The cross section of the structure formed by the underframe unit 100, the central beam unit 200 and the top frame unit 300 is i-shaped, and the transverse width of the top frame unit 300 is smaller than that of the underframe unit 100; two sets of the end walls 400 are respectively provided at both ends of the top chassis unit 300 and the bottom chassis unit 100 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the base frame unit 100 includes a support part, a floor 140, and a cargo support cross member 150. The support portions include center sills 110, bolster sills 120, side sills 130, underframe end sills 170, longitudinal sills 160, and bottom plates 180.
The two ends of the center sill 110 are respectively connected with the middle part of the underframe end beam 170, and the center sill 110 is connected with the underframe end beam 170 in an I shape. The cross section of the center sill 110 is a structure of a few characters.
The corbels 120 are respectively disposed at both sides of the center sill 110. The bolster 120 is disposed parallel to the underframe end beam 170, and the bolster 120 is disposed axisymmetrically about the center sill 110. The bolster 120 includes an upper cover plate 123 and a lower cover plate 122. One end of the upper cover plate 123 is fixedly connected with one side of the top end of the center sill 110. One end of the lower cover plate 122 is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom end of the center sill 110.
The side members 130 are respectively connected to the body bolsters 120 disposed on the same side of the center sill 110, and both ends of the side members 130 are respectively connected to the underframe end members 170. The side beams 130 are in two groups. The two sets of side members 130 are respectively disposed in parallel with the center member 110.
The side member 130 includes a first connecting arm, a connecting portion, and a second connecting arm, the connecting portion being connected to the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm, respectively. The first connecting arm is connected with one end of the upper cover plate 123 far away from the center sill 110, the connecting part is connected with one end of the lower cover plate 122 far away from the center sill 110, and the second connecting arm is arranged in parallel with the first connecting arm. The cross section of the side beam 130 is a U-shaped structure.
The floor 140 is disposed on a plane formed by the center sill 110, the underframe end sill 170, the bolster 120 and the side sill 130. The floor panels 140 are in two groups. The two sets of floor boards 140 are disposed in axial symmetry with the center sill 110, the two sets of floor boards 140 contact a portion of the center sill 110, and a gap is left between the two sets of floor boards 140. The floor 140 is positioned on the upper surface of the upper cover plate 123, and both ends of the floor 140 are in contact with the first connecting arm of the side sill 130 and the upper surface of the center sill 110, respectively.
A cargo support beam 150 is disposed on an upper surface of the floor 140. The cargo support cross members 150 are respectively disposed at both sides of the longitudinal center line of the center sill 110, are disposed in parallel with the underframe end members 170, and are disposed in axial symmetry with the center sill 110. The cargo support beam 150 is used to support long cargo items to be separated from the floor 140. At least a portion of the load support beam 150 is provided with a void between the floor 140 that enables a forklift fork to extend into the void. One end of the cargo support beam 150 adjacent to the center sill 110 is connected to the upper surface of the center sill 110; and are equidistantly arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle body 1.
The longitudinal beam 160 is disposed on the lower surface of the floor panel 140 and passes through the bolster 120, and the longitudinal beam 160 is disposed in parallel with the center sill 110. The cross-section of the longitudinal beam 160 is a U-shaped structure.
The bottom plate 180 is connected to the bottom end of the center sill 110 and to a portion of the lower cover plate 122.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the roof rack unit 300 includes a roof rack longitudinal beam 310, an upper side beam 320, a roof rack lateral beam 330, and a roof panel 340. The upper frame longitudinal beam 310 is connected to the central beam unit 300. The roof side rail 320 is disposed parallel to the roof side rail 310, and the roof side rail 320 is disposed axisymmetrically with respect to the roof side rail 310. The roof cross member 330 is connected to the roof longitudinal member 310 and the roof side member 320, respectively, and the roof cross member 330 is arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 1. The top frame cross beams 330 are arranged axisymmetrically with respect to the top frame longitudinal beams 310. The top plate 340 is disposed on the plane formed by the top frame longitudinal beams 310, the roof side beams 320, and the top frame cross beams 330.
