Abstract
A method for testing acceleration performance of an automobile includes the steps of accelerating a tested vehicle at a full accelerator under the condition that wheel slip is minimum to complete acceleration test, recording positions of an accelerator pedal and speed data at different moments in the test process, determining data segments of full accelerator acceleration of each gear based on the recorded data, performing linear fitting on the data segments of full accelerator acceleration of each gear respectively, and obtaining tangent slope through fitting, namely acceleration of the corresponding gear. The acceleration capacity of each gear is represented by the acceleration under each gear in the design, the acceleration capacity of the vehicle in each gear can be accurately represented, the reasonability of speed ratio distribution of each gear can be analyzed, and the test process is simple, convenient and quick.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile tests, and particularly relates to a method for testing automobile dynamic property.
Background
The dynamic performance index of the automobile is mainly represented by the maximum speed, the acceleration capability and the maximum climbing gradient, and is the most basic and important performance in the service performance of the automobile.
In China, the acceleration capability in the dynamic index is obtained by an automobile manufacturer through a sample automobile test according to the test standard GB/T12543 specified by the state. According to the existing method, the main test contents are a full-throttle starting acceleration performance test and a full-throttle overrunning acceleration performance test, and the test result is acceleration time. Because only the acceleration time can be obtained, the intermediate process cannot be represented, and whether the gear ratio design of each gear is scientific and reasonable cannot be known, which is not beneficial to deeply analyzing the dynamic condition; secondly, the acceleration time is related to the proficiency of the driver's operation, and varies from person to person; in addition, the commercial vehicle with more gears (especially without a synchronizer) occupies longer time for gear shifting during acceleration test, so that the test error is large, and the vehicle dynamic performance cannot be accurately evaluated only through the acceleration time.

the manual mode test is as follows: the manual transmission is placed in a 1-gear state when the detected vehicle is static, then full accelerator acceleration is performed under the condition that the wheel slip is minimum, the speed is increased to a 2-gear state after the engine reaches a rated rotating speed, full accelerator acceleration is continued, the speed is increased to a 3-gear state after the engine reaches the rated rotating speed, and the like until the acceleration of the highest gear is completed;
the automatic mode test is as follows: the automatic transmission is placed in a D gear under the condition that the detected vehicle is static, and then the vehicle is quickly started and the full accelerator is kept to be accelerated under the condition that the wheel slip is minimum until the detected vehicle reaches the highest speed;
and secondly, determining a data segment of the full-accelerator acceleration of each gear based on the recorded data, and then respectively performing linear fitting on the data segment of the full-accelerator acceleration of each gear, wherein the tangential slope obtained by fitting is the acceleration of the corresponding gear.
In the first step, if the tested vehicle adopts a manual transmission, a manual mode test is carried out;
if the vehicle under test employs an automatic transmission other than the CVT transmission, an automatic mode test is performed.

A test method for automobile acceleration performance sequentially comprises the following steps:
step one, at least one of a manual mode test and an automatic mode test is carried out on the tested vehicle, and the position of an accelerator pedal and the speed data at different moments in the test process are recorded, wherein,
the manual mode test is as follows: the manual transmission is placed in a 1-gear state when the detected vehicle is static, then full accelerator acceleration is performed under the condition that the wheel slip is minimum, the speed is increased to a 2-gear state after the engine reaches a rated rotating speed, full accelerator acceleration is continued, the speed is increased to a 3-gear state after the engine reaches the rated rotating speed, and the like until the acceleration of the highest gear is completed;
