Abstract
The invention discloses a novel handle production process, which comprises the following steps: handle: selecting handle materials, melting, die-casting and polishing; a handle cover: plate selection, stamping treatment, hydraulic treatment, welding treatment, polishing treatment, decontamination treatment, color plating treatment, wire drawing treatment, cleaning treatment, paint spraying treatment and assembly to obtain a finished product. The production process of the handle has the advantages of low production cost, simple processing technology, good quality, no pollution during the processing, no influence on the surrounding environment and environmental protection.