The cross-sections of the top frame longitudinal beams 310 and the top side beams 320 are both rectangular structures. The side of the cross section of the roof rack longitudinal beam 310 in the lateral direction of the vehicle body 1 is a long side. The side of the cross section of the roof side rail 320 in the lateral direction of the vehicle body 1 is a short side. And the length of the long side of the cross section of the roof side rail 320 is equal to the length of the short side of the cross section of the roof side rail 310.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the central beam unit 200 includes columns 210, bracing assemblies 220 and reinforcing rib plates 240.
The pillars 210 are provided in at least two. The pillars 210 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 1. One end of the pillar 210 is connected to the center sill 120, and the other end of the pillar 210 is connected to the upper frame longitudinal sill 310. The columns 210 are respectively disposed perpendicular to the center sill 110 and the upper frame longitudinal sill 310.
The column 210 includes a main column 211 and a sub column 212. Between the transverse symmetrical plane 11 of the vehicle body and the sleeper beam 110, a main upright post 211 and an auxiliary upright post 212 are arranged at intervals, and the main upright post 211 is arranged on the center line 121 of the sleeper beam along the transverse direction of the vehicle body. The studs 210 adjacent to the headwall 400 are secondary studs 212.
The inclined strut assembly 220 is arranged between two spaced vertical columns 210, one end of the inclined strut assembly 220 is connected with the lower end of one of the vertical columns 210 and the middle beam 110, and the other end of the inclined strut assembly 220 is connected with the upper end of the other vertical column 210 and the top frame longitudinal beam 310.
The bracing assemblies 220 between the lateral plane of symmetry 11 of the body and the bolster 110 are arranged in parallel.
The two sides of the transverse symmetrical plane 11 of the vehicle body are provided with upright posts 210, and two groups of inclined struts 220 connected with the upright posts 210 on the two sides of the transverse symmetrical plane 11 of the vehicle body are in a cross shape.
The center line 121 of the sleeper beam along the transverse direction of the vehicle body is provided with a vertical column 210, and two sides of the bottom of the vertical column 210 are respectively connected with an inclined strut assembly 220 and are in a V-shaped structure.
The pillars 210 on both sides of the lateral symmetry plane 11 of the vehicle body are auxiliary pillars 212. The two ends of the bracing component 220 between the auxiliary upright posts 212 on the two sides of the transverse symmetrical plane 11 of the vehicle body and the sleeper beam 110 on the same side are connected with the main upright post 211.
The roof rail 330 is disposed corresponding to the vertical column 210. That is, one vertical column 210 and two roof rail 330 form a structure close to a T-shape.
The diagonal brace assembly 220 includes a diagonal brace 221 and a diagonal brace connecting plate 222. Two ends of the diagonal brace 221 are respectively fixedly connected with the diagonal brace connecting plate 222. The bracing connecting plate 222 at one end is fixedly connected with the upright column 210 and the middle beam 110, and the bracing connecting plate 222 at the other end is fixedly connected with the other upright column 210 and the top frame longitudinal beam 330.
The stiffener plates 240 are disposed between at least a portion of the columns 210 and the roof rail 310. A reinforcing rib plate 240 is provided between the main column 210 and the roof truss longitudinal beam 310 connected to the bracing assembly 220 forming the V-shaped structure.
As shown in fig. 1, 8 and 9, the headwall 400 includes upper end beams 410, end posts 420, cross-ties 430, corner posts 440, end plates 450, headwall support beams 460, reinforcing angle irons 470, reinforcing plates 480 and connecting plates 490.
The upper end beams 410 are respectively connected to one ends of the upper frame longitudinal beam 310 and the upper side beam 320 in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame unit 300, and the upper end beams 410 are arranged in the lateral direction of the upper frame unit 300. The cross-section of the upper end beam 410 is a rectangular structure.
One end of the end post 420 is connected to the upper end beam 410 and the other end of the end post 420 is connected to the undercarriage end beam 170. The end post 420 is disposed perpendicular to the upper end beam 410. The end posts 420 include a main end post 421 and an auxiliary end post 422. The auxiliary end posts 422 are arranged axisymmetrically with respect to the main end post 421. The ends of the main end posts 421 are disposed in the middle of the upper end beam 410 and the chassis end beam 170.
