An air duct 13 is arranged between each first volute 11 and the corresponding second volute 12, and an inlet of each air duct 13 is provided with a wind wheel 2. The housing 1 is provided with two air outlets 14 respectively communicated with the two air ducts 13. The first volute 11 includes a fixing portion 111 and a flow guiding portion 112, the fixing portion 111 is fixed to the housing 1, a first end of the flow guiding portion 112 is rotatably connected to the fixing portion 111, and a second end of the flow guiding portion 112 extends toward the air outlet 14.
Two first volutes 11 and two second volutes 12 are arranged in the housing 1, and the two first volutes 11 and the two second volutes 12 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner to define two air ducts 13 in the housing 1. Wherein, two first volutes 11 set up back to back, and two wind channels 13 are the symmetric distribution. The wind wheel 2 at the inlet of each wind tunnel 13 is used to blow air from the heat exchanger out of the corresponding outlet opening 14. The wind wheel 2 is a cross-flow wind wheel with an axis arranged along the vertical direction.
Wherein, the first volute 11 includes a fixing portion 111 and a flow guide portion 112. The fixing portions 111 of the two first volutes 11 are located between the two cross-flow wind wheels 2. The first end of the flow guiding portion 112 is rotatably connected to one end of the fixing portion 111 close to the air outlet 14. The guide portions 112 are rotated with respect to the corresponding fixing portions 111 to be close to or far from the second scroll 12, thereby changing the outlet area of the wind tunnel 13.
The casing 1 is further provided with a rotary driving member in driving connection with the guiding portion 112, and the rotary driving member is used for driving the guiding portion 112 to move, so that the air guiding member 2 has a plurality of position states. Specifically, the air outlet 14 has opposite first and second side edges on both sides in the vertical direction, the first side edge being close to the first scroll casing 11, and the second side edge being close to the second scroll casing 12. The deflector 112 may be swung between the first and second positions by rotating the deflector 112. In the state shown in fig. 3, the air volume at the left air outlet 14 is the largest, and the air volume at the right air outlet 14 is the smallest.
Fig. 4 is a fourth schematic view of the structure of the cabinet air conditioner provided by the present invention, and fig. 4 shows that the second ends of the left and right air guiding portions 112 are both rotated to be opposite to the first side of the air outlet 14, at this time, no leeward region exists in the left and right air outlets 14, and the air outlet areas of the two air outlets 14 are the largest. In the state of fig. 4, the whole air supply amount of the air conditioner indoor cabinet is maximum.
According to the indoor cabinet air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two air ducts 13 and the two air outlets 14 are arranged, the two air ducts 13 are respectively and correspondingly provided with the wind wheels 2, and the two air outlets 14 respectively supply air to two areas in a space, so that the partitioned air supply is realized and the air supply amount is increased. On the basis, the rotatable flow guide parts 112 are arranged on the two first volutes 11 which are opposite to each other, so that the direct blowing prevention can be realized by adjusting the two flow guide parts 112, and the air supply modes of air ports with different sizes are formed by changing the air outlet areas of the two air outlets 14, so that the air supply quantity can be adjusted under the condition that the rotating speed of the wind wheel is constant; and can dispose different air supply volumes to two air outlets 14, satisfy user's diversified air supply demand.
In the heating mode, when users in the space of the cabinet air conditioner are distributed in two areas with a long distance, the two air outlets 14 can be respectively aligned to the two areas for air supply by respectively adjusting the flow guiding parts 112 corresponding to the two air outlets 14, so as to reduce air volume loss caused by air supply to areas without users. In the cooling mode, the air guide part 112 can be adjusted to effectively prevent cold air from directly blowing to the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second volute 12 includes a volute tongue 121 and a wind guide portion 122. One end of the air guiding portion 122 is connected to the volute tongue 121, the other end of the air guiding portion 122 extends to the air outlet 14 in an inclined manner in a direction away from the air guiding portion 112, and an air guiding channel is disposed between each air guiding portion 122 and the corresponding air guiding portion 112. The air guide channel is an air outlet section of the air duct 13 connected with the air outlet 14. The air guiding portion 112 and the air guiding portion 122 are both plate-shaped members, and the air guiding channel can guide the air outlet of the air outlet 14, which is beneficial to increasing the air supply distance.
