acquiring conference reservation information of a user;
determining conference participants and conference time according to the conference reservation information;
comparing whether meeting conflicts exist between the meeting participants and the meeting time;
and if so, sending the conference conflict reminding information to a preset user side.
It should be noted that, when a user subscribes a network conference, conference subscription information of the user needs to be acquired first, where the subscription information includes conference subject, conference time, conference location, conference participants, and other information, and after the conference subscription information is acquired, it needs to be determined whether there is a conflict between the participants and the conference time, for example, whether there is another conference at the same time or not among the conference participants, and if so, it indicates that there is a conference conflict among the participants; different conferences do not exist at the same place in the same time period, and if the conferences exist, the existence of time conflict is indicated. And if the conflict exists, sending the meeting conflict reminding information to a preset user side. The preset user side can be a conference host, a conference initiator, a user at a preset level and the like. The invention can remind in advance according to whether different participants have conference conflicts in the conference reservation, solves the problem of low office efficiency caused by the conference conflicts of the participants and also improves the use experience of users.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the encryption level of a pre-stored conference file;
acquiring the permission level of the conference participant;
comparing whether the encryption level of the conference file is matched with the permission level of the conference participant;
and if not, sending the warning information to a preset user side.
It should be noted that there may be confidential or sensitive information in the pre-stored file, and if there is confidential or sensitive information and there may be a risk of information exposure, it is not suitable for being disclosed in the network conference, so that it is necessary to determine the encryption level of the pre-stored conference file, and a file with a high encryption level indicates that the file is relatively sensitive and can be viewed only by a person with a higher authority; the file with low encryption level has low sensitivity, so that more people can view the file, namely, the people with lower authority can view the file. Therefore, after the encryption level of the conference file and the permission levels of the conference participants are obtained, whether the encryption level of the conference file is matched with the permission levels of the conference participants is compared, if so, the permission levels of all the current conference participants can check the conference file, and if not, warning information is sent to a preset user side. The preset user side can be a conference host, a conference initiator, a user at a preset level and the like.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
extracting characters from a pre-stored conference file to obtain text information;
converting the text information into a characteristic value to obtain a text characteristic value;
judging whether sensitivity information exists according to the text characteristic value;
and if the sensitivity information exists, the pre-stored conference file is set to be in a first state, and the reminding information is sent to the preset user side.
It should be noted that when the pre-stored conference file is judged, text extraction may be performed on the pre-stored conference file to obtain text information. And then, carrying out characteristic value conversion on the text information to obtain a text characteristic value, and judging whether sensitivity information exists or not according to the text characteristic value. The sensitivity information determination may be: the sensitivity text characteristic value can be prestored in the server, represents a characteristic value with sensitive words or sensitive information, compares the similarity between the text characteristic value and the prestored sensitivity text characteristic value, if the similarity exceeds a preset threshold, it indicates that the conference file has sensitivity information, places the prestored conference file in a first state, and sends the reminding information to a preset user side. The first state is a state that people except the file uploader are prohibited from viewing. By the security judgment of the conference files, the risk of sensitive content leakage is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether there is sensitivity information according to the text feature value specifically includes:
inputting the text characteristic value into a preset sensitive neural network model;
and obtaining the result of whether the sensitivity information exists.
It should be noted that the present invention can also use the neural network model to judge the sensitivity, and the sensitivity information result of the file can be quickly judged by using the neural network model, so as to improve the judging efficiency.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
the network conference equipment acquires projection screen image information, identifies the projection position of the laser pen and obtains position information;
synthesizing the position information to real-time display content to obtain a synthesized image;
and sending the composite image to other network conference equipment in the same conference for display.
