And the server side verifies the terminal validity. After the terminal starts the system, a handshake flow between the terminal and the server is performed first. The handshake information uploaded by the terminal includes: the information such as a timestamp, a hardware serial number, a random number, a terminal model, a terminal number, a terminal type and the like is transmitted to the server through stored self private key signature and server common key encryption, and the hardware serial number is encrypted by using a 3DES algorithm and then transmitted to the server. After receiving the information, the server decrypts the hardware serial number plaintext by using the inverse 3DES algorithm, then finds the terminal common key by using the hardware serial number to check the signature of the message, decrypts the message by using the server private key after the signature passes, and verifies the terminal by using the decrypted information to ensure that the terminal is a legal terminal.
And the terminal verifies the validity of the server. The server side includes, in the return message of the handshake: and information such as a timestamp, a random number, a server ID and the like is transmitted to the terminal through the stored own private key signature and terminal common key encryption, and the random number is encrypted by using a 3DES algorithm and then transmitted to the terminal. After receiving the information, the terminal decrypts the plaintext of the random number by using the inverse 3DES algorithm, then checks the signature of the message by using the service terminal common key, decrypts the message by using the terminal private key after the signature passes, and checks the service terminal by using the decrypted information and the random number to ensure that the service terminal is a legal service terminal.
Data validity. After the identity validity is verified, the terminal encapsulates the data downloading request message in a digital envelope mode, the data downloading request message is decrypted by the server and then returned according to the request, the returned data also needs to be encapsulated by the digital envelope, and the terminal decrypts the data and then uses the data.
Step S403, if the terminal is verified not to meet the preset access condition, the state of the terminal is not monitored.

if the terminal is verified to meet the preset access condition according to the self information of the terminal, performing state monitoring on the terminal, wherein one or more information of a terminal log, a terminal position and a terminal state uploaded by the terminal is periodically received during the state monitoring, the terminal log is used for recording the processing flow of the widely-broadcasted information received at the terminal, the terminal position is determined according to the real-time GPS positioning information, and the terminal state at least comprises the self preset performance parameters of the terminal;
in the process of monitoring the state of the terminal, if an emergency information processing condition is triggered, a control instruction is issued to the terminal so as to broadcast the emergency information through the terminal;
further comprising:
and uniformly managing and maintaining the advertisement information to be issued to the terminal, and carrying out classification management on channels of the advertisement information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the collecting of the self-information of the terminal and the verifying of the terminal satisfies a preset access condition, wherein the preset access condition at least includes one of the following: the validity verification of the terminal identity and the validity verification of the terminal identity to the server terminal further comprise:
acquiring self information of the terminal and verifying the identity validity of the terminal;
determining a verification result of the terminal on the validity of the identity of the server according to the terminal synchronization information;
and verifying the validity of the data interacted with the terminal according to the identity validity verification result of the terminal and the verification result of the terminal on the validity of the identity of the server.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the verifying the validity of the identity of the terminal comprises:
the terminal comprises a plurality of terminals, the identity validity of each terminal is verified,
after each terminal starts an own operating system, performing handshake operation with the terminal, wherein handshake information uploaded by the terminal at least carries: a timestamp, a hardware SN serial number, a random number generated by the handshake operation and a local terminal parameter;
after a plaintext of an SN (serial number) is decrypted based on a preset decryption algorithm according to encryption information received from the terminal, the terminal common key is determined according to the hardware SN serial number to carry out signature verification on a message, wherein the encryption information is encrypted and uploaded synchronously through a pre-stored own private key signature and the common key, and meanwhile, the hardware SN serial number is encrypted and uploaded synchronously based on the preset encryption algorithm;
if the message passes the verification, decrypting and verifying the message according to a private key of the server side, and determining that the terminal is a legal terminal;
and receiving the encapsulated request of the terminal determined to be legal, and issuing encapsulated data for obtaining the decrypted data of the terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the result of the verification of the validity of the identity of the server by the terminal comprises:
the terminals comprise a plurality of terminals, and the identity validity of the server side is verified at each terminal;
according to a message returned during the handshake operation with the terminal, the message is encrypted by a pre-stored own private key signature and a common key of the terminal and is transmitted to the terminal, and meanwhile, a random number is also transmitted to the terminal after being encrypted by a preset algorithm, wherein the message returned during the handshake operation at least carries: a timestamp, a random number generated by the current handshake operation and server ID information;
receiving a verification result of the identity validity of the server side synchronized by the terminal;
and if the verification result of the validity of the identity of the service end is passed, returning the data requested by the terminal.
