Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is applied to an electronic device including a display screen, as shown in fig. 1, and mainly includes the following steps:
in step 101, acquiring a floating notification triggered by a predetermined type of event;
in step 102, determining whether the set duration of the suspension notification exceeds a preset duration; wherein the set duration is: acquiring the duration of the suspension notification or the display duration of the suspension notification;
in step 103, if the set duration exceeds the preset duration, entering an application interface of the event of the preset type.
The information processing method in the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to electronic equipment comprising a display screen, wherein the electronic equipment comprises a mobile terminal and a fixed terminal. Here, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a wearable electronic device, a smart speaker, and the like, and the fixed terminal includes a personal computer, a television, and the like.
Here, the predetermined type of event may be an input event based on an application installed on the electronic device, or an event of a predetermined type triggered based on another electronic device. For example, when a call event sent by another electronic device is received by the electronic device, an incoming call notification may be triggered based on the call event, and a set duration of the incoming call notification, that is, a duration for acquiring the incoming call notification, may be determined, or a display duration for displaying the incoming call notification may be displayed. For another example, when it is detected that the application installed on the electronic device triggers the application notification, the set duration of the application notification, that is, the duration of the application notification, may be determined, or the display duration of the application notification may be displayed.
In some embodiments, the duration may be a duration that lasts from a time when the hover notification is acquired to a current time. In the case where a large number of received notifications are received, there is a possibility that the notification will be jammed, and the floating notification cannot be displayed normally. In the embodiment of the disclosure, it may be determined whether a duration from a time when the floating notification is acquired to a current time exceeds a preset duration, and when the duration exceeds the preset duration, it may be determined that the floating notification cannot be normally displayed, and at this time, the application interface of the predetermined type of event may be directly entered instead of continuously waiting for displaying the floating notification.
In some embodiments, the predetermined type of event may also be other types of events, for example, an information event sent by another electronic device is received, as long as the notification triggered based on the event can be floating displayed.
In some embodiments, in the event that it is determined that the set duration of the hover notification exceeds a predetermined duration, then an application interface may be entered that triggers a predetermined type of event for the hover notification. For example, when an incoming call notification triggered by an incoming call event is acquired, if too many notification messages are currently acquired by the electronic device, the incoming call notification may not be displayed in the status bar, and the incoming call interface may not pop up. At this time, the duration of obtaining the incoming call notification can be determined, if the incoming call notification cannot be displayed under the condition that the duration is longer than the set duration, the incoming call notification display can be determined to be failed, and at this time, the suspended incoming call notification display can be cancelled, and the incoming call application interface can be directly displayed on the current interface of the electronic equipment.
For another example, when the incoming call notification triggered by the incoming call event is acquired, the incoming call notification may be displayed in a status bar of the current interface, and at this time, if too many notifications are displayed in the status bar or too many notifications are currently received by the electronic device, the notification displayed in the status bar may not be processed, and the incoming call interface may not pop up. At this time, the display duration of the incoming call notification can be determined, if the incoming call notification in the status bar cannot be operated under the condition that the display duration is longer than the set duration, the calling failure of the incoming call interface can be determined, and at this time, the suspended display of the incoming call notification can be cancelled, and the incoming call application interface can be directly displayed on the current interface of the electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the levitation notification triggered by the predetermined type of event is acquired, whether the set time length of the levitation notification exceeds the preset time length or not can be determined, and the application interface of the predetermined type of event is directly accessed under the condition that the set time length exceeds the preset time length. The set duration is the duration for acquiring the suspension notification or the display duration for displaying the suspension notification, so that when the duration or the display duration exceeds the preset duration, it can be determined that the suspension notification is abnormal, that is, the application interface corresponding to the predetermined type event is called based on the suspension notification fails, at this time, the application interface of the predetermined type event can be automatically entered, so that a user can normally enter the application interface for operation under the condition that the suspension notification is abnormal, and further, the experience of the user for using the electronic device is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
when the suspension notification is obtained, counting the number of notifications which are in an active state and have the same type as the suspension notification to obtain a first notification number;
if the set time length exceeds the preset time length, entering an application interface of the preset type event, wherein the step of entering the application interface of the preset type event comprises the following steps:
when the set time length exceeds the preset time length, counting the number of notifications which are in an active state and have the same type as the suspension notifications to obtain a second notification number;
and if the second notification quantity is less than or equal to the first notification quantity, entering the application interface of the preset type event.
