Abstract
The invention discloses an air seal valve capable of adjusting air seal volume, which belongs to the field of air seal valves and comprises a machine shell and a rotating shaft, wherein a plurality of blades are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rotating shaft, and the end parts of the blades are provided with wear-resistant materials and are contacted with the machine shell. In order to solve the problems, the same position of the circumference of each blade is provided with a channel, a circumferential pipeline penetrates through the channel, the circumferential pipeline between every two adjacent blades is provided with an external pipeline, the external pipeline faces the direction away from the rotating shaft, the external pipeline is provided with ball valves, the two ends of the ball valves can be communicated by opening the quantity of the ball valves with opposite circumferences, and the vibrating screen obtains normal negative pressure so as to regulate and control the leakage amount.

Background
The rotor of the traditional airlock is formed by welding six to eight blades on a main shaft, is often arranged at the discharge outlet of a discharger which works under negative pressure, plays a role in quantitative conveying by the rotation of an impeller in a shell, and plays a role in sealing, so that air is prevented from being sucked from the discharge outlet in the pneumatic conveying process, and the normal discharge of the discharger is ensured.
However, for different working condition requirements, especially when different materials are discharged, certain requirements may be imposed on the leakage amount of the air lock valve, and some air lock valves generally available in the market have small leakage amount and large leakage amount of some products, but the leakage amount of none of the air lock valves can be adjusted.
For example, when the air seal valve faces a negative pressure conveying system and is arranged between the vibrating screen and the discharger, the vibrating screen has almost no negative pressure due to low leakage amount and more dust leakage because the sealing performance of most air seal valves is better. Therefore, the air-lock valve is required to meet the requirement of arbitrarily adjusting the leakage amount.
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention designs and manufactures the air seal valve capable of adjusting the air seal volume by combining years of design and use experience of related fields and assisting with over-strong professional knowledge, so as to overcome the defects.

2. When the air seal valve is used for conveying without leakage amount, normal conveying requirements of the air seal valve can be met only by turning off all the ball valves, and when the air seal valve is used for conveying with different leakage amounts, the application range of the whole air seal valve is wider although the ball valves need to be manually adjusted.

As shown in figure 1, the air seal valve capable of adjusting air seal volume comprises a machine shell and a rotating shaft 1, wherein a plurality of blades 2 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the rotating shaft 1, and the end parts of the blades 2 are provided with wear-resistant materials and almost contact with the machine shell.
Because the air seal valve is arranged between the vibrating screen and the discharger with negative pressure, the sealing performance of the air seal valve is good, the leakage rate is low, the vibrating screen almost has no negative pressure, and the dust leakage of the vibrating screen is more. In order to solve the problems, a channel is arranged at the same position of the circumference of each blade 2, a circumferential pipeline 3 penetrates through the channel, the overall diameter of the circumferential pipeline 3 is preferably larger than the length of each blade 2, no gap exists between the circumferential pipeline 3 and the channel, an external pipeline 4 is arranged on the circumferential pipeline 3 between every two adjacent blades 2, the external pipeline 4 faces the direction away from the rotating shaft 1, ball valves 5 are arranged on the external pipeline 4, and the quantity of the ball valves 5 which are opposite in circumference is opened, so that the two ends of each ball valve 5 can be communicated, the vibrating screen obtains normal negative pressure, and the leakage amount is further regulated and controlled; or the leakage amount can be regulated and controlled by opening all the ball valves 5 at different opening degrees, the whole structure is simple, and normal conveying is not influenced.
In order to prevent the material to be conveyed from entering the circumferential pipe 3 through the outer pipe 4, the length of the end of the outer pipe 4 from the rotating shaft 1 is preferably set to 7/10-8/10 of the length of the blade 2, even if the end of the outer pipe 4 is as close as possible to the inner wall of the casing.
When the air seal valve is used for conveying without leakage amount, the normal conveying requirement of the air seal valve can be met only by turning off all the ball valves 5, and when the air seal valve is used for conveying with different leakage amounts, although the ball valves 5 need to be manually adjusted, the application range of the whole air seal valve is wider.
