Before punching, the air cylinder 28 is started, the workpiece 100 is clamped on the workbench 1 through the first clamping plate 32 and the second clamping plate 33, and then the motor 3 is started to drive the punch assembly 6 to punch the workpiece 100. When the stroke of the punch assembly 6 is to be adjusted, the knob can be screwed so that the screw 18 rotates, and due to the threaded connection between the screw 18 and the connecting shaft 17, the screw 18 rotates to drive the connecting shaft 17 to move along the screw 18, so that the position of the sliding block 16 in the sliding groove 15 can be changed, the effective rotating radius of the second connecting rod 11 relative to the central line of the crankshaft 4 can be quickly adjusted, and the stroke adjustment of the punch assembly 6 is completed.