It should be noted that in a conference, participants in a main conference place often use a laser pen to irradiate the content in the screen so as to be convenient for the people on the main conference place to watch, but if there are other conference places, the people in the other conference places cannot observe the irradiation condition of the laser pen in the main conference place, and the invention solves the problem. Firstly, the network conference equipment acquires projection screen image information, identifies the projection position of the laser pen to obtain position information, identifies the projection position of the laser pen through the camera, can generate position coordinates, can use the lower left corner of display content as a coordinate origin, and then obtains the coordinate information of the current irradiation position of the laser pen. And synthesizing the position information into real-time display content to obtain a synthetic image, and finally sending the synthetic image to other network conference equipment in the same conference for display.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the voice information of the conference participants in real time according to the voiceprint characteristics of the conference participants;
converting the voice information into character information, and recording the character information to each conference participant category;
and forming a conference record file by the character information of each conference participant, and sending the conference record file to a server for storage.
It should be noted that, in a network conference, conference contents often need to be recorded, and the network conference device of the present invention can identify voice data of different participants through voiceprints, and can generate corresponding text information, convert the voice information into text information, and record the text information under each conference participant category; and forming a conference record file by the text information of each conference participant, and sending the conference record file to a server for storage so as to be checked after the conference.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method for generating the sensitive neural network model specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical text characteristic value data, and preprocessing the historical text characteristic value data to obtain a training data set;
inputting the training data set into an initialized neural network model for training to obtain a sensitive neural network model;
obtaining the prediction accuracy of the sensitive neural network model;
and comparing the prediction accuracy with a preset accuracy threshold, and stopping training if the prediction accuracy exceeds the accuracy threshold.
It should be noted that the historical text characteristic value data is a historical data value in a period of time, and the greater the quantity, the higher the accuracy of the neural network model training. Firstly, after obtaining the historical text feature value, preprocessing is required, for example, normalization processing or format conversion processing is performed on the data to facilitate training of the neural network, and after preprocessing, a training data set is obtained. And then inputting the training data set into the initialized neural network model for training, wherein the training is automatic training, and finally the sensitive neural network model is obtained. And then test data are input, and the accuracy of the prediction result output by the sensitive neural network information is judged. And comparing the prediction accuracy with a preset accuracy threshold, if the prediction accuracy exceeds the accuracy threshold, indicating that the sensitive neural network model can achieve a better prediction effect, and stopping training. Wherein the accuracy threshold may be 80-95%.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the grade information of the conference;
acquiring face data of conference participants in real time;
comparing the acquired face data with the face data of the conference participants in the database;
and if not, sending the warning information to a preset user side.
It should be noted that the level information of the conference is the conference level information set by the host or the appointed conference person, the high-level representative conference is confidential and important, only a person with a certain permission level can participate in the conference, and the encryption level of the conference file can also be used, and whether the conference is the high-level conference is determined according to the encryption level of the conference file. Then when the meeting, the network meeting equipment acquires the face data of meeting participants in real time through the camera, compares the acquired face data with the face data of the meeting participants in the database, if the comparison is unsuccessful or other meeting participants appear, then indicates that other personnel appear in the meeting, the risk of information leakage may exist, and the people are considered not to be matched, and sends warning information to a preset user side to remind.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
generating a file extraction code according to the conference participant information and the conference information;
sending the file extraction code to a corresponding conference participant end;
receiving a downloading request of a conference participant end;
comparing whether the download request is matched with the extraction code;
and if the meeting record file and the meeting file are matched, sending the meeting record file and the meeting file to a participant end.
It should be noted that, after the conference is completed, the conference recording file is also stored in the server, and if the participants want to download or know the conference content after the conference, the conference recording file can be downloaded through the server. And after the extraction code is sent to the conference participants, waiting for a downloading request of the conference participants, wherein the downloading request comprises the file extraction code. And then comparing whether the downloading request is matched with the extraction code, and if so, sending the conference record file and the conference file to the participant end.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving of the control instruction of the user with the control authority specifically includes:
establishing short-distance connection between the network conference equipment and a user handheld terminal for controlling the authority;
receiving a control instruction of a handheld terminal of a user with control authority;
and controlling the conference according to the control instruction.
