The water level monitoring and alarm device of any one of claims 2, 4 and 5, wherein: the connecting piece (103) comprises a connecting column (103 a), a fixed disc (103 b) and a connecting shaft (103 c), wherein the connecting column (103 a) is fixed at the top of the bottom plate (102), the fixed disc (103 b) is fixed with the top end of the connecting column (103 a), and the connecting shaft (103 c) is rotationally connected between the camera (101) and the fixed disc (103 b);
the connecting piece (103) further comprises a driving motor (103 d), a driving gear (103 e), a toothed ring (103 f) and a fixed ring (103 g), wherein the driving motor (103 d) is fixed at the top of the fixed disc (103 b), the driving gear (103 e) is fixed with the output end of the driving motor (103 d), the fixed ring (103 g) is mounted on the surface of the connecting shaft (103 c), and the toothed ring (103 f) is fixed with the bottom of the fixed ring (103 g) and meshed with the driving gear (103 e).
