The clamping plate 5 is provided with a through hole, and when the limiting rod 11 is not aligned with the central axis of the through hole, the upward movement of the limiting rod 11 is blocked by the clamping plate 5, and the circuit breaker deflector rod 17 cannot be lifted. The frame plate 10 is also connected with a limiting plate 13, and the limiting rod 11 can pass through the limiting plate 13 and is used for ensuring that the limiting rod 11 can be aligned with the central shaft of the through hole when sliding up and down.

When the grounding switch is not closed, the grounding poking plate 2, the first sliding plate 9 and the clamping plate 5 are reset leftwards, the through hole of the clamping plate 5 is not arranged above the limiting rod 11, and at the moment, when the second sliding rod 8 moves upwards, the limiting rod 11 is reset upwards and blocked by the clamping plate 5, and the cable cabin door cannot be opened.
