hole, whereupon the third fastening bolt 22 is fastened, the slide plate 2 is slid along the steel rule 5 to a hole-punching position, whereupon the first fastening bolt 10 is fastened, then, the sliding blocks 11 slide to other punching positions along the steel ruler 5, the second fastening bolts 17 are fastened at the moment, the punching positions can be directly determined according to the scales on the steel ruler 5, the punching drill can sequentially extend into the first wear-resistant ring 8 and the second wear-resistant ring 15 for punching, after punching is finished, the device can be detached from the wood board by loosening the first fastening bolt 10 and the second fastening bolt 17.