Here, when the floating notification is obtained, the number of notifications in an active state and of the same type as the floating notification may be counted to obtain a first notification number; and when the set time length exceeds the preset time length, counting the number of the notifications which are in the active state and have the same type as the suspension notifications to obtain a second notification number. Here, the notification in the active state may refer to a notification that has been triggered, for example, an incoming call notification triggered by a call event, an application notification triggered based on an application program, or the like.
Wherein, the active state may refer to: a state published at the application layer, for example, a state displayed at the application layer. In some embodiments, the number of notifications issued by the application layer may be counted based on a notification manager of the application architecture layer. For example, when the floating notification is acquired, counting the number of notifications issued by the application layer at the time when the floating notification is acquired, that is, a first notification number, based on the notification manager of the application architecture layer; when the duration from the moment of acquiring the floating notification to the current moment exceeds the preset duration, counting the number of notifications issued by the application layer at the current moment, namely the second notification number, based on the notification manager of the application architecture layer, and notifying the application layer to enter the application interface of the predetermined type event when the second notification number is less than or equal to the first notification number. The preset time duration is less than or equal to the set time duration threshold, for example, when the set time duration threshold is 3 seconds, the preset time duration is less than or equal to 3 seconds. In summary, the preset duration may be a duration that the electronic device will not generate a new notification by default.
Under normal conditions, if the application architecture layer obtains the suspension notification, the suspension notification is sent to the application layer to be issued at the application layer, and if the application layer can successfully issue the suspension notification within a preset time period, the suspension notification is successfully converted into a notification in an active state, and at this time, the number of notifications in the active state is increased. Conversely, if the application layer fails to issue the floating notification within the preset time period, since the number of active notifications of the same type as the floating notification may be unprocessed or processed (e.g., cancelled or turned off) within a short time period, the number of active notifications may remain unchanged or decrease.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the floating notification is obtained, a first notification quantity of notifications in an active state is determined, when a set time length exceeds a preset time length, a second notification quantity of the notifications in the active state is determined, the first notification quantity and the second notification quantity are compared, and when the second notification quantity is less than or equal to the first notification quantity, an application interface in a preset type time is entered.
Taking the example that the floating notification is the incoming call notification and the set duration is the duration for acquiring the incoming call notification, if the number of the incoming call notifications in the active state is 3 when the incoming call notification is acquired, and the number of the incoming call notifications in the active state is still 3 or is reduced to 2 when the duration exceeds the preset duration, it is determined that the processing of the incoming call notification by the electronic device fails, and in this case, the incoming call interface of the incoming call event cannot be called based on the incoming call notification. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the incoming call interface of the incoming call event can be directly accessed, and the incoming call interface is not called through the incoming call notification.
In some embodiments, taking the floating notification as the application notification, and the set duration as the duration for acquiring the application notification as an example, if the number of application notifications in an active state is 5 when the application notification is acquired, and if the duration exceeds the preset duration, the number of application notifications in the active state is still 5 or is reduced to 3, it is determined that the processing of the application notification by the electronic device fails, and in this case, the application interface cannot be called based on the application notification. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the application interface can be directly accessed, and the application interface is not called out through application notification.
