And the end regions of the sixth mating plate 72 adjacent to the seventh mating plate 73 are provided with mating projections 78.
When assembled, first foam element 6 is butted against second foam element 7 to form mounting cavity 40. Specifically, the first engagement plate 61 is mounted on the fourth mounting table 75, while the fifth engagement plate 71 is mounted on the first mounting table 65; the second mating plate 62 is mounted on the fifth mounting block 76 while the sixth mating plate 72 is mounted on the second mounting block 66; the third engagement plate 63 is mounted on the sixth mounting table 77, while the seventh engagement plate 73 is mounted on the third mounting table 67; the eighth mating plate 74 interfaces with the fourth mating plate 64, and the mating projections 78 fit within the mating gaps 68.
The relative positions of the first foam piece 6 and the second foam piece 7 are effectively limited under the matching action of the matching plates of the two foam pieces and the mounting table; the setting more than adopting, can accomplish the assembly with the simple butt joint of first foam spare 6 and second foam spare 7, and make first foam spare 6 and second foam spare 7 have certain joint strength, so that accomplish the cold-stored air door 14 of assembly, first foam spare 6, second foam spare 7 has certain wholeness, avoid the part to scatter, convenient follow-up cold-stored air door 14, first foam spare 6, second foam spare 7 is whole to be installed in the portion 251 of acceping, make first wind gap 60 adjacent with fan 15, second wind gap 70 is corresponding with switching wind gap 24.
It should be noted that the present invention uses the refrigeration damper 14 and the damper driving unit for driving the refrigeration damper 14 to open or close as a damper module, and then the damper module is installed in the installation cavity 40 defined by the first foam piece 6 and the second foam piece 7.
As shown in FIG. 17, the fan 15 has a rotation center O in a projection of the plane of the freezing air inlet 221The impeller diameter of the fan 15 is D. The lower boundary of the housing portion 251 (the stopper plate 253 at the lower edge of the recess portion 252) is provided as a straight line segment; accordingly, the lower boundary of the first and second foam pieces 6 and 7 where the damper fixing foam piece 4 is formed is set to be a straight line segment, which is denoted as L. From right to left, the straight line L is arranged in a downward inclination way; i.e., from the refrigerating chamber 12 toward the freezing chamber 13, the lower boundary of the damper fixing foam member 4 is disposed to be inclined downward.
About the rotational center O of the fan 151As a center of circle, with D1The circle with the diameter D + Delta D is marked as a circle O1Wherein Δ D > 0, and Δ D: d is equal to [0.4, 0.8 ]]. Wherein, the straight line L and the circle O ″, are1Tangent, i.e. the straight line L is a circle O1The tangent line of (a); i.e. the lower boundary of the damper fixing foam 4 is a circle O ″1Is cut off the line. In this embodiment, the centrifugal fan 15 throws out the airflow from the tangential direction of the centrifugal fan 15; the arrangement makes the first air port 60 on the air door fixing foam piece 4 correspond to the air flow thrown out in the tangential direction of the centrifugal fan 15, so that the blocking of the air flow is reduced, the air flow thrown out by the centrifugal fan 15 can enter the first air port 60 in a large amount, the air path can be ensured to be smooth, and the air volume maximization is realized.
In addition, the straight line L and the circle O ″1Is marked as A, wherein A is [20 DEG ], 30 DEG]In this embodiment, a is 25 °. The lower boundary straight line L of the air door fixed foam piece 4 is obliquely arranged, so that the defrosting water of the refrigerating air door 14 after defrosting flows out along the lower boundary straight line L, the refrigerating air door 14 can be dried after defrosting, and the freezing of the refrigerating inner door caused by the fact that the defrosting water is not timely discharged after defrosting is avoided.
The freezing air duct unit 2 includes an insulation board 20 disposed in the freezing air supply duct 130, and the insulation board 20 is disposed on a side of the fan 15 close to the freezing air duct cover plate 26. A freezing air duct decorating plate 28 is arranged on one side of the freezing air duct cover plate 26 far away from the freezing air duct back plate 25.
In conclusion, the switching air duct unit has fewer parts, and the assembly strength of the interior of the switching air duct unit, the assembly strength of the switching air duct unit and the freezing inner container or the assembly strength of the refrigeration inner container meet the installation requirement, so that the switching air duct unit is convenient to install; on the other hand, after the refrigerator is integrally assembled, the stability of the integral connection strength is strong under the interaction of the freezing inner container, the refrigerating inner container, the switching air duct unit and the refrigerator shell.
In addition, the refrigerating air supply duct is provided with a plurality of refrigerating air supply outlets which are arranged in parallel, so that cold air from the refrigerating air supply duct enters the refrigerating chamber layer by layer, the refrigerating air supply duct is beneficial to more uniform refrigeration of the refrigerating chamber, and the full-space cooling of the refrigerating chamber is realized.
Moreover, the freezing air duct unit is positioned at the rear side of the freezing chamber, and based on the specific design structure of the freezing air duct unit, a protruding bag structure is not required to be formed in the refrigerating chamber due to the arrangement of a refrigerating air door, and the planarization arrangement of the refrigerating air supply air duct not only increases the volume ratio, but also improves the aesthetic property; only a refrigerating air supply duct communicated with the switching duct for conveying cold air needs to be arranged on one side of the refrigerating chamber; the refrigerating chamber is simple in internal structure due to the arrangement, and the storage space of the refrigerating chamber can be increased. In addition, the refrigeration air duct unit integrally forms the accommodating part for accommodating the refrigeration air door on the back plate of the refrigeration air duct, so that the integrity of the refrigeration air duct unit is improved; in addition, the refrigeration air door is installed in the accommodating part through the air door fixing foam piece, other fixing parts are not needed, and the refrigeration air door is simple and convenient to install and disassemble.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention in other forms, and any person skilled in the art may apply the above modifications or changes to the equivalent embodiments with equivalent changes, without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, and any simple modification, equivalent change and change made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the technical spirit of the present invention.
