Claims (10)
1. A data processing method for standards management, the method comprising:
according to a preset rule, associating and classifying and filing a first standard acquired in advance to update a preset first standard big database; the first standard big database contains a plurality of standards of different versions in the technical field;
determining a review result according to the release date of the first standard, the filed first standard and a predetermined standard rule;
continuing to execute, revoke, or update the first criterion based on the review result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of continuing to execute, revoke, or update the first criteria based on the review results comprises:
if the review result represents that all indexes in the first standard are qualified, continuing to execute the first standard;
if the review result represents that the key indexes in the first standard are unqualified, the first standard is abandoned;
and if the review result represents that the non-key index in the first standard is unqualified, modifying the non-key index and updating the first standard.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of associating and classifying and archiving the pre-acquired first criteria according to the preset rule to update the preset first criteria big database comprises:
associating the first standard with the standard in the first standard big database according to the number of the first standard, the name of the first standard, the keyword entry of the first standard and the reference relation of the first standard; and classifying, storing and archiving the associated first standard.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first standard is an already published standard;
determining a review result according to the release date of the first standard, the first standard and a predetermined standard rule, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
marking a release date of the first criterion;
and if the difference value between the release date and the current date is greater than a preset time threshold, determining the review result according to the filed first standard and the predetermined standard rule.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein if the review result indicates that the non-key index in the first criterion is not qualified, the step of modifying the non-key index and updating the first criterion comprises:
if the non-key index is unqualified, modifying the non-key index according to the predetermined standard rule;
and reestablishing and checking the standard according to the updated non-key index to obtain the updated first standard.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of obtaining the first criterion comprises:
collecting basic information for establishing a standard;
according to a preset second standard big database, correcting a second standard preliminarily corresponding to the basic information to obtain a third standard; the second standard big database contains a plurality of standard templates of different versions in the technical field;
correcting the third standard according to expert opinions to obtain a fourth standard;
reviewing the fourth criteria according to review criteria information;
if the fourth standard accords with the examination standard information, taking the fourth standard as a first standard and issuing the first standard;
rejecting the fourth criterion if the fourth criterion does not comply with the review criterion information.
7. A data processing apparatus for standards management, the apparatus comprising:
the standard filing module is used for associating and classifying and filing the pre-acquired first standard according to a preset rule so as to update a preset first standard big database; the first standard big database contains a plurality of standards of different versions in the technical field;
the standard review module is used for determining a review result according to the release date of the first standard, the filed first standard and a predetermined standard rule;
and the review result processing module is used for continuously executing, abolishing or updating the first standard based on the review result.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the review result processing module is further configured to continue to execute the first criterion if the review result represents that all indexes in the first criterion are qualified;
if the review result represents that the key indexes in the first standard are unqualified, the first standard is abandoned;
and if the review result represents that the non-key index in the first standard is unqualified, modifying the non-key index and updating the first standard.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information for establishing a standard;
the drafting module is used for correcting a second standard preliminarily corresponding to the basic information according to a preset second standard big database to obtain a third standard; the second standard big database contains a plurality of standard templates of different versions in the technical field;
the opinion solicitation module is used for correcting the third standard according to expert opinions to obtain a fourth standard;
the standard examining module is used for examining the fourth standard according to the examining standard information;
a standard approval module, configured to, if the fourth standard meets the review standard information, take the fourth standard as a first standard and issue the first standard;
a criteria approval module further configured to reject the fourth criteria if the fourth criteria does not comply with the review criteria information.
10. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing machine executable instructions executable by the processor, the processor executing the machine executable instructions to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