Since the number of notifications in the active state should be increased accordingly after the hover notification is acquired. However, when the second notification number is less than or equal to the first notification number, it is characterized that the number of notifications in the active state after the hover notification is acquired remains unchanged or decreases, that is, does not increase, and in this case, it may be determined that the electronic device fails to process the hover notification, and in the case of failure in processing the hover notification, the hover notification cannot be displayed or manipulated. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the application interface of the predetermined type event can be automatically entered under the condition that the processing of the floating notification fails, so that the user can normally enter the application interface for operation when the floating notification is abnormal, and further, the experience of the user in using the electronic device is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
after the suspension notification is acquired, determining whether the electronic equipment meets the condition of displaying the suspension notification in a suspension manner;
displaying the hover notification in a status bar if the electronic device satisfies a condition for hover displaying the hover notification;
the determining whether the set duration of the suspension notification exceeds a preset duration includes:
if the floating notification is successfully displayed, determining whether the display time length of the floating notification in the status bar exceeds the preset time length;
and if the suspension notification fails to be displayed, determining whether the duration from the moment of acquiring the suspension notification to the moment of failing to display the suspension notification exceeds the preset duration.
Here, after the hover notification is acquired, it may be determined whether the electronic device satisfies a condition for hover displaying the hover notification; and if the electronic equipment meets the condition of displaying the floating notification in a floating mode, displaying the floating notification in the status bar in a floating mode. When there are many active notifications, even if the floating notification is triggered to be displayed, the floating notification may be displayed in a failure due to a notification jam. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether the floating notification is successfully displayed in the status bar, and if it is determined that the floating notification is successfully displayed, it may be determined whether a display duration of the floating notification in the status bar exceeds a preset duration. In the case that it is determined that the display of the floating notification has failed, it may be determined whether a duration from a time when the floating notification is acquired to a time when the display of the floating notification has failed exceeds a preset duration.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the floating notification is successfully displayed, whether the display duration of the floating notification exceeds the preset duration is judged; and under the condition that the display of the floating notification fails, judging whether the duration from the moment of acquiring the floating notification to the moment of failing to display the floating notification exceeds a preset duration or not. Therefore, whether the suspension notification is abnormal or not can be flexibly determined according to different conditions, the flexibility of information processing is improved, and the possibility of misjudgment is reduced.
In some embodiments, the satisfying the condition for displaying the hover notification includes: the electronic equipment is in a working mode outside a do-not-disturb mode, and the number of the notifications displayed at present in the status bar is smaller than a set number threshold; wherein, in the do-not-disturb mode, the electronic device stops receiving messages sent by the external device.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, before the floating display notification, it may be determined whether the electronic device satisfies the condition for floating display of the floating notification, for example, when the electronic device is in the do-not-disturb mode, it may be determined that the electronic device does not satisfy the condition for floating display notification; when the electronic device is in the operating mode, it may be determined that the electronic device satisfies the condition for floating display of the notification.
In some embodiments, while the electronic device is in the operating mode, determining whether a number of notifications currently displayed by the status bar is less than a set number threshold; when the number of the currently displayed notifications in the status bar is smaller than a set number threshold, determining that the electronic equipment meets the condition of displaying the floating notifications in a floating manner; and when the number of the notifications currently displayed by the status bar is greater than or equal to the set number threshold, determining that the electronic equipment does not meet the condition of displaying the floating notifications in a floating manner.
When the number of notifications displayed on the status bar is greater than the set number threshold, it is characterized that the number of notifications currently displayed on the status bar has reached the upper limit value that can be borne by the status bar, and at this time, if the floating notification continues to be displayed, notification congestion may be caused, and the floating notification may fail to be displayed. In the embodiment of the disclosure, before the suspension notification is displayed in a suspension manner, whether the electronic device meets the condition of displaying the suspension notification in a suspension manner can be determined, so that on one hand, the suspension notification can be displayed in a suspension manner under the condition that the suspension notification is not needed, and the interference to a user can be reduced; on the other hand, the possibility of notification congestion due to floating notification can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: canceling the display of the hover notification after entering the application interface. Since the fact that the predetermined type of event has been processed is indicated after the application interface is entered, in this case, if the floating notification is also displayed in the status bar, the predetermined type of event may be repeatedly processed. In some embodiments, the hover notification includes at least: incoming call notification and push message notification.
