The leak-proof baby diaper according to claim 1, wherein the outer sides of the first waistband portion, the first folding portion, the absorption core portion, the second folding portion and the second waistband portion are breathable bottom films, the inner sides of the first waistband portion, the first folding portion, the absorption core portion, the second folding portion and the second waistband portion are cotton velvet inner surface layers, the water absorption core body is adhered between the breathable bottom film located in the absorption core portion and the cotton velvet inner surface layers, the tail end of the interval blocking strip is fixedly arranged on the cotton velvet inner surface layers, and the interval blocking strip is adhered to the breathable bottom film.
