Wherein, the width of the second space (the dimension along the width direction of the mounting groove 121) may be larger than that of the first space, and correspondingly, the width of the second mounting plate 34 is also larger than that of the first mounting plate 321.
Optionally, a limiting protrusion 341 is disposed on the upper surface of the second mounting plate 34; the lower surface of the water tank cover 12 is provided with a limiting groove 122, and when the locking block 3 is located at the locking position, the limiting convex part 341 is clamped in the limiting groove 122, so as to further ensure the installation reliability of the water tank cover 12. The limiting protrusion 341 may be a protrusion extending downward and along the width direction of the mounting groove 121. Alternatively, the position restricting protrusion 341 may have a block shape or a ball shape.
Two opposite sides of the second mounting plate 34 may be provided with slots, the length direction of the slots is parallel to the length direction of the mounting groove 121, and the limiting protrusion 341 may be located between the two slots; the groove can play a role in avoiding and a role in reducing weight, and is favorable for matching the limiting protruding part 341 with the limiting groove 122, so that the operation difficulty is reduced.
In other examples, the boss 1211 may be located at a lower portion of the mounting groove 121, the second mounting plate 34 may be located below the mounting groove 121, and the second mounting plate 34 is engaged with the stopper groove 122 of the tank cap 12 by the stopper protrusion 341.
Optionally, the first mounting part 31 includes a third mounting plate, which is located below the first mounting plate 321; the first mounting plate 321 and the third mounting plate are located on the same side of the connecting portion 33, and the second mounting plate 34 is located on the opposite side of the first mounting plate 321. Wherein, along the upper and lower direction, second mounting panel 34 is located between first mounting panel 321 and the third mounting panel to do benefit to and reduce the requirement to the mounted position of mounting hole 111. Thus, the tank cover 12 is clamped between the first mounting plate 321 and the second mounting plate 34, and the third mounting plate is inserted into the mounting hole 111 of the tank groove 11, so that the locking block 3 locks the tank cover 12 with the tank groove 11, and fixes the tank cover 12 with the tank groove 11.
Optionally, an end of the third mounting plate away from the connecting portion 33 has an arc-shaped or inclined guide surface for guiding the third mounting plate into the mounting hole 111, which is beneficial to improve the assembly efficiency.
Alternatively, the connecting portion 33 is columnar; the connecting portion 33 is provided with a blind hole extending from below to above to contribute to weight reduction.
Adopt the air conditioner internal unit that this embodiment provided, when needs wash or overhaul operation such as storage water tank 1, can push latch segment 3 along the direction of keeping away from mounting hole 111 and slide, spacing bellying 341 of second mounting panel 34 breaks away from spacing recess 122, first mounting panel 321 slides along the direction of keeping away from mounting hole 111 in mounting groove 121, and the third mounting panel slides along the direction of keeping away from mounting hole 111, make latch segment 3 break away from tank lid 12, relieve the locking between tank lid 12 and the tank groove 11, be convenient for take off tank lid 12 from tank groove 11.
When the water tank cover 12 and the water tank groove 11 need to be locked, the locking block 3 can be pushed to slide along the direction towards the mounting hole 111, the first mounting plate 321 slides along the direction towards the mounting hole 111 in the mounting groove 121, the third mounting plate slides along the direction towards the mounting hole 111 to penetrate through the mounting hole 111, and when the third mounting plate slides in place relative to the depression mounting hole 111, the limiting protruding portion 341 is matched with the limiting groove 122 to lock the water tank cover 12 and the water tank groove 11.
Furthermore, the water wash unit of the air conditioner internal unit includes: a rotary drum 4 which is rotatably arranged in the water storage tank 1 and a rotary drum 4 driving motor which is used for driving the rotary drum 4 to rotate. The drum 4 driving motor may be installed at the lower cabinet.
The drum 4 is at least partially positioned in the airflow path in the air duct so as to take the water in the water storage tank 1 out by the rotation of the drum 4 and to wash and purify and/or humidify the airflow by the water taken out from the drum 4 when the airflow passes through the drum 4.
The drum 4 includes a rotation shaft extending horizontally and a plurality of rotation disks connected to the rotation shaft. The plurality of rotating disks are arranged at intervals along the rotating shaft direction. Therefore, a gap is formed between every two adjacent rotating disks, when the airflow flows to the roller 4 along the radial direction of the roller 4, the airflow can flow through the gap between the two adjacent rotating disks, and the roller 4 hardly generates any resistance to the airflow, so that the air outlet speed of the air outlet is hardly influenced.
The drum 4 takes out water in the water storage tank 1 through the rotating discs when rotating, so that the air flow is washed, purified and/or humidified by the water attached to the rotating discs when the air flow passes through the drum 4 through the gap between two adjacent rotating discs.
Specifically, when the drum 4 rotates, the water in the water storage tank 1 adheres to the rotating disk and is carried out by the rotating disk. When the air current flows through the clearance between two adjacent rotating disks and contacts with the adnexed water on the rotating disk, solid pollutants such as particulate matters, battings and the like in the air current and water-soluble harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene and the like can be dissolved in water, and meanwhile, partial water vapor can be taken away by the air current, thereby being washed and purified and/or humidified by water. The rotating disc provides a reliable and large contact area for the air flow and the water, and the water is distributed on the rotating disc uniformly, so that the water can be ensured to be in full and effective contact with the air flow. And, the setting of a plurality of rolling discs can ensure that the air current that flows through the cylinder 4 can all contact with water, has improved purification effect and the purification efficiency to the air current. Along with the continuous rotation of the drum 4, the water attached to the rotating disc is continuously renewed to maintain good washing and purifying capacity for a long time.
The height of the drum 4 in the storage tank 1 may be set such that at least a section of the drum 4 is above the water level of the storage tank 1 when the water in the storage tank 1 reaches a maximum level such that at least a section of the drum 4 is in the airflow flow path, and such that at least a section of the drum 4 is submerged in the water when the water in the storage tank 1 reaches a minimum level so as to be able to carry the water out when the drum 4 rotates. Wherein, the water level accessible liquid level sensor in the storage water tank 1, magnetism float etc. have the mode to obtain now, when the liquid level in the storage water tank 1 is less than minimum water level, accessible display screen, bee calling organ etc. suggestion user adds water in to storage water tank 1.
The embodiment also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an air conditioner internal unit and an air conditioner external unit which are connected. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner generally includes an outdoor heat exchanger. An air conditioner indoor unit generally includes an indoor heat exchanger, a throttle device, and a compressor. When the air conditioner performs refrigeration work, the compressor compresses a gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature high-pressure gaseous state, and sends the gaseous refrigerant to the outdoor heat exchanger for cooling, the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is cooled and then becomes a medium-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant, the medium-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant is throttled and reduced by the throttling device and becomes a low-temperature low-pressure gas-liquid mixture, and the low-temperature low-pressure gas-liquid mixture absorbs heat in air by the indoor heat exchanger and is vaporized into a gaseous state, so that the refrigeration effect is achieved; the gaseous refrigerant returns to the compressor to continue to be compressed, and the circulation is continued to carry out refrigeration.
