Claims (8)

1. A permanent magnet synchronous motor end cover connecting device is characterized by comprising a motor body (1), an end cover body (2), a cover plate (3), a rubber block (4) and a rubber plug (5); the end cover body (2) covers the right side of the motor body (1), mounting plates (6) are arranged on the outer ring of the right side of the motor body (1) and the outer ring of the left side of the end cover body (2) in a surrounding mode, the end cover body (2) is mounted on the right side of the motor body (1) through the mounting plates (6), and the mounting plates (6) are mounted through mounting bolts (8);
the middle part of the end cover body (2) is provided with a bearing hole (25), the bearing hole (25) is communicated with two sides of the end cover body (2), the surface of the end cover body (2) of the outer ring of the bearing hole (25) is provided with a plurality of screw holes (24), and the plurality of screw holes (24) are uniformly distributed on the outer ring of the bearing hole (25);
the cover plate (3) is attached to the surface of the end cover body (2) on the right side of the bearing hole (25), the cover plate (3) is arranged on the right side surface of the end cover body (2) through a fastening bolt (9), the fastening bolt (9) penetrates to the left side of the cover plate (3), the tail end of the fastening bolt (9) is screwed into the screw hole (24), a gasket (26) is sleeved on the outer ring of the fastening bolt (9) on the right side of the cover plate (3), the gasket (26) is attached to the right side surface of the cover plate (3), a spring (27) is sleeved between the gasket (26) and the cap body on the right side of the fastening bolt (9), a bearing seat (10) is fixed in the middle of the right side of the cover plate (3), and the bearing seat (10) penetrates through the cover plate (3) and is communicated with the bearing hole (25), a lantern ring (11) is arranged in the bearing seat (10), and the lantern ring (11) is arranged in the center of the inside of the bearing seat (10);
the rubber block (4) is provided with six rubber blocks, the six rubber blocks (4) are evenly abutted between the bearing seat (10) and the lantern ring (11), an outer clamping groove (13) is formed in the surface of the inner ring of the bearing seat (10) on the outer side of the rubber block (4), an inner clamping groove (14) is formed in the outer surface of the lantern ring (11) on the inner side of the rubber block (4), two ends of the rubber block (4) are respectively abutted to the inner clamping groove (14) and the outer clamping groove (13), rubber abutting blocks (15) are fixedly connected to the surfaces of the two sides of the rubber block (4), and the rubber abutting blocks (15) are abutted between the bearing seat (10) and the lantern ring (11);
rubber buffer (5) set up the top surface in bearing frame (10) right side outside, and rubber buffer (5) left bearing frame (10) surface sets up recess (19), and rubber buffer (5) are arranged in the inside of recess (19) in a chock plug, and recess (19) left bearing frame (10) inside has seted up slot (20), and the left side of rubber buffer (5) is planted in slot (20), through-hole (22) have transversely been seted up to slot (20) left bearing frame (10) inside, and through-hole (22) and bearing frame (10) left inside intercommunication, spongy cushion (18) have been put on the right side of bearing frame (10) inside, spongy cushion (18) are located bearing frame (10) on lantern ring (11) right side inside, and the left side of through-hole (22) extends to the right side of spongy cushion (18).

The permanent magnet synchronous motor end cover connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that: a limiting ring (16) is fixed on the surface of the outer ring on the left side of the cover plate (3), the outer diameter of the limiting ring (16) is smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing hole (25), and the limiting ring (16) is located on the outer ring of the bearing seat (10).
