The application also provides a front through combined lamp positioning method, which is implemented by using the front through combined lamp positioning device and specifically comprises the following steps:
connecting the vertical surface of the second connecting piece 21 with one surface of the front end frame 10 close to the vehicle head so as to correct the positioning error of the front end frame 10 along the vertical direction;
connecting a first connecting piece 20 with the horizontal plane of a second connecting piece 21, so that the positioning error of the first connecting piece 20 along the vertical direction is not more than a preset error, and determining the position positioning of the first connecting piece 20 along the length direction of the vehicle body;
the connecting arms 30 of the front penetration combination lamp module 3 are respectively connected with the first connecting pieces 20 to determine the position location of the front penetration combination lamp module 3 along the vertical direction, the length direction of the vehicle body and the width direction of the vehicle body.
Specifically, the front-end module 1 is assembled offline, and a front-end module installation tool is used for assembling, wherein the installation sequence is that the front-end module installation tool is used for installing the two connecting plates 5 on two sides of the front-end frame 10 respectively, and then the front-end module installation tool is used for fixing the anti-collision beam assembly 6 on the two connecting plates 5, so that the front-end module 1 is installed offline independently; secondly, the front end module 1 which is assembled is installed and positioned on the left longitudinal beam 7 and the right longitudinal beam 7 of the body-in-white by using a front end module positioning tool, and in the process, the front end frame 10 may have rotary deviation along the length direction of the body, so that the position accuracy of the whole front end module 1 along the vertical direction and the length direction of the body is influenced.
Specifically, when the second connecting members 21 are installed, the number of the second connecting members 21 is preferably 3, a connecting module positioning tool is used to fixedly connect the vertical surface of the second connecting member 21 with the surface of the front end frame 10 close to the vehicle head, and the adjusting gaskets 22 are respectively arranged on the screws penetrating through one group of the first positioning adjusting holes and the first fixing holes according to the rotation condition of the front end module 1 so as to correct the positioning error of the front end frame 10 along the vertical direction, and then the connecting module positioning tool is also used to fixedly connect the horizontal surfaces of the first connecting members 20 and the second connecting members 21, and since the position of the horizontal surface of the second connecting member 21 along the vertical direction is the corrected position, the position is basically accurate, so that the position of the first connecting member 20 installed thereon along the vertical direction is also accurate, and the position of the first connecting piece 20 along the length direction of the vehicle body is positioned together with the connecting module positioning tool through the via hole structure design.
Specifically, after the position of the first connecting member 20 is determined, the connecting arm 30 of the front penetration combination lamp module 3 is respectively connected and fixed with the protruding portion 202, so as to realize the position accuracy of the front penetration combination lamp module 3 through the second connecting portion 201; and then the front grill module 4 is connected and fixed to the third connection portion 203, so that the positional accuracy of the front grill module 4 is achieved.

the connecting module (2) comprises a first connecting piece (20) and at least one second connecting piece (21), the second connecting piece (21) is L-shaped, the vertical surface of the second connecting piece (21) is connected with one surface, close to the vehicle head, of the front end frame (10), the horizontal surface of the second connecting piece is connected with the first connecting piece (20), and the second connecting piece (21) is used for correcting the positioning error of the front end frame (10) along the vertical direction, so that the positioning error of the first connecting piece (20) along the vertical direction is not greater than a preset error, and is also used for assisting the positioning of the first connecting piece (20) along the length direction of the vehicle body;

and respectively connecting the connecting arms (30) of the front through combined lamp module (3) with the first connecting pieces (20) so as to determine the position location of the front through combined lamp module (3) along the vertical direction, the length direction of the vehicle body and the width direction of the vehicle body.
