That is, the balloon expandable member 20 is mainly composed of an inner layer capsule 201 and an outer layer capsule 202, the inner layer capsule 201 is sleeved on the proximal end of the inner tube 101, the outer layer capsule 202 is positioned outside the inner layer capsule 201, and two ends of the outer layer capsule 202 are sealed and molded with two ends of the inner layer capsule 201, so that an inflatable space can be formed between the inner layer capsule 201 and the outer layer capsule 202. In addition, the outer envelope 202 has the first expansion portion 2021 and the second expansion portion 2022 arranged at intervals in the axial direction, when the inflation space is inflated, the first expansion portion 2021 and the second expansion portion 2022 expand outward, and the connection between the first expansion portion 2021 and the second expansion portion 2022 cannot expand due to the restriction of the collar, so that the first expansion portion 2021 and the second expansion portion 2022 can be made to abut against the inner wall of the pharynx after expansion, respectively, and thus, with the above-described structure, the above-described first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 can be easily formed, the structure is simple, and the first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 can be ensured to expand when the inflation is performed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bendable deformation tube 10 comprises an inner tube 101 and an outer tube 102, wherein the inner tube 101 is adapted to be passed through by the gastroscope tube 60, and the outer tube 102 is slidably sleeved outside the inner tube 101. In the pharyngeal expansion process using the pharyngeal expansion device for gastroscopy of an elderly patient, after the proximal end of the bendable and deformable tube 10 is inserted into the pharynx of the patient, the balloon expander 20 may be inflated by the inflation assembly 40, so that the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 on the balloon expander 20 are inflated, and the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 are abutted against the inner wall of the pharynx. Because the inflation amount is difficult to accurately control when the inflation assembly 40 is inflated, and accordingly, after the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 are inflated to a certain extent and are abutted against the inner wall of the pharynx, it is difficult to control the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 to further expand to a smaller extent, and in this case, the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 are not suitable for large-scale inflation, and are easy to cause discomfort to a patient, even damage to the pharynx due to excessive pressure, so in order to control the inflation of the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 to a small extent, in this embodiment, the proximal end of the balloon expander 20 is connected with the inner tube 101, the distal end of the balloon expander 20 is connected with the proximal end of the outer tube 102, and the inner tube 101 and the outer tube 102 can relatively slide, and can push the inner tube 101 to relatively slide after the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22 are inflated to a certain extent and are abutted against the inner wall of the pharynx, and further can push the balloon 102 and further expand the balloon 20 from the middle to squeeze the first balloon H21 and the outer tube 101 to the two ends to the small extent, thus the problem that the pressure of the pharynx can be prevented from being damaged by the small-scale can be solved, and the problem of the inflation can be avoided by adjusting the small-scale between the inner tube and the outer tube 101 and the outer tube 102.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the outer layer capsule 202 further includes a first backup portion 203, the first backup portion 203 is connected between the first expansion portion 2021 and the one end of the inner layer capsule 201, and a first backup capsule H23 is defined between the first backup portion 203 and the inner layer capsule 201; the first standby pressure bag body H23 is communicated with the first bag body H21, and the diameter of the first standby pressure bag body H23 is smaller than that of the first bag body H21.
Correspondingly, the outer layer capsule 202 further comprises a second standby pressing part 204, the second standby pressing part 204 is connected between the second expansion part 2022 and the other end of the inner layer capsule 201, and a second standby pressing capsule H24 is defined between the second standby pressing part 204 and the inner layer capsule 201; the second standby pressure bag body H24 is communicated with the second bag body H22, and the diameter of the second standby pressure bag body H24 is smaller than that of the second bag body H22.
That is, the balloon expander 20 has a first backup portion 203 and a second backup portion 204 at both ends thereof, and a first backup balloon H23 and a second backup balloon H24 are provided inside the first backup balloon H23 and the second backup balloon H24, respectively, the first backup balloon H23 being in communication with the first balloon H21, and the second backup balloon H24 being in communication with the second balloon H22.
When the outer tube 102 and the inner tube 101 slide relatively, the first pressure-preparing capsule H23 and the second pressure-preparing capsule H24 are compressed, and the gas in the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22 in the middle flows into the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22, so that the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22 can be expanded, in other words, the first pressure-preparing capsule H23 and the second pressure-preparing capsule H24 are adopted, the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22 can be ensured to be stably and reliably expanded during small-amplitude expansion adjustment, and the deformation of the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22 in the axial direction is small, so that the contact area between the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22 and the pharynx is kept unchanged due to the axial deformation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the proximal end of the inner tube 101 has a first flange 1011 protruding radially outward, the distal end of the outer tube 102 has a second flange 1021 protruding radially outward, and the balloon extender 20 is sandwiched between the first flange 1011 and the second flange 1021.
In this embodiment, the air bag expanding member 20 is disposed between the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021, and the first blocking edge 1011 is located at the proximal end of the inner tube 101, and the second blocking edge 1021 is located at the proximal end of the outer tube 102, when the inner tube 101 and the outer tube 102 slide relatively, the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021 slide relatively, and when the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021 are relatively close, both ends of the air bag expanding member 20 can be extruded, so that the air in the first pressure-preparing capsule H23 and the second pressure-preparing capsule H24 flows into the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22, and the expansion of the first capsule H21 and the second capsule H22 is micro-regulated.
In one embodiment of the invention, a rotation adjustment member 50 is further included, the rotation adjustment member 50 being pivotally provided on the bite member 30 about its own axis, and the rotation adjustment member 50 having a threaded hole.
The distal end of the inner tube 101 has an external thread 1012 that mates with the threaded hole, the proximal end of the rotation adjuster 50 abuts against the distal end of the outer tube 102, and when the rotation adjuster 50 rotates, the outer tube 102 is pushed by the rotation adjuster 50 to slide relative to the inner tube 101.
In this embodiment, the knob adjusting member is in threaded engagement with the distal end of the inner tube 101, and the proximal end of the knob adjusting member abuts against the distal end of the outer tube 101, so that the knob adjusting member can move along the axial direction of the inner tube 101 by rotating the knob adjusting member, and when the knob adjusting member moves, a pushing force can be generated on the distal end of the outer tube 102, so that the outer tube 102 and the inner tube 101 are forced to slide relatively, and thus, the air bag expanding member 20 can be adjusted in a small amplitude.
