The invention provides a financial automatic reconciliation method and system based on store management, aiming at solving the problems that manual account reconciliation of an offline cashier entry system is difficult to find difference reasons due to various different cashier modes of stores in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an automated financial reconciliation method based on store management, which includes the following steps:
s101: and determining a channel for acquiring the real-time account data of the stores by distinguishing store collection transaction modes.
Specifically, store checkout transaction modes are classified according to different payment transaction modes of customers, and the classification types comprise a direct connection transaction mode and a non-direct connection transaction mode. The direct connection transaction mode is to directly cooperate with a third-party payment and receipt platform to collect the payment, for example, modes of butt-joint payment treasure, WeChat, cloud flash payment, bank card swiping and the like are adopted; the non-direct connection transaction modes comprise cash collection, check and bank transfer collection; and determining a channel for acquiring the real account data of the store according to different transaction modes.
Furthermore, the receivable data are classified according to the collection transaction mode input by the store, and the classified receivable data are marked, for example, a first receivable data report is generated by directly connecting the receivable data, a second receivable data report is generated by indirectly connecting cash receivable data, and a third receivable data report is generated by indirectly connecting a check and bank transfer receivable data. It should be noted that when a customer pays by checking and bank transfer, a store cashier needs to enter a check number or a bank transfer electronic receipt number so as to match the running of a bank account with the subsequent check number or bank transfer electronic receipt number.
S102: and acquiring the real account data of the store according to different channels and comparing the real account data with the account data which is input by the store and needs to be received.
Specifically, store real-time account data are acquired through different channels according to different types of transaction modes, for example: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a transaction reconciliation file directly connected with a third-party payment and receipt platform through an interface provided by FTP, SFTP or directly connected with the third-party payment and receipt platform, distinguishing the transaction reconciliation file according to a cooperation mechanism, a fund channel and a service line, extracting reconciliation key field data, entering the reconciliation key field data into a to-be-checked database to generate a first real payment and receipt data report, wherein the reconciliation key field data comprises the following steps: store labels, transaction time, transaction amount, channel commission, settlement amount, cash register terminal number, etc.
Furthermore, the real-time cash amount is acquired by recognizing the cash bank deposit document through the OCR and a second real-time account data report is generated, and it should be noted that the cashier of the store needs to deposit the cash collected on the same day in the bank and binds the bank deposit document with the store label and upload the bank deposit document after the transaction date so as to recognize the real-time cash amount.
Further, generating a third real account data report according to the acquired check collection and bank transfer collection through the bank account collection flow detail;
further, after the real received money is remitted to the bank account of the company by the direct connection third-party receiving and paying platform, the payment account flow received by the bank account by the direct connection third-party receiving and paying platform is obtained, and then a fourth real received account data report is generated after classification is carried out according to the cooperation mechanism, the fund channel and the service line.
Preferably, the first real account data report and the first receivable account data report are compared to judge whether difference data exists in the directly connected transaction collection amount, if yes, a fourth receivable account data report is generated through S103 or S104; if not, a fourth account receivable data report is directly generated.
Finally, the receivable data and the corresponding real receivable data are compared, for example, the first receivable data and the first real receivable data are compared, the second receivable data and the second real receivable data are compared, the third receivable data and the third real receivable data are compared, the fourth receivable data and the fourth real receivable data are compared, it should be noted that when the third receivable data and the third real receivable data are compared, data matching is required according to the check number and the bank transfer electronic receipt number.
S103: and (5) recording the difference data of the comparison result into a long and short error report.
Specifically, the difference data obtained by comparing according to the step S102 is recorded into a long and short fee error report. It should be noted that, when data comparison is performed according to S102, the transaction mode entered by the store is different from the actual transaction mode due to the fact that the transaction payment mode entered by the store is incorrectly entered by the cashier of the store, and therefore, the difference data of the comparison result is included in the cross-family data error report.
S104: and processing the difference data of the comparison result.
Specifically, the difference data of the comparison results of the same transaction payment mode is processed according to a preset rule, and the real receivable data and the receivable data are matched and corrected according to the store bottom layer transaction payment mode data acquired by inquiring the misstatement data.
S105: and counting a business amount report form of the summary store.
Specifically, the reconciliation data reports of all different categories are counted and summarized into the store turnover reports.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a financial automated reconciliation method for a direct connection third party payment and receipt platform based on store management, which includes the following steps:
s201: and acquiring a transaction reconciliation file directly connected with the third-party payment receiving platform and taking the collection amount in the reconciliation file as real collection account data.
Specifically, the obtained transaction reconciliation files are distinguished according to a cooperative institution, a fund channel and a service line, preferably, the reconciliation files are further distinguished according to a shop label, and the reconciliation key field data is extracted and enters a to-be-reconciled database to generate a first real charge and receipt data report.
S202: and comparing the reconciliation file with the receivable data input by the shop to judge whether difference data exists.
Specifically, the accounts receivable data and the real accounts receivable data entered into the store are compared according to the same key fields of the cooperation institution, a fund channel (for example, a bank two-dimensional code), a service line, a transaction serial number, a cash register terminal number, a cash register number, a transaction amount and the like to match and judge whether difference data exists. If so, the process proceeds to S203 to S205, and if not, the process proceeds directly to S205.
S203: and (5) recording the difference data of the comparison result into a long and short error report.
S204: and processing the difference data of the comparison result.
S205: and generating an accounts receivable data report.
S206: and inquiring real account receiving money which is directly connected with the payment of the third-party payment and receipt platform and received by the bank account and generating a real account receiving money data report.
S207: and comparing the account receivable data with the real account receivable data to judge whether difference data exists. If yes, the process proceeds to S208-S210, otherwise, the process proceeds to S210 directly.
S208: and (5) recording the difference data of the comparison result into a long and short error report.
S209: and processing the difference data of the comparison result.

s301: and classifying the transaction data of the non-direct connection transaction according to the store collection transaction mode. If the store payment method is cash, the process proceeds to steps S302 to S306 and S313, and if the store payment method is check or bank transfer, the process proceeds to steps S307 to S312 and S313.
S302: and acquiring the receivable data of the store according to the input cash amount.
S303: real account data, transaction date, and transaction store labels are identified by cash bank deposit documents.
S304: and comparing the account receivable data with the real account receivable data to judge whether difference data exists. If so, the process proceeds to S305, S306, and S313, and if not, the process proceeds to S313 directly.
Specifically, data comparison is carried out according to the real receivable amount, the transaction date and the transaction store number and the acquired store receivable data date and store number.
S305: and (5) recording the difference data of the comparison result into a long and short error report.
S306: and processing the difference data of the comparison result.
S307: and acquiring the input check collection amount, the input bank transfer collection amount, the check number or the bank transfer electronic receipt number.
S308: and generating accounts receivable data according to the check collection amount and the bank transfer collection amount.
S309: and acquiring the detailed collection flow of the bank account as real account data and matching according to the bill number or the electronic return order number for transferring.
