The double-edge-protection full-open cover is not developed at present in China; in a conventional full-open cap, after a tab is pressed down to start tongue piece, raw materials can be directly exposed after the tab is pulled away from a tangent line, and a metal cutting surface is relatively sharp and is easy to cut fingers of a consumer or hurt the contact skin of the consumer when drinking. That is, the above patent documents do not realize the function of double edge protection, and the edge of the lid left on the can or the center panel pulled inside is easily scratched by the consumer after the lid center panel is pulled.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem that the existing full-open lid with the easy-to-open lid is easy to cut fingers of consumers or contact the skin of a can body, the invention provides a full-open lid with a protective function, which is also called a double-edge-protecting full-open lid.
According to the double-edge-protection full-open cover provided by the invention, the effect of folding two edges is formed by adopting a die and a punch device and utilizing the stretching of a metal material, so that the opened tongue piece and the residual edge remained on the tank body form an inward-folded edge protection, and the injury of the tongue piece and the residual edge of the tank body to consumers is effectively avoided.

the first protected area comprises a first arc, a first straight line segment, a second arc and a second straight line segment; the first arc line and the second arc line are connected through the first straight line segment, the first edge protection region and the second edge protection region are connected through the second straight line segment, and the first notch is located on the second straight line segment.
2. 4. The double-edged full open lid as set forth in claim 1, wherein said tab has an action point in a longitudinal direction, and a force application portion having an action point, said action point being located on said first score, said force application portion being located on the center panel.
5. The double-edged full cover according to claim 1 further comprising a bead and an annular groove, said bead being linearly connected to said annular groove, said annular groove being located at the periphery of said edge-protected region.
6. The double-edged full cover of claim 5 wherein said annular groove has two upwardly extending ends, one end connected to said beaded edge and the other end connected to said bordered area.
7. The double-skirt full open lid according to claim 5, wherein the high point of said bead and the low point of said annular groove form the height of the lid, said lid having a height of 6.73-6.99 mm.
8. The full-open double-edge-protection cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein a finger ring is disposed on the central panel, a tab buckle is disposed on the tab, an annular region of the tab buckle partially overlaps with an annular region of the finger ring, and the tab buckle is disposed above the finger ring.