The wale 430 is parallel to the upper end beam 410, and the wale 430 and the end post 420 are woven in the widthwise direction and the lengthwise direction, respectively. The transverse bands 430 are multiple.
The number of the corner posts 440 is two. One end of the corner post 440 is connected to the end of the upper end beam 410, and the other end of the corner post 440 is connected to the underframe end beam 170 of the underframe unit 100. The corner posts 440 are disposed on both sides of the end post 420. Both ends of the transverse belt 430 are respectively connected with the corner posts 440, and the two corner posts 440 are respectively vertically connected with both ends of the transverse belt 430. The end posts 420 are disposed parallel to the corner posts 440. The corner posts 440, cross-ties 430, end posts 420, and upper end beams 410 form a lattice structure. The thickness of the corner posts 440 corresponds to the width of the cross-section of the upper end beam 410. The end posts 420 and the cross-band 430 are of uniform thickness, and the thickness of the end posts 420 is less than the thickness of the corner posts 440.
The end of the corner post 440 that is attached to the chassis end rail 170 of the chassis unit 100 has a tongue and groove arrangement with a horizontal surface that is disposed on the upper surface of the chassis end rail 170 and a vertical surface that is proximate to the side of the chassis end rail 170 that is distal from the center rail 110.
The end plate 450 is disposed on the face formed by the end post 420, the cross-band 430 and the corner post 440. The end plate 450 is in contact with the upper end beam 410.
The reinforcing angle iron 470 is provided at a connection portion of the corner post 440 and the upper end beam 410, and serves to reinforce the connection strength of the corner post 440 and the upper end beam 410.
The reinforcing plates 480 are connected to the corner posts 440 and the underframe end beams 170 of the underframe units 100, respectively, for reinforcing the connection strength of the corner posts 440 and the underframe end beams 170.
The connecting plate 490 includes a first connecting plate 491 and a second connecting plate 492. The first connection plate 491 is connected to the upper end beam 410 and the end plate 450, respectively. The second connecting plates 492 are connected to the undercarriage end beams 170 and the end plates 450 of the undercarriage unit 100, respectively. For reinforcing the coupling strength of the end plates 450 with the upper end beams 410 and the underframe end beams 170, respectively.
End wall support beams 460 include horizontal portions and vertical portions that are vertically connected. The horizontal section is connected to the underframe end beam 170 and the vertical section is connected to the corner post 440. The upper surfaces of the end wall support beams 460 are coplanar with the upper surfaces of the cargo support cross members 150 of the underframe unit 100.

The same as example 1 except for the following structure:
as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the railway wagon further comprises a rope socket 20. The rope seat 20 is provided with a rope-threading hole for fixing a rope for binding goods.
The rope holder 20 includes an underframe rope holder 21, a center beam rope holder 22 and a roof rope holder 23.
The underframe rope sockets 21 are connected to the side beams 130 of the underframe unit 100, and the underframe rope sockets 21 are arranged corresponding to the cargo support cross beams 150.
The center beam rope holder 22 is provided near the middle of the pillar 210 of the center beam unit 200.
The roof rail 23 is connected to the roof rail 320 of the roof unit 300, and the roof rail 23 is disposed corresponding to the roof cross member 330.
Example 3
The same as example 2 except for the following structure:
as shown in fig. 6, the railway wagon further includes corner reinforcing irons 40. There are two sets of corner reinforcing irons 40. Corner reinforcing irons 40 are respectively provided on the upper surfaces of the top frame unit 300 where they are connected to the end wall 400. That is, the corner reinforcing iron 40 is located on the upper surface of the position where the top plate 340 is connected to the upper end beam 410 of the end wall 400, and the shape of the corner reinforcing iron 40 is nearly T-shaped.
Example 4
The same as example 3 except for the following structure:
as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the railway wagon further includes a reinforcement beam 30. The reinforcement beam 30 is connected to the headwall 400 and the auxiliary stud 212 adjacent to the headwall 400, respectively.

