Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention.
It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant aspects of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an intelligent home control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to a situation where a terminal device controls a newly added intelligent home device without upgrading and modifying the terminal device, and the method may be executed by an intelligent home control apparatus, where the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and may generally be integrated in a computer device, where the computer device may be a server device. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following operations:
s110, receiving a control request sent by the terminal aiming at the intelligent household equipment.
The terminal can be used for controlling the intelligent household equipment. Optionally, the type of the terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a vehicle-mounted terminal, as long as the smart home device can be controlled, and the specific type of the terminal is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The intelligent household equipment can be various types of household equipment such as an intelligent air conditioner, an intelligent refrigerator or an intelligent curtain, and the equipment type of the intelligent household equipment is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
When a user uses the terminal to control the intelligent home equipment, the user can send a control request to the intelligent home equipment through the terminal. Correspondingly, after receiving a control request sent by a user to the smart home device, the terminal can send the control request to the background smart home control system, so that the smart home control system calls a relevant interface to control the smart home device requested to be controlled.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal is only responsible for receiving the control request sent by the user, and sends the received control request to the smart home control system. All processing for controlling the intelligent household equipment is completed by the intelligent household control system in the background. The system architecture of the smart home control system can be understood as a background service architecture, which can be divided into different functional levels, and each functional level can complete matched service functions, such as route analysis, control function management or push service.
It should be noted that the control request may be used to perform various control operations such as turning on, turning off, or gradient control (for example, adjusting temperature upward, adjusting volume, or controlling the turning-on degree), on the smart home device, or may also be an inquiry operation for performing status inquiry on the smart home device, for example, inquiring the turning-on state of an air conditioner or the temperature of a water heater, and the embodiments of the present invention do not limit the request type and the implemented function of the control request.
And S120, determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment according to the control request.
The third-party protocol may be a control protocol applicable to the smart home device, that is, a protocol that can be recognized by the smart home device, and is used for controlling the smart home device. It will be appreciated that smart home devices from the same vendor apply the same third protocol. The intelligent home devices belong to different suppliers, the used third-party protocols may be the same or different, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the types and protocol contents of the third-party protocols.
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent home control system can configure the applicable third-party protocol in the corresponding service level aiming at the intelligent home equipment of different suppliers. Therefore, after the intelligent home control system obtains the control request sent by the terminal for the intelligent home device, the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home device can be determined according to the obtained control request, so that the intelligent home device which is requested to be controlled is controlled by the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home device.
For example, the smart home control system may deploy the matched protocol conversion service functions in the corresponding service layers for the smart home devices of different providers. The protocol conversion means that when the smart home device is controlled, the smart home device is controlled by using a third-party protocol applicable to the smart home device. For example, the smart home device of the provider a may deploy the protocol conversion service unit a correspondingly, and the smart home device of the provider B may deploy the protocol conversion service unit B correspondingly, where the protocol conversion service unit may be configured to store a corresponding third-party protocol, and perform protocol conversion when controlling the smart home device, for example, convert a local protocol adopted by the smart home control system into the third-party protocol. If the smart home control system receives a control request for the smart home device of the provider a, the protocol conversion service unit a may be queried according to the received control request to determine a third-party protocol matched with the smart home device of the provider a.
S130, analyzing the control request according to the third-party protocol to obtain a request analysis result.
And S140, controlling the intelligent household equipment according to the request analysis result.
The request analysis result may be an analysis result obtained by analyzing the control request by using a third-party protocol. The request parsing result may identify a specific intent of the control request, e.g., determine temperature control of the intelligent refrigerator appliance, etc.
