the method for preparing the powder mixture A comprises the following steps:
(i) carrying out first mixing on each component in the component a to obtain a mixture I; the component a contains Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and filler;
(ii) secondly, mixing the mixture I with the component b to obtain a powder mixture A; the component b contains a water reducing agent I, a defoaming agent I, cellulose ether, a silane water repellent and a retarder;
the method for preparing the liquid material mixture B comprises the following steps:
(1) thirdly mixing the components in the component c to obtain a mixture II; the component c contains water, acrylic emulsion and organic silicon emulsion;
(2) fourthly mixing the mixture II with a component d to obtain a mixture III; the component d contains a water reducing agent II;
(3) fifthly, mixing the mixture III with the component e to obtain a mixture IV; the component e contains a bactericide;
(4) sixth mixing the mixture IV with a component f to obtain a liquid material mixture B; the component f contains a defoaming agent II;
wherein the weight ratio of the liquid material mixture B to the powder material mixture A is 1: 2.6-3.5.
6. The process of claim 5, wherein in the process of preparing the mixture A, the conditions of the first mixing and the second mixing each independently at least satisfy: stirring in a gravity-free stirring device for 6-10min at 20-40 deg.C.
7. The process of claim 5 or 6, wherein in the process of preparing the mixture B, the conditions of the third mixing, the fourth mixing, the fifth mixing, and the sixth mixing each independently at least satisfy: under the condition of stirring, the rotating speed of the stirring is 600-1000rpm, the temperature is 20-40 ℃, and the time is 20-40 min.
8. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the mixture A and the mixture B are mixed under at least the following conditions: under the condition of stirring, the rotating speed of the stirring is 100-200rpm, the temperature is 20-40 ℃, and the time is 5-10 min.
9. Rigid water-repellent paste prepared by the process according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
10. Use of the rigid waterproofing slurry of claim 9 in waterproofing buildings.
