In view of the above, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a sludge dewatering device provided in the present invention, and fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion a in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the sludge dewatering device 100 includes a dewatering base 1, a squeezing rod 2 and a water filtering bag 4, the dewatering base 1 has a dewatering tank 11 with an open upper end, a plurality of first drainage holes 111 are formed in the bottom of the dewatering tank 11, the squeezing rod 2 is movably installed in the dewatering tank 11 in the vertical direction, the upper end of the squeezing rod 2 extends out of the dewatering tank 11, a movable cavity 3 is defined between the lower end of the squeezing rod 2 and the bottom of the dewatering tank 11, a grouting channel 21 is formed in the squeezing rod 2, one end of the grouting channel 21 penetrates through the upper end of the squeezing rod 2 to form an inlet 211, the other end penetrates through the lower end of the squeezing rod 2 to form an outlet 212, the water filtering bag 4 is installed at the lower end of the squeezing rod 2 and located in the movable cavity 3, and the water filtering bag 4 has a slurry inlet 41 communicated with the outlet 212.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the sludge dewatering device 100 is used specifically as follows, firstly, sludge slurry is filled from the inlet 211, flows through the grouting channel 21 and is discharged from the outlet 212, then enters the water filtering bag 4 through the slurry inlet 41 to complete the filling of the sludge slurry, then the extrusion rod 2 is moved from top to bottom to extrude the water filtering bag 4 to filter-press and dewater the sludge slurry, the dewatered water is discharged from the first water discharge hole 111 through the water filtering bag 4, and filter residue is left in the water filtering bag 4, thus completing the dewatering of the sludge slurry. After the sludge slurry is dehydrated, the filter residue is left in the water filtering bag 4, so that the filter residue is prevented from entering the first drainage hole 111, and the first drainage hole 111 is prevented from being blocked.
The specific material of the water filtering bag 4 is not limited in the invention, and any material capable of filtering sludge can be used. Preferably, the material of the water filtering bag 4 comprises polypropylene fiber or terylene, the material of the water filtering bag 4 can be polypropylene fiber or terylene, the polypropylene fiber and terylene have good filtering performance and are durable, and filter residues can be kept in the water filtering bag 4 sufficiently.
Further, the bottom wall of the dehydration seat 1 is provided with a mounting groove 12, the first drainage hole 111 is arranged to penetrate through the bottom of the mounting groove 12, and a smell removing part 121 is arranged in the mounting groove 12. Since the sludge slurry has odor which is an inherent characteristic, the extracted water also has odor, and the odor is diffused more rapidly due to the strong liquidity of the extracted water, so that the timely removal of the odor in the extracted water is particularly necessary. In the embodiment of the present invention, by disposing the odor removing member 121 corresponding to the first drain hole 111, the odor removing member 121 can remove odor from the water flowing through the first drain hole 111, so as to facilitate the subsequent collection and secondary treatment of the removed water.
Preferably, the odor removing part 121 includes an activated carbon filter screen, and the activated carbon filter screen has high-efficiency adsorption performance and good effect of removing odor in water. More preferably, the active carbon filter screen adopts a honeycomb structure filter screen, so that the effect of removing odor in water is better; more preferably, the activated carbon filter screen is made of shell activated carbon, so that the specific surface area is large, and the effect of removing odor in water is better.
In addition, the odor removing member 121 may also be a resin filter screen, or may also be another odor removing member 121 with an effect of removing odor in water, which is not described in detail herein.
Furthermore, the side wall of the dewatering tank 11 is provided with a plurality of second drain holes 112, and since the extrusion rod 2 is movably installed in the dewatering tank 11, a gap 5 is inevitably formed between the side wall of the extrusion rod 2 and the side wall of the dewatering tank 11, and thus the water removed part flows out through the gap 5. The second drain hole 112 is provided to facilitate the drainage of the water flowing out through the gap 5 from the dewatering tub 11 in time.
Preferably, the second drainage hole 112 is formed to extend obliquely outward from top to bottom, so as to guide the water and drain the water more quickly.
Furthermore, the second water discharge hole 112 is filled with filter cotton 112a, harmful impurities such as pathogenic microorganisms and parasitic ova can be contained in the water separated from the sludge slurry, and the filter cotton 112a is arranged, so that the harmful impurities such as pathogenic microorganisms and parasitic ova can be remained on the filter cotton 112a when the water flows out through the second water discharge hole 112, which is beneficial to reducing the harmful impurities in the water and is convenient for long-time storage of the subsequent water.
Further, a check valve 211a is provided at an inlet 211 of the grouting channel 21, the check valve 211a having a function of preventing a reverse flow of fluid, and by providing the check valve 211a at the inlet 211, the check valve 211a can effectively prevent sludge or removed water from being discharged from the inlet 211 through the grouting channel 21 during the squeezing of the filtered water bag 4 by the squeezing rod 2.
The outer contour of the extrusion rod 2 is matched with the inner contour of the dewatering tank 11, so that the extrusion rod 2 can slide up and down along the side wall of the dewatering tank 11, the movement of the extrusion rod 2 is smoother, and the dewatering efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the sludge dewatering device 100 further includes a hydraulic cylinder (not shown in the drawings), an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the extrusion rod 2, and is used for driving the extrusion rod 2 to move in the up-and-down direction, the driving force of the hydraulic cylinder is large, and the filter-pressing dewatering effect is better.
As shown in fig. 2, a clamping ring 411 is arranged at a pulp inlet 41 of the water filtration bag 4, a clamping groove 22 is arranged at the lower end of the extrusion rod 2, and the clamping ring 411 is clamped with the clamping groove 22, so that the water filtration bag 4 is detachably arranged at the lower end of the extrusion rod 2, after each filter pressing dehydration, the water filtration bag 4 can be detached, and after filter residues are taken out, the filter residues are cleaned, so that the next dehydration is facilitated, and the production cost is reduced. The invention is not limited to the specific way that the water filtering bag 4 can be detachably arranged at the lower end of the extrusion rod 2, and the mode that the clamping ring 411 is combined with the clamping groove 22 can be, and the following modes can also be adopted: the pulp inlet 41 of the water filtering bag 4 is provided with a threaded ring, the lower end of the extrusion rod 2 is provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded ring is in threaded connection with the threaded hole.
It should be noted that, in order to make the connection between the water filtration bag 4 and the clamping ring 411 more secure, a fastening ring 412 is sleeved outside the slurry inlet 41 of the water filtration bag 4, and the fastening ring 412 is used for fastening the water filtration bag 4 to the clamping ring 411.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
