The metal conductive plate (7) has good conductivity, and can ensure sufficient grounding; the metal base (8) and the series compensation platform form metallic connection.
The control panel is arranged in the ladder stand ground operation box and is provided with a discharging button, a grounding button and a reset button.
The discharging button can control the motor to rotate for a certain angle after being pressed down and stop rotating, so that the metal guide rod of the rotatable guide rod can be reliably contacted with the high-resistance conducting plate of the contact base to discharge the series compensation platform.
The grounding button can control the motor to continuously rotate for a certain angle after being pressed down, so that the metal guide rod rotates to a horizontal position, the metal guide rod is completely contacted with the metal conductive plate, the resistance between the metal guide rod and the metal conductive plate is completely close to zero, and the grounding of the series compensation platform is completed.
