and acquiring time information applied by the intelligent street lamp, and analyzing the season of the intelligent street lamp.
4. The method for controlling the intelligent street lamp according to claim 1, wherein the step of setting the usage mode of the intelligent street lamp according to the usage rule further comprises:
acquiring intelligent street lamp information of the same region in the same season;
and according to the use rule, synchronously setting the use modes of the intelligent street lamps in the same region in the same season.
5. The method for controlling the intelligent street lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the intelligent street lamp is a street lamp connected through a network, and comprises a sensing output device and a communication control device which are electrically connected.
6. The method for controlling the intelligent street lamp according to claim 5, wherein the sensing and outputting device comprises a device responsible for front-end data sensing and outputting, including a lighting lamp, a sensor, an alarm, a camera, an audio broadcast, and an LED screen.

The method for controlling intelligent street lamps according to claim 5, wherein the communication control device comprises a device responsible for data acquisition, communication and control of the sensing output device, and comprises a street lamp dedicated gateway, an industrial router, an RTU and a data acquisition instrument.