The other end of the air guiding portion 122 is connected to the second side edge of the air outlet 14. The air guiding portions 122 on the left and right sides are respectively arranged to extend obliquely in a direction away from the corresponding air guiding portion 112, that is, the two air guiding portions 122 are arranged at an angle, which is beneficial to increasing the angle of the air outlet 14 for supplying air to the two sides in front of the cabinet air conditioner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the two air outlets 14 are provided with vertical swing blade assemblies 3, and each vertical swing blade assembly 3 includes a plurality of vertical swing blades. The air supply direction of each air outlet 14 is adjusted by adjusting the deflection angle of the two vertical swing blade assemblies 3, so that the vertical blowing prevention mode is realized. The left-right air swinging mode is realized by driving the vertical swinging blade assembly 3, and the air supply range of each air outlet 14 is enlarged. The guide part 112 and the vertical swing blade component 3 are matched, so that the comprehensive adjustment of the air supply range and the air supply quantity can be flexibly realized, and an effective direct blowing prevention air supply mode is realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of vertical flaps of the vertical flap assembly 3 can be deflected to close the air outlet 14. The corresponding air outlet 14 can be closed by driving any vertical swing blade component 3, so that air supply of different air outlets 14 can be switched. When the wind wheel 2 in any wind channel 13 stops operating or both wind wheels 2 stop operating, the corresponding air outlet 14 can be closed by driving the corresponding vertical swing blade assembly 3 to reduce dust accumulation in the internal wind channel 13. This eliminates the need for a separate door panel at the outlet 14.
Wherein, the vertical swing blades of the air outlet area and the leeward area of each air outlet 14 can deflect synchronously or independently. When the vertical swing blades of the air outlet area and the leeward area of the air outlet 14 can deflect independently, the vertical swing blade located in the air outlet area in the vertical swing blade assembly 3 can deflect to open the air outlet area and the vertical swing blade located in the leeward area can deflect to close the leeward area under the condition that the second end of the flow guide part 112 is opposite to the middle of the air outlet 14. By closing the leeward area, dust can be prevented from entering the air duct 13 from the leeward area, dust accumulation in the air duct 13 is reduced, and the user can distinguish the size of the air outlet area of the current air outlet 14 from the appearance conveniently.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the axes of the two air outlets 14 are arranged in an angle, that is, the two air outlets 14 face different directions, which is beneficial to increase the air supply angle of the two air outlets 14 to the two sides in front of the cabinet air conditioner. And an effective direct blowing prevention mode can be realized by matching with the adjustment of the deflection angle of the flow guide part 112.
For example, the included angle between the axes of the two air outlets 14 is 50 ° to 90 °, and optionally, the included angle between the axes of the two air outlets 14 is 70 °. On the basis that the axes of the two air outlets 14 are arranged in an angle mode, the air supply angles on the left side and the right side can be increased by adjusting the deflection angle of the vertical swing blade assembly 3, and wide-area air supply is achieved.
The embodiment of the present invention is specifically illustrated by the axes of the two outlets 14 forming an angle of 70 °. As shown in fig. 2, the vertical swing blades of the air outlet areas of the two air outlets 14 are parallel to the axes of the corresponding air outlets 14, and the air supply angles of the two air outlets 14 are 70 °.
As shown in fig. 5, which is a fifth schematic structural view of the cabinet air conditioner provided in the present invention, the vertical swing vanes of the two air outlet areas respectively deflect 35 ° to the first side edge of the air outlet 14 relative to the axis of the corresponding air outlet 14; alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, which is a sixth schematic structural view of the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit provided by the present invention, the vertical swing blades of the vertical swing blade assemblies 3 of the two air outlets 14 are all deflected by 35 ° toward the first side edge of the air outlet 14 relative to the axis of the corresponding air outlet 14. The air blowing directions of the two air outlets 14 in fig. 5 and 6 are the same.
As shown in fig. 7, which is a seventh schematic structural view of the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit provided by the present invention, the vertical swing blade of the air-out area of the left air outlet 14 is parallel to the axis of the corresponding air outlet 14, the vertical swing blade of the air-out area of the right air outlet 14 is deflected by 35 ° to the second side edge of the air outlet 14 relative to the axis of the corresponding air outlet 14, and the air supply angles of the two air outlets 14 are 105 °.
