一种频点测量方法及相关设备,测量方法包括:在用户设备有省电需求的情况下,对M个第一频点进行测量,其中,对M个第一频点进行测量的耗电量低于对N个第一频点进行测量的耗电量,对N个第一频点进行测量是在用户设备无省电需求的情况下进行的,N为正整数,N大于或等于M,第一频点的第一优先级大于第二频点的第二优先级,第二频点为用户设备的当前服务小区所在频点。该测量方法可降低用户设备的耗电量。
