Referring to fig. 13 and 14, in the embodiment, the conveyor 330 is horizontally disposed, and a plurality of through holes are sequentially spaced on the conveyor 330 to form a storage location 331. Eggs are placed in the through holes such that the eggs are stored in the egg storage device 300.
In some embodiments, the outer surface of the conveying belt 330 is provided with a plurality of accommodating boxes for accommodating eggs, and the accommodating boxes move along with the conveying belt 330 to form a storage location 331 on the conveying belt 330.
In this embodiment, the storage positions 331 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the conveying belt 330, and eggs can fall off from the storage positions 331 at one end of the conveying belt 330. When the conveying belt 330 moves, eggs at one end of the conveying belt 330 fall downwards onto the egg tray 340 under the action of gravity, so that the eggs are taken from the egg tray 340 for use.
When placing the egg on transmission band 330, the egg is kept away from egg support 340 according to the time of purchasing from first to last in proper order and is placed on different depositing position 331 for the egg of purchasing earlier drops on egg support 340 earlier, thereby can effectually avoid the egg of different time purchasing time to obscure, guarantees that the egg purchases earlier and uses.
The conveying belt 330 is provided with a plurality of rows of storage locations 331 at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the conveying belt 330. In this embodiment, two rows are disposed on the conveying belt 330 at intervals along a moving direction perpendicular to the conveying belt 330.
In this embodiment, when the plurality of rows of storage locations 331 are provided, after the conveyor 330 rotates, a plurality of eggs drop onto the egg tray 340 on the conveyor 330 at the same time. After the eggs are taken from the egg tray 340, when the eggs still remain on the egg tray 340, the eggs on the egg tray 340 can still be stored in the refrigerator together with the storage box 310 on the egg tray 340, and the egg tray 340 can also be used as a storage position.
Fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of an egg tray 340 according to an embodiment of the refrigerator of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5, 14 and 15, in the present embodiment, the egg tray 340 is disposed at one end of the moving direction of the conveyor belt 330, and is used for supporting eggs dropped from the storage location 331.
The egg trays 340 are housed within the storage box 310 and can be removed from the storage box 310 for cleaning and maintenance.
In this embodiment, after the egg tray 340 slides into the storage box 310 from the opening of the storage box 310, the upper and lower ends of the egg tray 340 are supported on the upper and lower walls of the storage box 310, and the egg tray 340 abuts against one side wall of the storage box 310, so as to limit the egg tray 340 in the storage box 310.
The egg tray 340 includes a supporting portion 341 and a holding portion 342, and the supporting portion 341 is made of a rigid material and abuts against the upper wall, the lower wall and one side wall of the storage box 310. The holding portion 342 is made of a flexible material and is attached to the side of the supporting portion 341 facing the transmission belt 330. The flexible material of the support portion 342 provides some cushioning to eggs falling from the conveyor belt 330 to prevent the eggs from breaking.
In this embodiment, the egg tray 340 further includes a guide portion 343, and the guide portion 343 is connected to the support portion 341 and is located above the holding portion 342. The guiding part 343 can prevent the eggs from falling from the side of the egg tray 340 facing away from the opening of the storage box 310, and has the function of blocking and limiting.
In this embodiment, the egg tray 340 extends from the top to the bottom toward the opening of the storage box 310 to guide the eggs to drop in the direction of the egg tray 340 toward the opening of the storage box 310, so that the eggs on the egg tray 340 are closer to the opening of the storage box 310, and the eggs can be taken from the egg tray 340 in the storage box 310.

The door 3211 of the rack 320 is pulled to slide the rack 320 out of the storage box 310, and the conveying belt 330 is pulled out of the storage box 310. Eggs to be newly purchased are sequentially placed on the storage positions 331 of the conveying belt 330 from the storage positions 331 close to the conveying belt 330 in a direction away from the egg tray 340. After the eggs are completely placed, the holder 320 is pushed into the storage box 310, so that the eggs on the conveyor belt 330 are held in the egg storage device 300, and the rotation shaft 360 is inserted into the driving member 350. Then, the door 200 is closed, and the eggs are stored in the refrigerator.
When eggs are needed to be used, the box door 200 is opened, the motor 380 is controlled to rotate, the motor 380 rotates to drive the conveying belt 330 to move, so that the eggs on the conveying belt 330 automatically drop on the egg support 340, and the eggs on the egg support 340 are taken out through the opening of the storage box 310 to be used. After the eggs are taken out, the box door 200 is closed.
In the invention, a plurality of storage positions 331 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the conveying belt 330, and the egg tray 340 is arranged at one end of the moving direction of the conveying belt 330; when the conveyor belt 330 moves, eggs on the storage positions 331 of the conveyor belt 330 sequentially drop on the egg tray 340 for the user to use. When placing the egg on transmission band 330, keep away from egg support 340 in proper order from earlier to back according to the time of purchasing and place on different depositing position 331 for the egg of purchasing earlier drops on egg support 340 earlier, thereby can effectually avoid the egg of different purchase time to obscure, guarantees that the egg is purchased earlier and is used, and the effectual egg of avoiding is rotten because of the time of placing overlength, guarantees the new freshness of edible egg.
The egg storage device 300 of the embodiment is not only suitable for holding eggs, but also suitable for placing eggs such as duck eggs and goose eggs.