Correspondingly, after the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment is determined, the control request can be analyzed according to the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment so as to identify the control intention of the control request and control the intelligent home equipment. Optionally, the control of the smart home device may be a remote control mode or a close-range control mode, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the matched third-party protocol is configured for the intelligent household equipment of each supplier in the intelligent household control system, and the intelligent household equipment can be controlled by directly using the matched third-party protocol of the intelligent household equipment after the control request for the intelligent household equipment is obtained. When an intelligent home equipment provider needs to be newly added or replaced, a matched third-party protocol is configured for the newly added or replaced intelligent home equipment provider in the background intelligent home control system, meanwhile, a corresponding system configuration file can be modified according to the newly added third-party protocol, and the terminal needs to be upgraded and modified, so that the terminal cannot sense.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the intelligent home control system receives the control request sent by the terminal aiming at the intelligent home equipment, the third party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment is determined according to the control request, the control request is analyzed according to the third party protocol to obtain the request analysis result, and the intelligent home equipment is controlled according to the obtained request analysis result, so that the problem that the terminal equipment needs to be upgraded and modified when the intelligent home equipment supplier is newly added or replaced in the existing intelligent home control system is solved, and the newly added intelligent home equipment is controlled through the terminal equipment on the premise of not upgrading and modifying the terminal equipment.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an intelligent home control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is embodied on the basis of the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is provided for determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home device according to the control request, analyzing the control request according to the third-party protocol, and sending a result of the analysis to the intelligent home device. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment may include:
s210, receiving a control request sent by the terminal aiming at the intelligent household equipment.
S220, analyzing the request address of the control request according to a system private protocol, and determining the equipment object corresponding to the intelligent household equipment according to the request address of the control request.
The system private protocol may be a local protocol adopted by the smart home control system, and may be used for the smart home control system to process the control request. The system private protocol can be configured according to the characteristics of the intelligent household equipment, and can be suitable for most of equipment with the characteristics of the intelligent household equipment. The equipment object can reflect a supplier to which the intelligent household equipment belongs. Illustratively, the device object corresponding to the smart refrigerator is a, which indicates that the vendor to which the smart home device belongs is a.
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent home control system can be configured with a system private protocol, and the system private protocol can serve for interactive processing between the terminal and the intelligent home control system and between the intelligent home control system and the intelligent home equipment. It should be noted that the intelligent home control system uses the third-party protocol only when controlling the intelligent home device, and the data processing processes of other links use the system private protocol.
In general, the request address of the control request may include name information of a device object corresponding to the smart home device. Therefore, when the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent household equipment is determined according to the control request, the request address of the control request can be analyzed according to the system private protocol, so that the equipment object corresponding to the intelligent household equipment is determined according to the request address of the control request.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the smart home control method may further include: analyzing the request address of the control request according to a system private protocol, and determining a service object and a personalized service identifier matched with the control request according to the request address of the control request; determining a service strategy matched with the service object according to the personalized service identifier; the service strategy is used for controlling the intelligent household equipment according to a set control rule.
Wherein the service object may be a provider to which the terminal belongs. For example, when the terminal is a smart phone, the service object may be a manufacturer to which the smart phone belongs. When the terminal is a vehicle-mounted terminal, the service object may be a manufacturer to which an automobile in which the vehicle-mounted terminal is installed belongs. That is, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific type of the service object. The personalized service identifier may be used to identify a service policy of a provider to which the terminal belongs, and the service policy may also be understood as a customized service. The service policies, that is, different control policies of different service objects to the smart home devices, may be set according to the set control rules. And setting a control rule, namely a set rule for controlling the intelligent household equipment. For example, the service policy A for service object A may be: after a user sends a control request aiming at the intelligent household equipment through the vehicle-mounted terminal, the electric lamp and the water heater can be turned on according to a preset control strategy. The service policy B of the service object B may be: after a user sends a control request aiming at the intelligent household equipment through the vehicle-mounted terminal, the air conditioner can be opened according to a preset control strategy, and the curtain is pulled up. The service policy can be set in advance according to the service requirement and the user requirement, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific content of the service policy.
