Claims (9)
1. The fixing device for the loading and unloading main pipe of the liquid cargo ship is characterized by comprising a fixing support and a heat insulation pipe support (3) fixed on the loading and unloading main pipe (2), wherein the fixing support comprises a lower support (1 a) fixed on a deck and an upper support (1 b) matched with the lower support (1 a), the lower support (1 a) is connected with the upper support (1 b) through bolts, and the lower support (1 a) is matched with the upper support (1 b) to form a square mounting groove for accommodating the heat insulation pipe support (3); the outer contour of the cross section of the heat insulation pipe support (3) is a regular polygon, the number of sides of the regular polygon is a multiple of four, and the outer surface of the heat insulation pipe support (3) comprises an upper horizontal plane, a lower horizontal plane, a left vertical plane and a right vertical plane; an upper limiting piece (4 a) matched with the upper horizontal surface of the heat insulation pipe bracket (3), a lower limiting piece (4 b) matched with the lower horizontal surface of the heat insulation pipe bracket (3), a left limiting piece (4 c) matched with the left vertical surface of the heat insulation pipe bracket (3) and a right limiting piece (4 d) matched with the right vertical surface of the heat insulation pipe bracket (3) are fixed in the square mounting groove; the upper limiting piece (4 a) and the left limiting piece (4 c) are arranged on the upper bracket (1 b), and the lower limiting piece (4 b) and the right limiting piece (4 d) are arranged on the lower bracket (1 a); the upper limiting piece (4 a), the lower limiting piece (4 b), the left limiting piece (4 c) and the right limiting piece (4 d) respectively comprise a first limiting plate (41) and two second limiting plates (42) arranged on the first limiting plate (41) at intervals, and the second limiting plates (42) are vertically arranged on the first limiting plate (41) and form clamping grooves used for limiting the axial movement of the heat insulation pipe support (3) in a surrounding manner with the first limiting plate (41); the first limiting plate (41) of the upper limiting piece (4 a) and the first limiting plate (41) of the lower limiting piece (4 b) are matched to limit the heat insulation support pipe (3) to move up and down, and the first limiting plate (41) of the left limiting piece (4 c) and the first limiting plate (41) of the right limiting piece (4 d) are matched to limit the heat insulation support pipe (3) to move left and right; the lower support (1 a) comprises a lower short leg (11), a lower long leg (12), a first cross beam (13) and a second cross beam (14), the lower short leg (11) and the lower long leg (12) are arranged on a deck at intervals, the lower short leg (11) and the lower long leg (12) are connected through the first cross beam (13), a first connecting plate (111) is fixed to the top of the lower short leg (11), and the mounting height of the first cross beam (13) is lower than that of the first connecting plate (111); the right end of the second cross beam (14) is fixed at the top of the lower long supporting leg (12), and the left end of the second cross beam (14) is fixed with a second connecting plate (141); the upper bracket (1 b) comprises upper short supporting legs (15) and a third cross beam (16), the left end of the third cross beam (16) is vertically fixed at the top of the upper short supporting legs (15), the right end of the third cross beam (16) is provided with a third connecting plate (161) matched with a second connecting plate (141), the bottom of the upper short supporting legs (15) is provided with a fourth connecting plate (151) matched with a first connecting plate (111), the second connecting plate (141) is connected with the third connecting plate (161) through bolts, and the first connecting plate (111) is connected with the fourth connecting plate (151) through bolts.

The fixing device for the loading and unloading main pipe of the liquid cargo ship is characterized in that the heat insulation pipe bracket (3) comprises a lower pipe bracket (3 a) and an upper pipe bracket (3 b) matched with the lower pipe bracket (3 a), semi-cylindrical grooves (31) are oppositely arranged on the lower pipe bracket (3 a) and the upper pipe bracket (3 b), and the semi-cylindrical grooves (31) are butted to form a circular mounting cavity for mounting the loading and unloading main pipe (2); a positioning ring (21) and a radial positioning piece (22) are fixed on the outer wall of the loading and unloading main pipe (2); semi-annular grooves (32) are oppositely formed in the lower pipe support (3 a) and the upper pipe support (3 b), and the two semi-annular grooves (32) are butted to form a positioning annular groove matched with the positioning ring (21); the lower pipe support (3 a) and the upper pipe support (3 b) are oppositely provided with stop grooves (33), and the two stop grooves (33) are butted to form a radial positioning groove matched with the radial positioning piece (22).
3. The fixing device for the loading and unloading main pipe of the liquid cargo ship is characterized in that the angle between the horizontal plane and the matching surface of the upper pipe support (3 b) and the lower pipe support (3 a) is 45 degrees.

The fixing device for the loading and unloading main pipe of the liquid cargo ship according to claim 2, wherein the upper pipe bracket (3 b) is provided with a first positioning protrusion, and the lower pipe bracket (3 a) is provided with a first positioning groove matched with the first positioning protrusion; the lower pipe support (3 a) is provided with a second positioning protrusion, and the upper pipe support (3 b) is provided with a second positioning groove matched with the second positioning protrusion.

A coupler assembly manifold fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a first gap adjusting plate (44) is arranged in the slot of the upper limiting member (4 a) and/or the slot of the lower limiting member (4 b), and a second gap adjusting plate (45) is arranged in the slot of the left limiting member (4 c) and/or the slot of the right limiting member (4 d).

The fixing device for the loading and unloading main pipe of the liquid cargo ship is characterized in that a clamping jaw assembly capable of being clamped on the fixing support (1) is arranged on the first limiting plate (41), the clamping jaw assembly comprises a front clamping jaw (431) and a rear clamping jaw (432) which are arranged at intervals, and the front clamping jaw (431) and the rear clamping jaw (432) are respectively spot-welded on the front side and the rear side of the fixing support (1).
9. A method of securing a tanker loading main pipe to a tanker using the securing device of claim 2 or claim 3 or claim 4 or claim 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, arranging a lower support (1 a) on a deck at the position of a loading and unloading main pipe (2), and then placing a lower pipe support (3 a) in a clamping groove of a lower limiting piece (4 b);
s2, placing the loading and unloading header pipe (2) in the semi-cylindrical groove (31) of the lower pipe bracket (3 a), aligning a positioning ring (21) of the loading and unloading header pipe (2) to a semi-annular groove (32) on the lower pipe bracket (3 a) and aligning a radial positioning piece (22) of the loading and unloading header pipe (2) to a stop groove (33) on the lower pipe bracket (3 a) during placement;
s3, mounting a pipe bracket (3 b);
and S4, installing an upper support (1 b), and fixing the upper support (1 b) and the lower support (1 a) through bolts.
