Abstract
The invention discloses an electric energy metering data transmission system, which comprises: the device comprises a metering unit, an operating unit, a storage unit and a communication unit, wherein the operating unit, the storage unit and the communication unit are respectively connected with the metering unit, the metering unit is used for acquiring electric energy metering data of equipment, the operating unit is used for sending a network change instruction according to the electric energy metering data and communication state data sent by the metering unit, the storage unit is used for storing the electric energy metering data, and the communication unit is used for switching the current network operator card number to another network operator card number according to the network change instruction sent by the operating unit. According to the electric energy metering data transmission system, the communication stability of the electric energy metering data is improved.

Background
The electric energy metering is an important link of electric power production, marketing and safe operation of a power grid, and the electric energy metering cannot be separated from the electric energy metering in the aspects of power generation, power transmission, power distribution, sales and use. With the development of information technology, people's requirements for electric energy metering are gradually developing towards intellectualization and Internet of things from accurate metering. The current metering terminal networking communication depends on signals provided by operator base stations, and due to the fact that three operators provide wireless network services, connection speeds and stability of different operators are quite different when the metering terminal operates due to the fact that the operator base stations are distributed and signal coverage range is affected. In order to pursue the communication stability of the electric energy metering data, the requirement for intelligent switching of the communication networks of the three operators is provided.
Therefore, in order to improve the communication stability of the electric energy metering data and solve the technical problem of poor stability of transmitting the electric energy metering data due to different base station distributions and signal coverage areas of different operators, it is urgently needed to construct an electric energy metering data transmission system.

the communication module is used for receiving the electric energy metering data and the communication state data sent by the metering unit;
and the instruction module is used for accessing preset network parameters in the storage system according to the received communication state data and sending a network change instruction to the communication unit.
The storage module is used for storing preset network parameters.

The embodiment of the invention provides an electric energy metering data transmission system, which is used for solving the technical problem that the stability of electric energy metering data transmission is poor due to different base station distributions and signal coverage ranges of different operators at present.

the operation unit 102 is configured to send a network change instruction according to the electric energy metering data and the communication state data sent by the metering unit;
the storage unit 103 is used for storing electric energy metering data;
the communication unit 104 is configured to switch the card number of the current network operator to the card number of another network operator according to the network change instruction sent by the operation unit.

step S203, determining that the network signal intensity parameter is in a normal state, and logging in the electric energy metering big data platform in a preset period;
step S204, when the electric energy metering big data platform cannot be logged in a preset period, changing the state of the network signal intensity parameter into an abnormal state;
step S205, determining that the network signal strength parameter is in an abnormal state;
in step S206, when it is determined that the network signal strength parameter is in an abnormal state, another preset network operator card number is switched, and the step S201 is executed again.
It should be noted that the preset card numbers of the network operators include card numbers of three different operators, namely, a first network operator, a second network operator and a third network operator.