It should be noted that, in order to increase timeliness and operability of conference control, a short-distance connection between the handheld terminal and the network conference device may be established, and the short-distance connection may be in a wireless manner such as bluetooth, zigbee, wifi, or the like, or may be in a wired manner. The short-distance connection can timely and quickly transmit the control information to the network conference equipment, and the effects of quick response and control can be achieved. The handheld terminal can be a mobile phone or pad and the like, can be better controlled through the handheld terminal, replaces computer control, enables meeting personnel not to carry a computer, and improves use experience.
A third aspect of the present invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a network conference reservation control method program, and when the network conference reservation control method program is executed by a processor, the method implements the steps of any one of the foregoing network conference reservation control methods.
The invention discloses a reservation control method, a system and a readable storage medium for a network conference, which are characterized in that a pre-stored conference file is obtained by obtaining a request of a user, and then the conference is controlled according to the control authority of the user.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
Claims (10)
1. A reservation control method of a network conference is applied to network conference equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a conference entrance request of a user;
acquiring conference information of a reserved conference in a server according to the conference joining request;
acquiring a pre-stored conference file according to the conference information;
sending the conference file to a display end;
acquiring user authority;
determining a conference control authority according to the user authority;
and receiving a control instruction of a user with control authority to control the conference.
2. The reservation control method of the network conference according to claim 1, wherein the reservation conference step is specifically:
acquiring conference reservation information of a user;
determining conference participants and conference time according to the conference reservation information;
comparing whether meeting conflicts exist between the meeting participants and the meeting time;
and if so, sending the conference conflict reminding information to a preset user side.
3. The reservation control method of the network conference according to claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring the encryption level of a pre-stored conference file;
acquiring the permission level of the conference participant;
comparing whether the encryption level of the conference file is matched with the permission level of the conference participant;
and if not, sending the warning information to a preset user side.
4. The reservation control method of the network conference according to claim 3, further comprising:
extracting characters from a pre-stored conference file to obtain text information;
converting the text information into a characteristic value to obtain a text characteristic value;
judging whether sensitivity information exists according to the text characteristic value;
and if the sensitivity information exists, the pre-stored conference file is set to be in a first state, and the reminding information is sent to the preset user side.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining whether there is sensitivity information according to the text feature value specifically comprises:
inputting the text characteristic value into a preset sensitive neural network model;
and obtaining the result of whether the sensitivity information exists.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the network conference equipment acquires projection screen image information, identifies the projection position of the laser pen and obtains position information;
synthesizing the position information to real-time display content to obtain a synthesized image;
and sending the composite image to other network conference equipment in the same conference for display.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the voice information of the conference participants in real time according to the voiceprint characteristics of the conference participants;
converting the voice information into character information, and recording the character information to each conference participant category;
and forming a conference record file by the character information of each conference participant, and sending the conference record file to a server for storage.
8. A reservation control system for a web conference, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory includes a reservation control method program for the web conference, and the reservation control method program for the web conference, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of:
acquiring a conference entrance request of a user;
acquiring conference information of a reserved conference in a server according to the conference joining request;
acquiring a pre-stored conference file according to the conference information;
sending the conference file to a display end;
acquiring user authority;
determining a conference control authority according to the user authority;
and receiving a control instruction of a user with control authority to control the conference.
9. The reservation control system of the network conference according to claim 8, wherein the reservation conference step is specifically:
acquiring conference reservation information of a user;
determining conference participants and conference time according to the conference reservation information;
comparing whether meeting conflicts exist between the meeting participants and the meeting time;
and if so, sending the conference conflict reminding information to a preset user side.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium includes a reservation control method program of a web conference, and when the reservation control method program of a web conference is executed by a processor, the steps of a reservation control method of a web conference according to any one of claims 1 to 7 are implemented.
