The working principle is as follows: the whole winding trend of the aluminum sheet is that the aluminum sheet is led out from the unwinding roller 201, is guided into the middle of the first group of rolling rollers 404 through the first group of guide rollers 301, then is continuously guided into the middle of the first group of vibrating rollers 505, is guided into the middle of the second group of rolling rollers 404 through the second group of guide rollers 301, is continuously guided into the middle of the second group of vibrating rollers 505, is guided into the middle of the oil absorption roller 608 through the third group of guide rollers 301, and is guided into the outer circle of the winding roller 701 through the fourth group of guide rollers 301 to be wound;
before the aluminum foil rolling machine works, the heating rod 403 is started to heat the surface of the rolling roller 404, the vibration motor 502 and the electrostatic spray pipe 603 are started at the same time, the vibration roller 505 vibrates together after the vibration motor 502 is started, the electrostatic spray pipe 603 is started to spray electrostatic ions to the surface of the oil absorption roller 608, so that the surface of the oil absorption roller 608 carries static electricity, the oil absorption roller 608 has electrostatic adsorption force, when the aluminum foil is heated to a certain temperature, the aluminum foil is introduced between the rolling rollers 404 to be rolled, the rolled aluminum foil is introduced between the vibration rollers 505, in the vibration process of the vibration roller 505, stress in the aluminum foil is dispersed, the aluminum foil is rolled into a sheet and then introduced into the oil removal cover 601, at the hot spray pipe seat 604, the surface of the aluminum foil is heated, so that the lubricating oil on two sides of the aluminum foil is in an active state and is more easily separated from the aluminum foil, when the aluminum foil passes through the oil absorption roller 608, the lubricating oil on two sides of the aluminum foil is adsorbed to the outer circular surface by the oil absorption roller 608, when the oil suction roller 608 is turned over to the electrostatic adsorption oil guide groove 607, the lubricant on the surface of the oil suction roller 608 is sucked into the electrostatic adsorption oil pipe 606, so that the surface of the oil suction roller 608 is restored to a smooth state, and the process is repeated, thereby completing oil removal.