In some embodiments, taking the electronic device as a mobile terminal as an example, in order to improve the experience of the user in using the mobile terminal, when the display screen of the mobile terminal is in the screen locking state, if there is an incoming call, the incoming call interface is directly displayed in full screen, and the user can select to answer or hang up the call based on a control displayed on the incoming call interface, or reject the call through a short message.
In some embodiments, the hover box may pop up in the form of a notification at the other interface, and the user enters an operation to answer the phone or reject the phone based on controls in the hover box. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a display interface according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a status bar 201 is displayed on the display interface 200, and an incoming call notification is displayed in the status bar 201, and the incoming call notification includes a first control 202 for answering a call and a second control 203 for hanging up the call. In the implementation process, the user can answer and hang up the call directly based on the first control 202 and the second control 203 included in the incoming call notification, or call out the incoming call interface displayed in full screen based on the incoming call notification, and answer or hang up the call based on the controls displayed on the incoming call interface displayed in full screen.
For example, in the case where the user is inputting an operation based on the game interface, it is not desirable to directly pick up a call because this would cause the incoming call interface to block the game interface, affecting the game experience. However, the mode of popping up the status bar in the form of floating notification depends on the notification service, when the notification service has problems, the incoming call interface can not be called, namely, the incoming call interface can not be displayed, and at the moment, the user can not answer the call.
In some embodiments, the method is applied to an application system, for example, the Android system. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an Android system architecture according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the Android system architecture adopts a layered architecture, which is divided into 4 layers, which are an Android application layer, an Android application architecture layer, an Android system running layer, and a Linux kernel layer from high to low. The steps in the information processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure are mainly executed based on the application program and the application framework layer.
Wherein, all Android applications are contained in the application layer, including: phone applications, address lists, status bars, browsers, etc., each application may be written based on the Java language. The Application framework layer mainly provides various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) which may be used for building an Application program, the API can be used by a part of core applications of the Android itself, a user can also build the Application program by using the API, and functions of each part included in the Application framework layer are as follows:
notification Manager (Notification Manager): allowing applications to display dialog boxes or notifications to users
Telephone Manager (Telephony Manager): the system is used for managing the call state of the mobile phone, acquiring the telephone information (equipment information, Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card information and network information), intercepting the telephone state (call state service state, signal strength state and the like) and calling a telephone dialer to make a call.
Activity Manager: controls all aspects of the application lifecycle and activity stack.
Content Providers (Content Providers): allowing data to be published and shared between programs.
Resource Manager (Resource Manager): access to non-code embedded resources is provided, such as character strings, color settings, and user interface layouts.
View System (View System): a scalable set of views for creating an application user interface.
In some embodiments, the incoming call interface may display, based on the incoming call Notification, the Notification management service (notifiationrecord) needs to sort the Notification records (notifiationrecord) existing in the current system when sending the Notification (notifiation), construct a Notification ranking (notifiationrankupdate) data structure based on information such as a sorting result, and then send the Notification ranking data structure to the corresponding Listener (Listener), when there are more Notification records (notifiationrecord) in the system, the data amount of the Notification ranking update (notifiationrankupdate) may become large until a data transmission threshold of Binder is exceeded, and when the data transmission threshold is exceeded, a transmission anomaly (transactiontoa large exclusion) is thrown, and all notifications of the system cannot be processed. That is to say, at this time, the incoming call notification cannot be displayed, the incoming call interface cannot be called, and therefore the user cannot answer the call, and once the situation occurs, the mobile terminal cannot answer the call, and further the experience of the user in using the mobile terminal is reduced.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a current notification number (a first notification number) of a telephone interface may be obtained through a notification manager (notifiationmanagers) interface (getactionnotifications), the first notification number is recorded before an incoming call floating notification is sent, a preset time duration (for example, 3 seconds) is set, and then the notification number (a second notification number) is checked, if the second notification number is found to be less than or equal to the first notification number, it is determined that the incoming call notification is sent overtime, that is, a status bar processing message fails, at this time, the incoming call notification is cancelled, and an incoming call interface is started instead, so that a user is ensured to answer a call normally.
