Lubricating oil pipe and transmission case
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of transmission cases, and particularly provides a transmission case with a lubricating oil pipe.
Background
The transmission case generally contains a large amount of friction pairs such as gears and bearings, and the friction pairs such as the gears and the bearings generate a large amount of heat in the operation process, and a lubricating system is generally required to be designed. The lubricating system provides lubrication for the gear and the bearing on one hand and takes away heat generated in the running process of the gear and the bearing on the other hand. A lubricating oil pipe with a plurality of circular oil injection holes is usually adopted in the existing gearbox to provide lubrication for the transmission case, and lubricating oil is injected to a position needing lubrication through the oil injection holes. When the lubricating oil pipe is adopted to provide lubrication for the transmission case, the structure of the oil spray hole has great influence on the lubrication effect, however, the range of the injection of the circular oil spray hole applied in the prior art is limited, and the lubrication effect in the transmission case is not ideal. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a lubricating oil pipe with a new structure of oil injection holes to overcome the above technical problems.
