The working principle of the invention is as follows: during assembly, the first iron bed 2, the second iron bed 3, the supporting frame 5 and the bedstead main body 1 can be fixed into a whole by using the fixing clamping sleeve 6, and then the limiting block 33 is propped by the propping spring 34, so that the locking clamping rod 31 can be propped into the locking clamping groove 32 formed by the fixing clamping block 13, and the fixing stability of the first iron bed 2 and the second iron bed 3 can be improved.
When a user needs to sit on the first iron bed 2 and the second iron bed 3, the transmission rod 18 is connected through the first connecting seat 17, the user can hold the shaking handle 20, the shaking handle 20 is rotated to drive the threaded rotating rod 22 to rotate, the adjusting rod 21 is driven to stretch and retract through the matching of the threaded rotating rod 22 and the threaded connecting groove 23, the adjusting rod 21 is driven to stretch and retract through the matching of the limit sliding block 24 and the limit sliding groove 25, the second connecting seat 19 is pushed to drive the adjusting bed plate 16 to move synchronously, the angle of the adjusting bed plate 16 can be changed through the connecting arm 15, and after the adjusting bed plate 16 is tilted, the user can lean against the seat conveniently, so that the practicability of the device is effectively improved.
The processing method of the assembled double-layer iron frame bed comprises the following steps of:
s1, according to a design drawing, after the iron frame is cut into a required shape, machining parts such as a bedstead, support legs and a backup plate of a bed body, and then post-polishing the parts to obtain an integral frame, and then placing the parts;
s2, placing the iron frame on a workbench, cleaning the iron frame, then spraying paint on the iron frame integrally, clamping the iron frame, and then placing the iron frame into a drying room to dry paint of the iron frame;
s3, according to a design drawing, the whole is assembled by buckling a fixed clamping block 13 arranged on the first iron bed 2 and the second iron bed 3 in a fixed clamping sleeve 6 arranged on the outer walls of the bedstead main body 1 and the support frame 5, and the transmission case 9 is installed at a connecting clamping seat 8 for assembly;
s4, testing whether the first iron bed 2 and the second iron bed 3 can be used or not by rotating the shaking handle 20, electrifying a servo motor 26 in the transmission case 9 by an external power supply, checking whether the transmission case 9 is normally used or not, attaching a check qualification certificate to the whole structure after the check qualification, and marking a check date;
s5, installing a matched foam board on the outer wall of the integral frame, packaging qualified products, and placing the packaging box in a warehouse for storage after packaging.