The information processing method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to the communication module architecture, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a communication module architecture according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 4, the communication module architecture includes: the system comprises an application layer, an application framework layer, a hardware abstraction layer, a Linux core layer, a Modem layer and a radio frequency layer. The functions of each part in the communication module framework are as follows:
application layer (Application): the method is mainly typical applications of various scenes, such as telephone applications (Incallui), short message applications, address lists and the like.
Framework layer (Applications Framework): the Android system is a framework layer of an Android system, and mainly obtains communication basic information such as Modem signal parameters and network states reported by a bottom layer, selection of each network link, control of various scenes and transmission of data packets. It also includes in-card information storage queries, such as querying data stored in a cell phone card.
Hardware abstraction layer (HAL layer): the method is mainly responsible for starting the equipment, setting routing parameters and a firewall and sending the data packet to a Kernel layer.
Kernel layer (Linux Kernel): the device driver is mainly responsible for device driving and processing of a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) or an Internet Protocol (IP).
Modem layer: the main part of the communication protocol processing. The Data Packet is processed by a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP), a Radio Link Control (RLC), or a Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol and then transmitted to the Radio frequency.
A radio frequency layer: the function module is used for receiving, sending and processing high-frequency radio waves, consists of a radio frequency receiving part and a radio frequency sending part, and finally sends a data packet to a base station.
The present disclosure relates generally to the application layer and the framework layer. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a communication module architecture according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the application layer 501 includes an incoloui module 502 for displaying an incoming call interface and a status bar 503 for displaying a notification, and the framework layer 504 includes a communication module framework 505 (call framework layer) for transmitting an incoming call notification to the incoloui module 502. The framework layer also includes a notification management module 506 that notifies the application layer of the acceptance of the service notification request and notifies the display of a notification, such as a notification of a status bar 503 of a system interface (systemUI).
In some embodiments, the notification management may store different types of notifications corresponding to different types of applications, and obtain the number of notifications of each type. Here, different types of notifications can be distinguished using different notification identifications (notification ids). For example, the incoming CALL NOTIFICATION may be identified based on IN _ CALL _ NOTIFICATION _ ID, and IN the case of identifying the incoming CALL NOTIFICATION based on IN _ CALL _ NOTIFICATION _ ID, if the number of incoming CALL NOTIFICATIONs is 1, the number of incoming CALL NOTIFICATIONs may be represented as: IN _ CALL _ NOTIFICATION _ ID is 1.
In some embodiments, before sending the incoming call notification to the notification manager (notifier), an interface (getActiveNotifications) that can call the notification manager obtains the number of notifications currently issued by the Incallui module, and records the notifications that are in an active state, that is, notifications that are not closed or cancelled. For example, the notification number of incoming call notifications (first notification number) may be acquired.
Then, an application program interface of notification management (notifiationmanager) issues an incoming call notification; judging whether the incoming call notification needs to be displayed in a state bar in a floating mode, and judging the conditions as follows: non-do-not-disturb mode and the incoming interface is not displayed in the foreground at this time.
In some embodiments, a preset time period (e.g., 3 seconds) may be set, and when the preset time period is exceeded, the number of incoming notifications (the second notification number) is obtained, and it is determined whether the incoming notifications need to be floating displayed in the status bar, and if it is determined that the incoming notifications need to be floating displayed in the status bar and the second notification number is less than or equal to the first notification number, it is determined that the notification bar fails to process the message when the notification transmission is over time. At this time, the application layer can call the interface of the notification management, cancel the incoming call notification sent before, and directly start the incoming call interface, so as to ensure that the user can answer the call. Wherein the first notification number and the second notification number are both greater than or equal to 0.
Through the technical scheme in the embodiment of the disclosure, when the incoming call notification is not displayed in a floating manner, the incoming call interface can be automatically started by the telephone service, so that a user can answer the call, the normal starting of the incoming call interface under an extreme condition can be effectively ensured, and the experience is greatly improved.
