In order to fix the spectroscopy thermostat 200 on the rotor element 3 more firmly, the rotor element 3 is generally disposed in a ring shape sleeved outside the spectroscopy thermostat 200, and the spectroscopy thermostat 200 also passes through the support base 2, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the support base 2 is provided with a through hole 22 along a first direction, the through hole 22 is used for allowing the spectroscopy thermostat 200 to pass through the support base 2, a jackscrew hole 23 is provided through a sidewall of the through hole 22, a jackscrew (not shown in the drawings, the jackscrew may be provided with one jackscrew or provided with a plurality of jackscrews at intervals along a circumferential direction of the through hole 22) is provided at the jackscrew hole 23, and the jackscrew is used for butting against a portion of the spectroscopy thermostat 200 located in the through hole 22. This enables fine adjustment of the spectroscopic thermostat 200 in a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotor member 3 by the jackscrew.
The rotor member 3 is rotatably connected to the support base 2 along an axis in the first direction, and specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, a stator member 6 is provided on an end surface of the support base 2 in the first direction, and the rotor member 3 is rotatably mounted to the stator member 6. Wherein the stator member 6 is generally disc-shaped and the rotor member 3 is disposed within the stator member 6.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the supporting seat 2 and the stator member 6 are respectively and correspondingly provided with an arc hole 24 and a threaded hole 61, the arc hole 24 penetrates through the supporting seat 2 in the first direction and extends along the rotation direction of the rotor member 3, the supporting seat 2 and the stator member 6 are fixed together by a screw connector (not shown in the figure), the screw connector penetrates through the arc hole 24 and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 61, the screw connector is loosened and is not separated from the rotor member 3, at this time, the screw connector can move along the extension direction of the arc hole 24, that is, the stator member 6 can move and adjust along the rotation direction of the rotor member 3 relative to the supporting seat 2, so as to achieve the effect of pre-adjusting the working posture of the spectroscopic thermostat 200.
The spectroscopy thermostat 200 typically has a plurality of stations, i.e., the spectroscopy thermostat 200 has a plurality of working positions, and in the present embodiment, a positioning mechanism is disposed between the stator member 6 and the rotor member 3 for positioning the stator member 6 when the spectroscopy thermostat 200 is rotationally adjusted to a predetermined working position. This allows for precise adjustment of the operating position of the spectroscopic thermostat 200.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the positioning mechanism includes a ball spring (not shown in the drawings, the ball spring may be fixed on the fixing bracket 8) fixedly connected to the stator member 6, a plurality of limiting grooves 62 are provided on the rotor member 3 corresponding to the ball spring, and the plurality of limiting grooves 62 are arranged at intervals along the rotation direction of the rotor member 3; when the spectroscopy thermostat 200 is rotationally adjusted to a preset working posture, the ball spring is clamped with the corresponding limiting groove 62, so that the structure of the positioning mechanism is simpler. When the spectroscopy thermostat 200 is used for the first time, the position of the spectroscopy thermostat 200 is adjusted through the first adjusting unit 4 and the second adjusting unit 5, and the working posture of the spectroscopy thermostat 200 is pre-adjusted through the arc-shaped hole 24 of the supporting seat 2. If space allows the fixing device 100 for folding up the spectroscopy thermostat to be unfolded when the spectroscopy thermostat 200 is not used, the first adjusting unit 4 can be locked by the locking mechanism, and the subsequent use can be adjusted by the rotor piece 3 and the ball spring. When the second adjusting unit 5 is lifted, the operations of lowering to the working position and lifting to the waiting position can be completed only by using a small moment.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a damper 7 is connected between the support base 2 and the stator member 6, and the damper 7 can absorb the vibration of the spectroscopic thermostat 200.

Claims (10)

1. A spectroscopic thermostat fixture, comprising:
a base;
the adjusting mechanism is connected between the supporting seat and one end of the base in the first direction and used for adjusting the position of the supporting seat relative to the base in a three-dimensional space; and the number of the first and second groups,
the rotor piece is connected to the supporting seat in a rotating mode along an axis in the first direction and used for fixing the spectroscopy thermostat so as to adjust the working posture of the spectroscopy thermostat through rotation of the rotor piece.