In the embodiment of the invention, personalized service policies can be set for different service objects according to the types of the suppliers to which the terminals belong. That is, personalized customized services can be provided for different service objects. Specifically, after receiving a control request sent by a terminal for an intelligent home device, the intelligent home control system may determine a service object and a personalized service identifier matched with the control request according to the request address of the control request when analyzing the request address of the control request according to a system private protocol, so as to determine a service policy matched with the service object according to the personalized service identifier.
It should be noted that the service policy may also be determined according to the request type classification of the control request. I.e. the service policies of a service object, may consist of two types of sub-service policies. For example, assuming that the request type of the control request is a request for performing a control operation on the smart home device, the service policy a.1 of the corresponding service object a may be: and turning on the electric lamp and the water heater according to a preset control strategy. Assuming that the request type of the control request is a request for performing query operation on the state of the smart home device, the service policy a.2 of the corresponding service object a may be: querying the current temperature of the water heater, etc.
And S230, determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment according to the equipment object and a preset protocol determination strategy.
The preset protocol determination strategy can be used for determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home device according to the device object.
Correspondingly, after the equipment object corresponding to the intelligent home equipment is determined, the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment can be determined according to the equipment object and the preset protocol determination strategy.
For example, assume that the pre-set protocol determines the policy to be: and directly determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment according to the name of the equipment object. If the name of the device object is A, the third-party protocol matched with the smart home device determined by the device object and the preset protocol determination strategy may be: and (A) protocol. Or, the third-party protocol for determining the smart home device matching according to the device object and the preset protocol determination policy may also be: firstly, determining a protocol conversion service of the intelligent household equipment in the intelligent household control system according to an equipment object and a preset protocol determination strategy: and A, serving. Then, according to the service A, the third-party protocol directly determining that the intelligent home equipment is matched with the service A can be as follows: and (A) protocol. That is, the smart home control system may abstract the docking service of the smart home of each provider into the matched protocol conversion service in a hierarchical service manner.
S240, analyzing the control request according to a system private protocol to obtain an intermediate request analysis result.
The intermediate request analysis result can be an analysis result obtained by analyzing the control request by the intelligent home control system by adopting a system private protocol.
It can be understood that the control request is an interactive request between the terminal and the smart home control system, and therefore, the processing of the control request is performed based on a system proprietary protocol. That is, if the third-party protocol of the smart home device is not compatible with the system private protocol, the control request sent by the terminal to the smart home control system cannot be identified. Therefore, before the control request is analyzed by using the third-party protocol, the received control request may be first analyzed by using the system private protocol of the smart home control system, so as to obtain an intermediate request analysis result of the control request. That is, the smart home control system needs to perform a relay process on the control request by using the system private protocol, so that the third protocol can identify the control request.
And S250, analyzing the intermediate request analysis result according to the third-party protocol to obtain the request analysis result.
Correspondingly, after the intelligent home control system analyzes the control request according to the system private protocol to obtain an intermediate request analysis result which can be identified by the third protocol, the intelligent home control system can further analyze the intermediate request analysis result according to the third protocol to obtain a request analysis result so as to identify the specific intention of the control request.
And S260, determining a service strategy matched with the intelligent household equipment according to the request analysis result.
Correspondingly, if the intelligent home control system configures an individualized service policy for a provider to which the terminal belongs, the service policy matched with the intelligent home equipment can be further determined according to the request analysis result after the intermediate request analysis result is analyzed according to the third-party protocol to obtain the request analysis result.
For example, the request type of the control request is determined as a request to perform control operation on the smart home device according to the request analysis result, and since the smart home control system determines the service object a according to the system private protocol, the service policy a.1 may be determined according to a third-party protocol: and turning on the electric lamp and the water heater according to a preset control strategy.
It should be noted that, since determining the service policy and the third-party protocol may be completed through a system private protocol of the smart home control system, when determining the service policy and the third-party protocol, the service policy may also be determined first, and the third-party protocol is determined. Alternatively, the third party agreement and the service policy may also be determined at the same time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And S270, controlling the intelligent household equipment according to the service strategy matched with the intelligent household equipment.
