Background
The water purifier uses tap water as the inflow, filters through different filter cores, can obtain the drinking water. The drinking water of the water purifier reaches the level of pure water and can be directly drunk. Domestic water of a water purifier on the market is generally filtered by various filter elements, such as a PP cotton filter element, an activated carbon filter element, an ultrafiltration membrane filter element, a reverse osmosis membrane filter element or a composite filter element with the same function.
However, after the filter element of the water purifier is used for a period of time, the filter element needs to be replaced to ensure the filtering effect of the water purifier. Like the cotton filter core of PP, it plays the effect of filtering large granule impurity such as silt, colloid, after having used a period, because the filter core is inside has gathered a large amount of silt, extremely influences its filter effect, reduces the availability factor of filter core at the back, so must in time change. The replacement period recommended by the manufacturer is 6 to 12 months, and in some regions with poor water quality, the filter element needs to be replaced within 3 months. Therefore, filter element replacement is a function that must be considered in the design and use of the water purifier.
The existing water purifier is generally installed by the after-sales personnel going to the door, and the after-sales personnel also need to go to the door for replacement when the filter element is replaced. As shown in fig. 85: the front three-stage filtration of the water purifier consists of a filter flask cover 1 ', a filter flask 2 ' and a filter element 3 ', the filter flask 2 ' and the filter flask cover 1 ' are connected through threads, when the filter element is replaced, the filter flask 2 ' can be disassembled and screwed by using a special spanner, the old filter element 3 ' is taken out, a new filter element 3 ' is put in, and the filter flask 2 ' is screwed by using the special spanner. When the filter bottle 2 'is unscrewed, the residual water in the filter bottle 2' is easy to spill, which causes troubles to users.
