Claims (8)
1. An all-welded ball valve with a butterfly check valve function comprises a valve middle body, wherein a valve sleeve is arranged at one end of the y axis of the valve middle body, a valve rod is assembled on the inner wall of the valve sleeve, and the inner end of the valve rod extends to the interior of the valve middle body and is internally provided with a ball body;
two ends of the x axis of the sphere are respectively provided with a large-diameter through hole and a small-diameter through hole which are communicated with each other;
the inside of big footpath through-hole is equipped with check valve assembly, check valve assembly can be to the medium non return in the through-hole, check valve assembly includes the pivot, the both ends of pivot respectively with the inner of valve rod and the inner fixed connection of big footpath through-hole, the outer wall of pivot is equipped with a set of and big footpath through-hole matched with dish board.

An all-welded ball valve having a butterfly check valve function according to claim 1, wherein: the dish board is connected through self-lubricating compound copper sheathing and pivot rotation, self-lubricating compound copper sheathing is including the copper sheathing that cup joints the pivot, the outer wall of copper sheathing and the inner outer wall fixed connection of dish board, the inner wall of copper sheathing is equipped with the graphite layer.

An all-welded ball valve having a butterfly check valve function according to claim 5, wherein: the sealing assembly comprises a mounting groove, a disk spring, a sealing ring and a supporting ring for supporting the sealing ring, the mounting groove is formed in the inner side inner wall of the sleeve, the sealing ring, the supporting ring and the disk spring are sequentially assembled in the mounting groove from inside to outside, the outer wall of the inner end of the supporting ring is connected with the inner wall of the sealing ring in an inserting mode, the outer wall of the outer end of the supporting ring is attached to the outer wall of the disk spring, and the outer wall of the inner end of the sealing ring is attached to the outer wall of the ball body.

An all-welded ball valve having a butterfly check valve function according to claim 5, wherein: the valve middle body, the valve sleeve, the inlet side sleeve and the outlet side sleeve adopt an integral welding process structure, and the welding adopts submerged arc automatic welding and V-shaped welding grooves and is matched with air cooling and air cooling modes for welding.

An all-welded ball valve having a butterfly check valve function according to claim 1, wherein: the valve rod is made of ASTMA420 materials, surface tungsten carbide treatment is carried out, the surface hardness can reach HR52, the valve sleeve is made of a self-lubricating back lining PTFE metal shaft sleeve, a sealing element is arranged between the valve sleeve and the valve rod, and the sealing element is made of a perfluoro rubber sealing element.