Under the condition that the rotation speeds of the wind wheels are the same, the air supply directions of the two air outlets 14 are the same and the air supply amounts are different in the two states shown in fig. 5 and 6. In the three states shown in fig. 2, 5 and 7, the two air outlets 14 have different air blowing directions and substantially the same air blowing amount. In both states shown in fig. 2 and 7, the air blowing directions and air blowing amounts of the two air outlets 14 are different from each other.
In the above embodiment, the air outlet 14 can be closed by driving all the vertical swing blades of the vertical swing blade assembly 3 to deflect end to end, and the leeward area can be closed by driving the plurality of vertical swing blades located in the leeward area to deflect end to end. The plurality of vertical swing blades are deflected to be connected end to end, that is, adjacent vertical swing blades are butted end to end on the surface of the air outlet 14 or are partially overlapped. Of course, suitable gaps can also exist between adjacent vertical swinging blades.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air outlet 14 is provided with a barrier 4 extending toward the inside of the housing 1 in the vertical direction, and the barrier 4 divides the air outlet 14 into a first outlet area 141 and a second outlet area 142. The flow guide 112 can be rotated into connection with the barrier 4.
For example, the first outlet region 141 is adjacent a first side edge of the air outlet 14 and the second outlet region 142 is adjacent a second side edge of the air outlet 14. In this embodiment, when the diversion part 112 can rotate to the second end connected to the barrier 4, the first outlet area 141 is a back wind area, and the second outlet area 142 is a wind outlet area. By arranging the barrier 4, when the flow guide portion 112 is connected to the barrier 4, the flow guide portion 112 can completely block the communication between the air duct 13 and the first outlet area 141, so as to ensure that the air in the air duct 13 can be completely sent out from the second outlet area 142, thereby ensuring the air supply efficiency of the second outlet area 142.
The barrier 4 may be a plate-shaped member extending toward the inside of the housing 1, and the diversion portion 112 can rotate to a second end thereof to be connected to an end of the plate-shaped member far away from the air outlet 14, so as to form a diversion surface with a smooth transition.
Further, each vertical swing blade assembly 3 includes a first swing blade assembly 31 and a second swing blade assembly 32. The first swing blade assembly 31 is disposed in the first outlet region 141, and the second swing blade assembly 32 is disposed in the second outlet region 142. The first swing blade assembly 31 and the second swing blade assembly 32 of each vertical swing blade assembly 3 are respectively in driving connection with two driving pieces. Namely, the first swing blade assembly 31 and the second swing blade assembly 32 are driven by different driving members to deflect respectively. When the flow guide portion 112 is connected to the barrier 4, the first outlet area 141 can be closed by driving the first swing vane assembly 31 to deflect.
The two sides of the first outlet area 141 in the horizontal direction respectively correspond to the first position state and the second position state of the flow guide part 112. The flow guide portion 112 may be deflected and positioned to the first position state or the second position state, and may also be deflected and positioned to any position state between the first position state and the second position state (including the first position and the second position).
It should be noted that, a plurality of blocking pieces 4 may be disposed at intervals on the swing path of the air outlet 14 corresponding to the flow guiding portion 112 to divide the air outlet 14 into a plurality of outlet areas, so that when the flow guiding portion 112 is connected to any one of the blocking pieces 4, a completely blocked air outlet area and a completely blocked leeward area can be formed. Correspondingly, each outlet area is provided with a separate swinging vane component, and the swinging vane component of each outlet area is driven by a separate driving piece. Of course, each of the vertical oscillating blades in the vertical oscillating blade assembly 3 can also be driven by a separate driving member.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the casing 1 includes a front panel, the front panel includes two adjacent front panel portions 15 arranged at an angle, and the two air outlets 14 are arranged on the two front panel portions 15 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Wherein, the front panel is a folding plate-shaped piece with a V-shaped cross section on the horizontal plane. Both front panel portions 15 are flat panels arranged in the vertical direction, and the two front panel portions 15 are connected and project forward of the front panel. The included angle of the two front panel parts 15 on the horizontal plane is 90-130 degrees. Optionally, the included angle between the two front panel portions 15 is 110 °, that is, the included angle between the central axes of the two air outlets 14 is 70 °.
