本公开涉及上行控制信息发送方法,包括:确定多个PUCCH在时域上存在重叠,其中,每个所述PUCCH分别承载不同优先级的上行控制信息;将每个所述PUCCH分别承载的不同优先级的上行控制信息合并;确定目标PUCCH,其中,所述目标PUCCH的时域结束位置不晚于优先级最高的所述上行控制信息所在的PUCCH的时域结束位置;通过所述目标PUCCH发送合并后的上行控制信息。本公开通过目标PUCCH发送合并后的上行控制信息,不会晚于通过优先级最高的上行控制信息所在的PUCCH发送优先级最高的上行控制信息,从而确保优先级最高的上行控制信息不会被延迟发送。
