the piston rod of the stabilizing hook lifting cylinder 27 is extended, the stabilizing hook 26 is lifted upwards to hook the car body, when the stabilizing hook 26 is contacted with the limiting table 23, the piston rod of the stabilizing hook lifting cylinder 26 is extended continuously, the stabilizing hook lifting cylinder 26 starts to move downwards, the front fixing frame 28 is stressed to compress the front reset spring 32, the bottom surface of the supporting leg of the frame body of the front fixing frame 28 is contacted with the ground, the piston rod of the stabilizing hook lifting cylinder 26 is extended continuously, the front end of the whole device is supported by the front fixing frame 28, the front fixing frame 28 continues to compress the front reset spring 32, the front end of the whole device moves upwards to drive the stabilizing hook 26 to move upwards, when the front reset spring 32 is compressed in place, the lower surface of the square hole of the front fixing frame 28 is contacted with the upper surface of the base 22, the stabilizing hook 26 hooks the lower edge of the open car 34, and at the moment, the front end of the whole repairing device is fixed.
The piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 of the rear fixing frame extends out, the upper surface of the piston rod props against the cross beam 24, the lifting cylinder 31 of the rear fixing frame moves downwards, the rear fixing frame 29 moves downwards, the rear reset spring 35 is compressed, the bottom surfaces of the supporting legs of the rear fixing frame 29 are contacted with the ground, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 of the rear fixing frame continues to extend out, the rear reset spring 35 is compressed, the rear fixing frame 29 supports the rear part of the whole device to move upwards, the lower surface of a square hole of the rear fixing frame 29 is contacted with the upper surface of the base 22, and then the reset spring 35 cannot be compressed, so that the rear end of the whole repairing device is fixed.
The recovery motor 15-3 of the pull-back device 15 is turned on, the spool 15-1 rotates, the nylon wire 15-2 drags the traction seat 4 at the lower end of the impact hammer body 2, the impact hammer body 2 is pulled to a designated position, the stop arm 9 is clamped in the limit groove 3 under the action of the tension spring 11, and the impact hammer body 2 is locked;
the piston rod of the spring pressurizing cylinder 17 is extended to pressurize the energy storage spring 16, the energy storage spring 16 is compressed in the limit guide sleeve 14, and the compression amount is adjusted by observing the damage deformation degree of the side door 33.
The driving device of the ejection thumb wheel 12 is opened, the ejection thumb wheel 12 is driven to rotate, the ejection thumb wheel 12 dials the stop arm 9 to two sides, the stop arm 9 leaves the limit groove 3 of the impact hammer body, the impact hammer body 2 is acted by the pressurized energy storage spring 16 to convert elastic potential energy into kinetic energy, the impact hammer body 2 impacts the deformation part of the side door 33 along the axial direction in the front stable frame 5 and the rear stable frame 6, the side surface of the impact hammer body 2 contacts with the guide bearing 7 during ejection, friction force is reduced, impact accuracy is improved, and finally the spring pressurizing cylinder 17 is retracted.