Wherein, two air outlets 14 are symmetrically arranged relative to the vertical plane of the front panel of the shell 1. And/or the two front panel parts 15 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the vertical plane of the front panel. Optionally, the two air ducts 13 are also arranged symmetrically with respect to the median vertical plane of the front panel.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional shape of the case 1 in the horizontal plane is a pentagon symmetrical with respect to the median plane of the front panel, and the "V" shaped front panel corresponds to two sides of the pentagon connected to the symmetrical center line of the pentagon. The rear panel of the case 1 includes three rear panel portions corresponding to the other three sides of the pentagon. The casing 1 is provided with air inlets respectively communicated with the two air ducts 13, and the two air inlets are correspondingly arranged on the rear panel part connected with the two front panel parts 15.
It should be noted that the front panel of the housing 1 of the present invention may also be a planar plate-shaped member, and the two air outlets 14 are distributed at intervals along the horizontal extension direction of the planar plate-shaped member; alternatively, the front panel is an arc-shaped plate, and the two air outlets 14 are distributed at intervals along the arc direction of the arc-shaped plate. The shape of the front panel is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention. Accordingly, the cross-sectional shape of the housing 1 in the horizontal plane may be rectangular, circular, or elliptical.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distance between the two air outlets 14 is less than the set distance, the air can be supplied by gathering large air volume. For example, the distance between the first side edges of the two outlets 14 is smaller than the width of one of the flaps, for example 3-5 cm. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the front panel 15 is connected to one end of the corresponding second volute 12 close to the air outlet 14, and the two air outlets 14 respectively extend from the end where the two front panels 15 are connected to the corresponding second volute 12. That is, the two outlets 14 are combined into one larger outlet, i.e., the outlet is partially located at the two front panels 15.
Specifically, one end of each front panel portion 15 corresponding to a first side edge of the air outlet 14 is a first end, and one end corresponding to a second side edge of the air outlet 14 is a second end. The first ends of the two front panel portions 15 are connected, and the air outlet 14 of each front panel portion 15 extends from the first end of the front panel portion 15 toward the second scroll 12. One end of the second volute 12 close to the air outlet 14 is connected to the corresponding front panel 15, and the air outlet 14 extends from the first end of the front panel 15 where the air outlet is located to the second volute 12.
In the embodiment of the invention, two communicated air outlets 14 are arranged on the two front panel parts 15. As shown in fig. 6, under the condition that the two flow guiding portions 112 are respectively opposite to the first side edges of the two air outlets 14, the two air outlets 14 are both in an open state, and the two vertical swing blade assemblies 3 deflect to be parallel to all the vertical swing blades, the air outlet areas of the two air outlets 14 are combined to form a maximum air outlet area, so that convergent high-air-volume air supply and powerful rapid cooling and heating are realized.
Further, when the two air outlets 14 are combined into one larger air outlet, a decorative strip 5 is arranged between the two air outlets 14 along the vertical direction. The decorative strip 5 may be an independent member fixed to the front panel, or may be integrally formed with the front panel.
When the plurality of vertical swing blades of the vertical swing blade assembly 3 deflect to close the air outlet 14 or the vertical swing blade positioned in the leeward area deflects to close the leeward area, two adjacent vertical swing blades of the two vertical swing blade assemblies 3 are respectively opposite to two sides of the decorative strip, so that a gap between the two adjacent vertical swing blades is reduced, and the air outlet part in a closed state has a better appearance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, each of the guiding portions 112 has a first position state and a second position state. In the case where both the flow guide portions 112 are in the first position state, the two flow guide portions 112 are parallel to each other. When the air guiding portion 112 is in the second position, the second end of the air guiding portion 112 is opposite to the middle of the corresponding air outlet 14.
As shown in fig. 6, under the condition that the two flow guiding portions 112 are both rotated to the first position state, the two vertical swing blade assemblies 3 are driven to deflect to the state that the vertical swing blades are parallel to the flow guiding portions 112, which is beneficial to smoothly converge the air flow in the air duct 13 to the air outlet area part close to the two air outlets 14, so that the convergence of the air flow in the large air outlet air supply mode is improved, and the air supply ranges of the two air outlets 14 are not overlapped.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein the indoor unit is connected with the outdoor unit through a connecting pipe, and the indoor unit is the indoor cabinet air conditioner of any embodiment.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
