Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that embodiments of the present application may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
In the related art, if a user wants to send data to another user through a terminal, the user needs to know the account number of a certain instant messaging application of the other party, and adds the other party as a friend in the instant messaging application, and then the data can be sent to the other party, or needs to know the email address of the other party and then send the data to the other party through email, which is inconvenient for the user, and cannot be realized if the user wants to send the data to the other party without adding friends or sending email.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for implementing a data service, which may automatically connect to a preset server when two users make a call through a terminal, where the preset server feeds back to the two terminals when call matching is successful on the two terminals, so that the two terminals may implement data interaction through the preset server in the process of call, which is equivalent to allocating a data service channel to the two terminals, so that the two terminals may perform data interaction through the data service channel, where the data network channel may be a TCP network channel or other network channels. In this way, in the process of communication between two users, if data such as a file, a picture or a video needs to be sent, the data can be sent through the preset server. The connection between the two terminals and the preset server is automatically performed after the telephone is connected, and the connection is automatically interrupted after the telephone is hung up so as to prevent other information leakage and other conditions, and the connection is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, a method for implementing a data service provided in an embodiment of the present application is described.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for implementing a data service, including:
step 101, the first terminal 11 monitors its own call state.
Step 102, the second terminal 12 monitors its own call state.
The first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 are two terminals having a call function, such as a mobile phone, a telephone watch, a tablet computer, and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the first terminal 11 may be a mobile phone of the user a, and the second terminal may be a mobile phone of the user B.
Step 103, the first terminal 11 initiates a call request to the second terminal 12, or the second terminal 12 initiates a call request to the first terminal 11 to establish a call.
Step 104, in case the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 successfully establish a call connection, the first terminal 11 sends a connection request to the preset server 13 to connect the first terminal 11 to the preset server 13.
Step 105, in case the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 successfully establish a connection, the second terminal 12 sends a connection request to the preset server 13 to connect the second terminal 12 to the preset server 13.
The steps of the first terminal 11 monitoring its own call state and transmitting a connection request to the preset server to connect to the preset server 13 may be performed by a preset Application (APP) built in the first terminal when the first terminal leaves the factory, or may be performed by a preset Application installed in the first terminal by a user, as is the case with the second terminal 12.
Step 106, the preset server 13 performs call matching on the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12, and when the call matching on the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 is successful, sends call matching information to the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12.
The connection request from the first terminal 11 may carry first identification information, and the connection request from the second terminal 12 may carry second identification information, where the performing call matching on the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 may include: determining whether the first identification information corresponds to the second identification information; and if the call matching is consistent, determining that the call matching between the first terminal and the second terminal is successful. The matching process is intended to determine whether the call of the first terminal 11 and the call of the second terminal 12 are the same call; if yes, determining that the communication channels of the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 are successful, otherwise, failing to match.
As an embodiment, the first identification information may include a phone number of the first terminal and a phone number of a terminal communicating with the first terminal, and the second identification information may also include a phone number of the second terminal and a phone number of a terminal communicating with the second terminal, for example, the mobile phone of the user a sends the own mobile phone number and the mobile phone number of the communicating party to a preset server, and the mobile phone of the user B sends the own mobile phone number and the mobile phone number of the communicating party to the preset server. It will be appreciated that if the two phone numbers sent by the first terminal correspond to the two phones sent by the second terminal, the description is the same call, otherwise it is not the same call.
As another embodiment, the first identification information includes preset voice information embedded in the call, and the second identification information includes preset voice information embedded in the call. Optionally, any one of the first terminal and the second terminal may embed the randomly generated password into the call voice and transmit the call voice to the other party, and then the two parties carry the voice signal carrying the password (i.e. the password is carried in the preset voice information) in the connection request to send to the preset server, and the preset server performs matching. The preset server may preset a voice information recognition rule (if yes or not) for determining whether the two terminals are the same call, and then recognize whether the current call of the two terminals is the same call according to the voice information recognition rule.
The present invention is not limited to the above two methods, and may be applied to any method.
Optionally, in the case that the call matching between the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 is successful, the preset server 13 may locally store call matching records of the two, so as to facilitate the subsequent data interaction between the first terminal and the second terminal as an intermediary.
Step 107, the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 perform data interaction through the preset server 13.
The first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 perform data interaction through the preset server 13, that is, the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 implement data interaction with the preset server 13 as an intermediary, for example, when the first terminal 11 needs to transmit data to the second terminal 12, the data can be transmitted to the preset server 13 first, the preset server 13 searches a locally recorded call matching record after receiving the data from the first terminal 11, finds the second terminal 12 which is communicating with the first terminal, and then forwards the data to the second terminal 12.
The data interaction herein may include, but is not limited to, at least one of data transmission, video chat, screen sharing, etc., where the data transmission may include, but is not limited to, transmission of at least one of data such as files, pictures, and video.
As in the foregoing call state monitoring, when the first terminal transmits data to the second terminal or initiates video chat, the data interaction herein may be specifically implemented by a preset application built in the first terminal at the time of delivery, or may be implemented by a preset application installed in the first terminal by a user. Alternatively, the notification of the third party application installed in the first terminal by the preset application in the first terminal may also be implemented, that is, the notification of the third party application installed in the first terminal by the preset application in the first terminal may be implemented by the above-mentioned preset server.
Optionally, the method for implementing the data service provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: in the case that the call connection of the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 is disconnected, the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 break the connection with the preset server 13, respectively, to prevent other data on the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 from leaking.