Correspondingly, after the third-party protocol and the service strategy are determined, the intelligent household equipment can be controlled according to the determined service strategy and the third-party protocol and the set control rule.
And S280, receiving response information fed back by the intelligent household equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of controlling the intelligent home equipment according to the service strategy matched with the intelligent home equipment, the intelligent home equipment can also feed back response information to the intelligent home control system. For example, the response information may be a real-time temperature in a room, a real-time water temperature in a water heater, or a current state of an electric lamp requested to be turned on, which is measured by the smart air conditioner, and may be specifically set according to a device type and an application scenario of the controlled smart home device, and the specific type of the response information is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S290, analyzing the response information according to a system private protocol to obtain a response analysis result, and feeding back the response analysis result to the terminal.
The response analysis result may be obtained by analyzing the response information fed back by the smart home device through the third-party protocol by using a system private protocol by the smart home control system. That is, the response analysis result is the response information of the smart home devices that can be identified by the terminal.
Because the intelligent home control system adopts the third-party protocol to control the intelligent home equipment, the third-party protocol is universally adopted for the intelligent home equipment to carry out data interaction with the intelligent home control system. Correspondingly, when the intelligent home control system needs to send response information fed back by the intelligent home equipment to the terminal, the intelligent home control system needs to analyze the received response information according to a system private protocol to obtain a response analysis result, and feeds the response analysis result back to the terminal, so that the conversion of the response information is realized, the terminal can identify the response information of the intelligent home equipment, and the response condition of the intelligent home equipment is displayed for a user.
By adopting the technical scheme, the request address of the control request is analyzed according to the system private protocol to determine the equipment object corresponding to the intelligent household equipment, the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent household equipment is determined according to the equipment object and the preset protocol, then the control request is analyzed according to the system private protocol to obtain the intermediate request analysis result, the intermediate request analysis result is analyzed according to the third-party protocol to obtain the request analysis result, the service strategy matched with the intelligent household equipment is determined according to the request analysis result to control the intelligent household equipment, and the individual requirements of the service strategy can be met. Meanwhile, the response information fed back by the intelligent household equipment is received through the intelligent household control system, and the response information is analyzed according to the system private protocol to obtain a response analysis result to be fed back to the terminal, so that the terminal can obtain the response condition of the intelligent household equipment in real time.
It should be noted that any permutation and combination between the technical features in the above embodiments also belong to the scope of the present invention.

Correspondingly, when the basic service unit 340 determines the third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home device according to the control request, the basic service unit may analyze the request address of the control request according to the system private protocol, and determine the device object corresponding to the intelligent home device according to the request address of the control request; and determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment according to the equipment object and a preset protocol determination strategy. Meanwhile, when the basic service unit 340 parses the control request according to the third-party protocol, the basic service unit may parse the control request according to the system private protocol to obtain an intermediate request parsing result; and analyzing the intermediate request analysis result according to a third-party protocol to obtain a request analysis result. When the basic service unit 340 controls the smart home devices according to the request analysis result, the service policy matched with the smart home devices may be determined according to the request analysis result; and controlling the intelligent household equipment according to the service strategy matched with the intelligent household equipment. Or, the target personalized customization unit directly determines the service policy matched with the smart home device, and the basic service unit 340 controls the smart home device according to the service policy matched with the smart home device.
The working principle of the intelligent home control system in the embodiment of the invention is as follows: and determining a third-party protocol matched with the intelligent home equipment by using the basic service unit 340, analyzing the control request according to the third-party protocol to obtain a request analysis result, and controlling the intelligent home equipment according to the obtained request analysis result.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an intelligent home control system according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and in a specific example, as shown in fig. 4, a service architecture of the intelligent home control system may be divided into multiple layers, where a first layer Gateway (also called a routing unit) may analyze a control request, and determine a matched personalized customized service in a customized service layer according to an access path (also called a request address) of the control request.
