A slicing device for preparing kiwi fruit slices comprises a rack and a cutting tool (1) which is arranged on the rack and used for cutting peeled kiwi fruits, wherein the cutting tool (1) is provided with a plurality of slender and sharp cutting parts (1 a) which are arranged side by side; the cutting machine is characterized by further comprising a guide rail (2) which is arranged on the rack and the output end of which faces the cutting tool (1); and a pair of disc-shaped parts (3) which are rotatably arranged on the frame and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the guide rail (2); and a rotary driver (4) which is arranged on the frame and drives the two disk-shaped pieces (3) to rotate reversely;
wherein the guide rail (2) comprises a first runner (2 a) extending horizontally towards the cutting tool (1); the cutting tool comprises a first sliding chute (2 a), a second sliding chute (2 b) and side baffles (2 c), wherein one end of the first sliding chute (2 a) far away from the cutting tool (1) extends upwards in an inclined mode, the side baffles (2 c) are arranged on two sides of the first sliding chute (2 a) and the second sliding chute (2 b), the minimum distance between the two side baffles (2 c) is larger than the minimum distance between the two disc-shaped pieces (3), and openings used for avoiding the outer circumferential surfaces of the disc-shaped pieces (3) are formed in the side baffles (2 c); the two executing parts of the two-way sliding table (5) are respectively positioned at two sides of the first sliding chute (2 a), and the two side baffles (2 c) and the two disc-shaped parts (3) are respectively arranged on the two executing parts of the two-way sliding table (5);
the disc-shaped part (3) comprises a wheel body (3 a) which is rotatably arranged on the frame, and an output shaft of the rotary driver (4) is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the wheel body (3 a); and an air bag (3 b) covering the outer circumferential surface of the wheel body (3 a);
the bottom of the first sliding groove (2 a) is provided with a sliding strip (2 a 1), and the sliding strip (2 a 1) is connected with the rack in a sliding mode.
2. Slicing device for kiwi fruit slices, according to claim 1, wherein the radial cross-section of the bladder (3 b) is of a kidney-round shape.
3. Slicing device for kiwi fruit slices, according to claim 1, wherein the cutting means (1) comprises
A rectangular frame-shaped holder (1 b); and
a clamping block (1 c) clamped at one side of the bracket (1 b); and
the first sliding block (1 d) is slidably arranged on the other side of the bracket (1 b), and two ends of the cutting part (1 a) are respectively connected with the clamping block (1 c) and the first sliding block (1 d); and
the guide post (1 e) is arranged on one side, far away from the clamping block (1 c), of the first sliding block (1 d); and
a first nut (1 f) spirally mounted at one end of the guide post (1 e) far away from the first sliding block (1 d); and
and the spring (1 g) is sleeved on the guide post (1 e) and two ends of the spring are respectively abutted against the first nut (1 f) and the bracket (1 b).
4. A slicing device for kiwi fruit slices as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a blade holder (6), wherein the blade holder (6) is provided with a plurality of slots (6 a) for inserting a plurality of cutting tools (1), and the plurality of slots (6 a) are arranged in a stepped shape.
5. A slicing method for preparing kiwi fruit slices, wherein said slicing method is performed using the slicing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, said slicing method comprising the steps of:
starting a rotary driver (4), wherein the rotary driver (4) drives a disc-shaped piece (3) to rotate at a high speed;
the kiwi fruit is driven to roll along the guide rail (2) towards the cutting tool (1);
the kiwi fruit flies out from the tail end of the guide rail (2) at a high speed after being accelerated by the disk-shaped member (3) and impacts on the plurality of cutting parts (1 a).