According to the data service implementation method, the first terminal can conduct data interaction with the second terminal through the preset server in the process of communicating with the second terminal, the instant messaging account number of the second terminal user is not required to be known, friends are not required to be added, and E-mails are not required to be sent to the second terminal user, so that the implementation process of the data service is simpler and more convenient. In addition, when the call connection between the first terminal and the second terminal is disconnected, the connection between the first terminal and the preset server is also correspondingly interrupted, so that other data in the first terminal and the second terminal can be prevented from being leaked.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present application further provides a data service implementation method, where the method may be applied to the first terminal shown in fig. 1, and the method may be performed by a preset application built in the first terminal when leaving the factory, or may be performed by a preset application installed in the first terminal by a user, and the method may include:
step 201, connecting to a preset server and sending first identification information to the preset server under the condition that the first terminal and the second terminal establish call connection.
The preset application installed in the first terminal can monitor the call state of the first terminal in real time, including the states of dialing and connecting of the call, and when the condition that the call connection between the first terminal and the second terminal is successfully established is monitored, the preset application is connected to the preset server, and meanwhile, the first identification information is sent to the preset server.
Step 202, receiving call matching information sent by the preset server, where the call matching information is sent by the preset server when the second terminal is connected to the preset server, and the first terminal and the second terminal confirm that call matching is successful based on the first identification information and the second identification information, and the second identification information is sent by the second terminal to the preset server.
The process of the preset server for matching the call between the first terminal and the second terminal is referred to above, and will not be repeated here.
Optionally, in step 202, if the first terminal and the second terminal successfully establish a call connection, it may be determined whether the second terminal is in a preset white list, if yes, the first terminal is connected to a preset server, otherwise, the first terminal is not connected to the preset server; or under the condition that the first terminal and the second terminal successfully establish call connection, determining whether the second terminal is in a preset blacklist, if not, enabling the first terminal to be connected to a preset server, and if so, not connecting with the preset server.
It can be understood that the user of the first terminal can only conduct number interaction with the wanted user in the call process by setting the white list, and the user of the first terminal can not conduct number interaction with the user in the black list in the call process by setting the black list.
And 203, performing data interaction with the second terminal through the preset server.
The data interaction herein may include, but is not limited to, at least one of data transmission, video chat, and screen sharing, wherein the data transmission may include, but is not limited to, transmission of at least one of file, picture, and video data.
Optionally, the method shown in fig. 2 may further include: and under the condition that the first terminal and the second terminal are disconnected from the call connection, the connection with the preset server is interrupted, so that other data in the first terminal are prevented from being leaked.
3, the embodiment of the present application further provides a data service implementation method, where the method may be applied to the preset server shown in fig. 1, and the method may include:
step 301, a first connection request from a first terminal is received, and a second connection request from a second terminal is received, where the first connection request and the second connection request are sent when a call connection is established between the first terminal and the second terminal, the first connection request carries first identification information, and the second connection request carries second identification information.
And 302, matching the conversation between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the first identification information and the second identification information.
Specifically, whether the first identification information corresponds to the second identification information or not can be determined; if the call match is consistent, determining that the call match between the first terminal and the second terminal is successful; otherwise, determining that the call matching between the first terminal and the second terminal fails.
Wherein, the first identification information can include the call number of the first terminal and the call number of the second terminal, and the second identification information can include the call number of the second terminal and the call number of the first terminal; alternatively, the first identification information includes preset voice information embedded in the call, and the second identification information includes the preset voice information embedded in the call.
And 302, under the condition that the call matching to the first terminal and the second terminal is successful, sending call matching information to the first terminal and the second terminal so that the first terminal and the second terminal perform data interaction through the preset server.
The data interactions herein may include, but are not limited to, at least one of data transmission, video chat, and screen sharing, which may include, but are not limited to, transmission of at least one of file, picture, and video data.
It can be appreciated that if the call matching to the first terminal and the second terminal fails, no processing is performed, or a prompt of the matching failure may be fed back to the first terminal or the second terminal.
It can be understood that the call matching information fed back to the first terminal and the second terminal under the condition that the call matching of the first terminal and the second terminal is successful can be used for prompting the first terminal and the second terminal to perform data interaction.
According to the data service implementation method, under the condition that the conversation of the first terminal and the second terminal is successfully matched, conversation matching information can be fed back to the first terminal and the second terminal, so that the first terminal and the second terminal can conduct data interaction through the preset server in the conversation process, the first terminal does not need to know an instant communication account number of the second terminal user and add friends, and does not need to send emails to the second terminal user, data service can be achieved, and the method is very convenient and fast. And under the condition that the call connection between the first terminal and the second terminal is disconnected, the connection between the first terminal and the second terminal and the preset server is correspondingly disconnected, so that other data on the first terminal and the second terminal can be prevented from being leaked.
As shown in fig. 4, another embodiment of the present application provides a data service implementation method, which may include:
step 101, the first terminal 11 monitors its own call state.
Step 105, in case the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 successfully establish a call connection, the second terminal 12 sends a connection request to the preset server 13 to connect the second terminal 12 to the preset server 13.
Step 106, the preset server 13 performs call matching on the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12, and when the call matching on the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 is successful, sends call matching information to the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12.
Step 107, the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 perform data interaction through the preset server 13.
Step 108, the third terminal 14 establishes a connection with the first terminal 11.
The third terminal 14 may establish a connection with the first terminal 11 via any means of local area network, bluetooth, physical connection, etc.
Step 109, the third terminal performs data interaction with the second terminal 12 through the preset server 13.
Specifically, the first terminal 11 may receive data from the third terminal 14 in the case of connecting the third terminal 14, and transmit the data from the third terminal 14 to the second terminal 12 through the preset server 13; or, the data from the second terminal 12 is transmitted to the third terminal 14.
The data interactions herein may include, but are not limited to, at least one of data transmission, video chat, screen sharing, and remote control, wherein the data transmission includes, but is not limited to, transmission of at least one of file, picture, and video data.
