9. The bovine hoof traction device of claim 7, wherein the width of the first bovine hoof pre-positioning is less than the width of the second bovine hoof pre-positioning.

The bovine hoof traction device of claim 7, wherein the width of the bovine hoof support site increases and decreases from a predetermined position adjacent to the first bovine hoof to a predetermined position adjacent to the second bovine hoof, and wherein the maximum width of the bovine hoof support site is greater than the width of the second bovine hoof.