And each manufacturer personalized customization module can carry out personalized service customization according to a supplier to which the terminal belongs to generate a personalized service strategy. The service layer, namely the service unit, can abstract the functions of the smart home into single services. For example, a scenario service may implement configuring corresponding service policies for different application scenarios. If the management function subunit configures a service strategy for the intelligent home equipment according to a specific application scene, for example, configures an entertainment service strategy for each intelligent home equipment according to a family party scene; and configuring a matched service strategy for each intelligent household device according to the scene of leaving or returning home. The triggering condition of the service policy is configured through the triggering configuration function subunit, for example, in a home application scenario, when the distance between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the home address is within 1 kilometer, the triggering condition of the service policy can be considered to be triggered. The operation and control service of the service layer can realize the specific operation and control function of the intelligent household equipment through the operation and control function subunit, and the operation and control recording subunit can record specific operation and control data. The device information query service may provide an information query function for the smart home devices, such as querying a current state of the smart home devices, device information of the smart home devices, or other associated information of the smart home devices (e.g., a real-time temperature of water in a water heater). The voice service can provide corresponding voice playing service for the terminal user. The subscription message analysis service may analyze the subscription message sent by the smart home device. The subscription message may be, for example: and when the filter element of the intelligent water filter meets the replacement requirement, sending a subscription message for replacing the filter element to the terminal. Accordingly, the service object can configure a personalized service policy by utilizing the customized service layer and the business layer.
The basic service layer, i.e. the basic service unit, may include a basic service and a protocol conversion service of a docked smart home provider. The basic service may include, but is not limited to, a push service, a subscription message receiving service, a user service, and the like. The push service can realize the function of pushing messages to the terminal. The subscription message receiving service can realize the function of receiving the subscription message sent by the intelligent home equipment. The user service can realize the function of associating the user, the terminal, the intelligent household equipment and the like. The protocol conversion service of the intelligent home provider can realize the function of converting the system private protocol and the third-party protocol, determine the third-party protocol according to the protocol conversion service when controlling the intelligent home equipment, and convert the processing process of the system private protocol into the processing process of the third protocol so as to control the intelligent home equipment. Optionally, the third-party protocol may be an Internet of Things (IOT) protocol, and different smart home device providers may configure a protocol conversion service correspondingly.
Optionally, the smart home control system may further include a storage unit, that is, a storage layer. The storage layer can perform data storage functions through various types of databases, including but not limited to Redis (key-value database), Mongo (distributed document storage database), Mysql (relational database), HDFS (Hadoop distributed file system), and the like. Data information can be transmitted among all service levels of the intelligent home control system by adopting kafka (distributed publish-subscribe message system). Meanwhile, business level monitoring can be set for each service level, so that the safety and reliability of each service level are improved. In addition, the intelligent home control system can also be provided with a log system so as to record log data generated by the system.
In a specific example, after the terminal sends the control request to the smart home control system, the smart home control system may analyze the control request through the routing layer to determine a service object to which the terminal belongs and service policies corresponding to the service object, and determine that the service layer service is reached through two layers of the service object to which the terminal belongs and the service policies corresponding to the service object. The service layer may specifically analyze the control request by using a system private protocol to determine an equipment object of the smart home equipment, and determine a corresponding protocol conversion service in the base layer according to the equipment object and a preset protocol determination policy. When the control request is processed from the lower part of the intelligent home control system to the basic layer, the system private protocol can be converted into a matched third-party protocol to control and operate the intelligent home equipment. Meanwhile, the intelligent home control system can also convert response information returned by the intelligent home equipment through a third-party protocol according to a system private protocol and feed the response information back to the terminal through the system private protocol.
Therefore, the intelligent home control system can add conversion service (namely adding third-party protocol) and configuration files newly when the intelligent home service is changed by constructing the service architecture according to the service layering mode without any upgrading and modification of the terminal.
