Claims (10)
1. A headset with a fabric-wrapped headband comprises a headband assembly and headset assemblies mounted at two ends of the headband assembly, and is characterized in that: the head hoop assembly comprises a plastic head band, a plastic cloth frame, a head cloth, a head top cotton and wire rods, wherein the plastic head band, the plastic cloth frame and the head cloth are all U-shaped, the inner side of the head cloth is arc-shaped and keeps the shape by the elastic tension of the head cloth, and the head cloth is embedded in the inner side of the plastic cloth frame and arched towards the direction far away from the plastic cloth frame; the head-wearing top cotton is filled between the head-wearing cloth and the plastic cloth rack; the wire is arranged along the outer side of the plastic cloth frame and penetrates into the earphone component; the plastic head band and the plastic cloth frame are provided with a clamping structure, so that the plastic head band and the plastic cloth frame are fixed with each other.

The headset of claim 1 having a bag network headband, wherein: the clamping structure comprises a plurality of clamping hooks arranged along the length direction of the plastic head belt and a plurality of clamping grooves positioned on the plastic cloth rack, and the plurality of clamping hooks and the plurality of clamping grooves are matched in the head hoop component one by one.

The headset of claim 1 having a bag network headband, wherein: but the inboard of plastic bandeau still is equipped with elastic bending deformation's line ball strap, and the wire rod is pushed down to the line ball strap, presss from both sides tight line ball strap under plastic bandeau and the plastic cloth frame combined action.
4. The headset of claim 1 having a bag network headband, wherein: a plurality of bearing blocks are arranged on the plastic cloth frame along the length direction of the plastic cloth frame, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the tops of the bearing blocks, and wires are embedded and positioned in the arc-shaped grooves.

The headset of claim 1 having a bag network headband, wherein: the two sides of the plastic cloth rack are provided with extension pieces, one side of the head cloth close to the plastic cloth rack is provided with a bent edge, the bent edge hooks the extension pieces, the surfaces of the two ends of the plastic cloth rack are conical, and the two ends of the head cloth semi-surround the two ends of the plastic cloth rack.

The headset of claim 1 having a bag network headband, wherein: the two ends of the plastic head band are provided with limiting columns, the two ends of the plastic cloth rack are provided with closing-in elastic pieces, the two ends of the plastic cloth rack are provided with clamping rings, the closing-in elastic pieces hoop the clamping rings and are clamped in the limiting columns, and the two ends of the head cloth are inserted into the limiting columns; the wire rod passes through the limiting column to be connected with the earphone component.

A headset with a bag network headband according to claim 1 or 6 wherein: the back of the earphone component is provided with a splicing component, the splicing component comprises a first seat body, a second seat body, an external connecting pipe, an internal connecting pipe and a bent wire guide piece, the first seat body is provided with a lead hole, the external connecting pipe penetrates through the lead hole, and the upper end part of the external connecting pipe is mutually clamped with the head hoop component; the inner connecting pipe is arranged in the outer connecting pipe in a penetrating way, the wire bending guide piece is provided with a guide hole, and the second seat body is provided with a wire outlet hole communicated with the wire guide hole; the side walls of the lead hole, the outer connecting pipe and the inner connecting pipe are all provided with long holes extending along the axis, and the wire bending guide piece penetrates through the long holes of the lead hole, the outer connecting pipe and the inner connecting pipe, so that the wire guide hole, the inner connecting pipe and the outer connecting pipe are aligned and communicated; the first seat body and the second seat body are clamped with each other, so that the wire bending guide piece, the external connecting pipe and the external connecting pipe are limited and fixed, and the second seat body and the earphone assembly are clamped with each other.

The headset of claim 7 having a bag network headband, wherein: the pilot hole comprises successive segments: the outer pipe comprises a longitudinal hole section which is coaxial with the outer pipe, a transition section which is obliquely arranged, and a transverse hole section which is transversely arranged and is communicated with the wire outlet hole.

The headset of claim 7 having a bag network headband, wherein: the two ends of the wire rod penetrate into the earphone assembly after respectively penetrating through the guide holes and the wire outlet holes of the outer connecting pipe, the inner connecting pipe and the bent wire guide piece of the corresponding end, the section of the wire rod inserted into the earphone assembly is a bent section, and the bent section hooks the earphone assembly, so that the second seat body and the earphone assembly are clamped mutually.
10. The headset of claim 1 having a bag network headband, wherein: each earphone component comprises a plastic back shell, a mesh cloth, a silica gel ring, a plastic ear rack, a rebound ear cotton, a silica gel noise insulation sleeve and an ear cover cloth which are all annular,
a cloth adhesive ring is arranged between the mesh cloth and the plastic ear rack and is used for bonding and fixing the periphery of the mesh cloth on the plastic ear rack and the plastic back shell;
the circumferential side of the plastic ear rack is provided with a 7-shaped pre-tightening groove, the inner side of the plastic back shell is provided with a pre-tightening bulge, and the pre-tightening bulge is inserted into the pre-tightening groove and then rotates to pre-position the plastic back shell and the plastic ear rack; the plastic back shell is provided with an annular groove for embedding the silica gel ring, an outer adhesive ring is arranged between the plastic back shell and the plastic ear frame, and the plastic ear frame seals and compresses the silica gel ring;
an ear cotton adhesive ring is arranged between the plastic ear rack and the rebound ear cotton to realize mutual adhesion; the silica gel noise insulation sleeve is coated outside the resilience ear cotton, and the periphery of the silica gel noise insulation sleeve is clamped with the plastic ear rack;
the plastic ear rack, the rebound ear cotton, the silica gel noise insulation cover and the plastic back shell are wrapped by the ear cover cloth.