2. A spectroscopy thermostat fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustment mechanism includes a first adjustment unit and a second adjustment unit connected, an end of the first adjustment unit remote from the second adjustment unit connecting one of the base and the support base, and an end of the second adjustment unit remote from the first adjustment unit connecting the other of the base and the support base;
the first adjusting unit is used for adjusting the supporting seat in a rotating mode along an axis in the first direction and adjusting the distance between the supporting seat and the base in a plane perpendicular to the first direction;
the second adjusting unit is used for adjusting the distance between the supporting seat and the base in the first direction.
3. A spectroscopy thermostat fixture as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first adjustment unit comprises:
the first upright post extends along the first direction, and one end of the first upright post is connected with the base;
the rotating rod extends in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, and one end of the rotating rod can be rotatably connected to one end, away from the base, of the first upright column along an axis in the first direction; and the number of the first and second groups,
the second upright post extends along the first direction, and one end of the second upright post is connected with one end, far away from the first upright post, of the rotating rod;
the second adjusting unit is rotatably connected to one end, away from the rotating rod, of the second upright column along an axis in the first direction.
4. A spectroscopy thermostat fixture as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first adjustment unit further comprises a first deadlocking mechanism and a second deadlocking mechanism;
the first locking mechanism is connected between the first upright post and the rotating rod and used for limiting the rotation between the first upright post and the rotating rod through the first locking mechanism after the position of the supporting seat is adjusted;
the second locking mechanism is connected between the second stand column and the rotating connecting portion and used for limiting rotation between the second stand column and the rotating connecting portion after the position of the supporting seat is adjusted.
5. A fixing apparatus for a spectroscopy thermostat according to any one of claims 2 to 4 wherein the support mount comprises a support mount connection adjacent the adjustment mechanism, the support mount connection extending in the first direction, the second adjustment unit comprising:
the upright rod extends along the first direction, is connected with the first adjusting unit, and is spaced from the supporting seat connecting part in a direction perpendicular to the first direction; and the number of the first and second groups,
the two cross rods are arranged in parallel in the first direction, and two ends of each cross rod are respectively rotatably connected with the vertical rod and the supporting seat connecting portion, so that the supporting seat can move in the first direction relative to the vertical rod.
6. A spectroscopy thermostat fixture according to claim 5 wherein the second adjustment unit further includes a third deadlocking mechanism for limiting rotation of the cross bar by the third deadlocking mechanism after the position of the support mount has been adjusted.
7. A spectroscopy thermostat fixing device according to claim 6 wherein the third deadlocking mechanism comprises a gas spring pivotally connected at one end to one of the cross bars and pivotally connected at the other end to one of the upright and the support pedestal connection.
8. A fixing device for a spectroscopy thermostat as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the support base is provided with a through hole extending therethrough in the first direction, the through hole being adapted to allow the spectroscopy thermostat to pass through the support base, a bolt hole extending through a side wall of the through hole, a bolt being provided at the bolt hole, the bolt being adapted to abut against a portion of the spectroscopy thermostat within the through hole.
9. A spectroscopy thermostat fixing device according to any one of claims 1-4 wherein the support base is provided with a stator member on an end face in the first direction, the rotor member being rotatably mounted to the stator member, wherein:
the supporting seat and the stator part are respectively and correspondingly provided with an arc-shaped hole and a threaded hole, the arc-shaped hole penetrates through the supporting seat in the first direction and extends along the rotating direction of the rotor part, the supporting seat and the stator part are fixed through a threaded connecting piece, and the threaded connecting piece penetrates through the arc-shaped hole and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a damping part is connected between the supporting seat and the stator part; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and a positioning mechanism is arranged between the stator piece and the rotor piece, and is used for positioning the stator piece when the spectroscopy thermostat is rotationally adjusted to a preset working posture.
10. A spectroscopy thermostat fixture as claimed in claim 9 wherein the positioning mechanism includes a ball spring fixedly connected to the stator member, the rotor member having a plurality of retaining grooves disposed thereon corresponding to the ball spring, the plurality of retaining grooves being spaced apart along the direction of rotation of the rotor member;
when the spectroscopy thermostat is rotationally adjusted to a preset working posture, the ball spring is clamped with the corresponding limiting groove.
