Working principle: when the online ring-correcting dust-collecting current collecting system is used, the structure of the device is simply known, in the embodiment of the invention, the online ring-correcting device 5 is fixed on the conductive ring 4 through bolts and insulating plates, the insulating performance is reliable, the phenomenon of creepage and leakage cannot be caused, and when the ring is turned, an operator controls the feed amount and the feed speed through the PLC operation control screen 18, so that the online ring-correcting dust-collecting current collecting system is convenient, safe and reliable.
When the device is in an operating state, heat and dust generated by the slip ring and the electric brush are absorbed by the dust collector, the internal environment of the collector system is better, the performance is more stable, and the service life is prolonged.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1, an infrared thermometer 6 is mounted on the casing 1 at the front end of the slip ring, and can display the monitored temperature on a display screen, so as to be convenient for viewing the temperature information inside.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, two sides of a shell 1 of the current collecting system are respectively provided with an observation door and window 16 for observing the brush frame and the brush condition of the lifting brush device 3, and the observation door and window 16 is opened for maintaining the lifting brush device 3 and the condition of the online ring correcting device 5, so that the operation is convenient, the maintenance is simple, and the safety and the reliability are realized.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1, the on-line ring calibrating device 5 can directly calibrate and turn when the slip ring needs to calibrate, without disassembling the motor housing and the rotor, thereby greatly reducing the cost of manual disassembly, hoisting, transportation, processing, assembly and equipment, shortening the maintenance period of the equipment and improving the economic benefit.
As an example, the ventilation duct 9 connects the housing 1 and the dust collector housing 10, and when in operation, the air sucked into the dust collector enters through the ventilation window 2, forms an air channel through the slip ring, the conductive ring 4 and the lifting brush device 3, and the air with dust and temperature enters into the dust collector through the ventilation duct 9, passes through the exhaust fan 11 after being purified through the filter cartridge, and is discharged through the air outlet of the exhaust fan 11. The dust adsorbed on the filter 14 passes through the high-pressure pulse air bag 13, and the electromagnetic valve 12 controls the back blowing of the filter 14, so that the dust falls into the dust box 15, and is convenient to clean and take out.