Claims (10)

1. A rail wagon with an underframe unit, a center beam unit, a top frame unit and end walls is characterized in that the rail wagon comprises a wagon body, wherein the wagon body comprises the underframe unit, the center beam unit, the top frame unit and two groups of end walls; the bottom frame unit is arranged below the top frame unit and is arranged in parallel with the top frame unit; the cross section of a structure formed by the underframe unit, the central beam unit and the top frame unit is I-shaped, and the transverse width of the top frame unit is smaller than that of the underframe unit; the two groups of end walls are respectively arranged at two ends of the top frame unit and the bottom frame unit along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the underframe unit comprises a support part, a floor and a cargo support beam; the floor is arranged on the supporting part, and the supporting part is used for supporting the floor; the cargo supporting cross beam is arranged on the upper surface of the floor and is used for supporting long cargos to separate the long cargos from the floor; a gap is formed between the cargo supporting cross beam and the floor, and the gap can enable a fork of a forklift to extend into the gap;
the central beam unit comprises an upright post and an inclined strut; the number of the upright columns is at least two, the upright columns are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, one ends of the upright columns are connected with the underframe unit, the other ends of the upright columns are connected with the top frame unit, and the upright columns are respectively and vertically arranged with the underframe unit and the top frame unit;
the inclined strut assembly is arranged between two adjacent and/or spaced upright columns, one end of the inclined strut assembly is connected with the lower end of one upright column and the bottom frame unit, and the other end of the inclined strut assembly is connected with the upper end of the other upright column and the top frame unit.
2. A railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support parts of the underframe units comprise side sills, centre sills, sills and underframe end sills;
the two ends of the middle beam are respectively connected with the middle part of the end beam of the underframe, and the middle beam is connected with the end beam of the underframe in an I shape;
the sleeper beams are respectively arranged on two sides of the center sill, and the sleeper beams are arranged in an axisymmetric manner by taking the center sill as an axis;
the side beams are respectively connected with the sleeper beams arranged on the same side of the middle beam, and two ends of the side beams are respectively connected with the end beams of the underframe;
the cargo supporting cross beams are respectively arranged on two sides of the longitudinal center line of the middle beam.
3. A railway wagon as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bracing arrangements between the lateral symmetry plane of the wagon body and the sleeper beams are arranged in parallel;
upright columns are arranged on two sides of the transverse symmetrical surface of the vehicle body; two groups of inclined struts which are respectively connected with the upright posts on the two sides of the transverse symmetrical surface of the vehicle body form a cross shape;
the sleeper beam is provided with a stand column along the central line of the transverse direction of the vehicle body, and the two sides of the bottom of the stand column are respectively connected with inclined struts to form a V-shaped structure.
4. A railway wagon as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upright comprises a main upright and a secondary upright;
between the transverse symmetrical surface of the car body and the sleeper beam, a main upright post and an auxiliary upright post are arranged at intervals, and the sleeper beam is provided with a main upright post along the central line of the car body in the transverse direction;

the upright posts are connected with the longitudinal beam of the top frame and are arranged corresponding to the cross beam of the top frame.
6. A railway wagon as claimed in claim 5, wherein the roof rack unit further comprises a roof panel disposed on a plane formed by the roof rack longitudinal beams, roof side beams and roof rack cross beams;
the top frame cross beams are arranged in an axisymmetric mode by taking the top frame longitudinal beams as axes.

A railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bracing assembly comprises a bracing and a bracing connecting plate; two ends of the diagonal brace are respectively connected with the diagonal brace connecting plate; the inclined strut connecting plate at one end is respectively connected with the upright post and the bottom frame unit, and the inclined strut connecting plate at the other end is respectively connected with the other upright post and the top frame unit.

the rail wagon further comprises a reinforcing beam, the reinforcing beam is respectively connected with the main end column of the end wall and the stand column adjacent to the end wall, and the reinforcing beam is respectively and vertically arranged with the main end column and the stand column adjacent to the end wall;
