The invention provides a mud wellhead cofferdam device for drilling and a construction method thereof, wherein the mud wellhead cofferdam device comprises: the cofferdam outer cylinder is vertically arranged around the slurry wellhead and is provided with a first upper opening and a first lower opening, and one side of the cofferdam outer cylinder is also provided with a slurry suction pipe flange; the inner barrel is placed in the drill hole and is provided with a second upper opening and a second lower opening, and the second upper opening of the inner barrel is connected with the first lower opening of the cofferdam outer barrel; the liquid level meter is fixed on the cofferdam outer cylinder and is arranged in the cofferdam and used for measuring the liquid level of wellhead liquid return fluid in the cofferdam; the sand pump, the pump inlet of the sand pump is connected with a pulp suction pipe, the other end of the pulp suction pipe is connected with a pulp suction pipe flange; the driver is electrically connected with the sand pump; and the controller is electrically connected with the driver and the liquid level meter. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mud wellhead cofferdam devices for drilling, in particular to a mud wellhead cofferdam device for drilling and a construction method thereof.
Background
When the hydrologic well is drilled, the liquid in the well can flow out from the wellhead to form overflow in the operations of taking down the drill bit and the drill rod. The traditional operation mode is relatively crude, the mode of slurry discharge such as drilling operation is the floor type, namely discharges the slurry produced by drilling with the drainage groove on the ground, and the slurry discharge mode has the following problems:

the liquid level meter is fixed on the cofferdam outer cylinder and is arranged in the cofferdam and used for measuring the liquid level of wellhead liquid return fluid in the cofferdam;
the sand and stone pump is characterized in that a pump inlet of the sand and stone pump is connected with a pulp suction pipe, and the other end of the pulp suction pipe is connected with a pulp suction pipe flange;
the driver is electrically connected with the sand pump;
a controller electrically connected with the driver and the liquid level meter,
the driver and the controller automatically adjust the rotating speed of the sand pump according to the liquid level of wellhead anti-liquid fluid in the cofferdam measured by the liquid level meter so as to keep suction and reverse flow balance.
Further, the cofferdam further comprises a gasket, and the gasket is arranged between the first lower opening of the cofferdam outer cylinder and the second upper opening of the inner cylinder.
Further, the bottom of the cofferdam outer cylinder is of a curved arc structure.

a transmitting module for transmitting an instruction to the driver;

the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 is vertically arranged around a mud wellhead, the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 is provided with a first upper opening and a first lower opening, and one side of the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 is also provided with a slurry suction pipe flange 5 for discharging overflowed mud outwards;
the inner cylinder 4 is placed inside the drill hole and clings to the inner wall of the drill hole, the inner cylinder 4 is provided with a second upper opening and a second lower opening, and the second upper opening of the inner cylinder 4 is connected with the first lower opening of the cofferdam outer cylinder 1.

In addition, the liquid level meter 2 is electrically connected with the controller 9, and the advantage of the arrangement is that the liquid level value of wellhead anti-liquid fluid in the cofferdam, which is measured in real time by the liquid level meter 2, can be transmitted to the controller 9, and the controller 9 can make timely control.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a pump inlet of a sand pump 6 is connected to a slurry suction pipe 7, and the other end of the slurry suction pipe 7 is connected to a slurry suction pipe flange 5.
Thus, the suction pipe flange 5 can be fixedly connected with an external suction pipe 7, and the suction pipe 7 is connected with the sand pump 6. In this way, the reverse fluid at the wellhead in the cofferdam can be pumped out by pumping the sand pump 6.
In addition, the driver 8 is electrically connected with the sand pump 6, the controller 9 is electrically connected with the driver 8 and the liquid level meter 2, and the driver 8 and the controller 9 measure the liquid level of wellhead anti-liquid fluid in the cofferdam according to the liquid level meter 2 and automatically adjust the rotating speed of the sand pump 6 so as to keep suction and reverse flow balance.
Therefore, the cofferdam is adopted to replace the floor type slurry discharging, so that the working environment of operators is optimized, and meanwhile, the well site environment is also protected; the cofferdam is sealed well, and mud cannot leak to influence the environment; a liquid level meter is arranged in the cofferdam, the liquid level in the cofferdam is detected in real time, and the rotating speed of the sand and stone pump is automatically adjusted through a controller and a driver, so that the wellhead slurry-reversing amount and the pumping amount of the sand and stone pump are kept balanced, and the slurry pumping efficiency in the cofferdam is ensured; is convenient to install and clean in different working environments.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a gasket 3 is further included, and the gasket 3 is disposed between the first lower opening of the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 and the second upper opening of the inner cylinder 4.
In this embodiment, the gasket 3 is made of a flexible material, so as to facilitate sealing and prevent the overflow of the liquid-repellent fluid. The cofferdam outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 4 are connected through a gasket 3 and a bolt; the slurry suction pipe 7 is connected with the sand pump 6 through the slurry suction pipe flange 5. The whole system is convenient to install, good in sealing, capable of preventing leakage and well protecting construction environment of a well site.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 is provided in a curved circular arc structure.
Therefore, the bottom of the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 adopts a curved arc-shaped structure, which is beneficial to chip removal work in the working process, and simultaneously, the cofferdam is convenient to clean.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the controller 9 includes:
a transmission module 91 for transmitting instructions to the driver 8;
a control module 92 for controlling the operation of the driver 8;
a memory module 93 for storing instruction information
A receiving module 94 for receiving signals of the level gauge 2 and the driver 8.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the sand pump 6 is a high-suction variable-frequency speed-regulating sand pump.
Thus, by means of the sand pump 6 for providing power for discharging wellhead reverse flow liquid, the sand pump 6 preferably employs a high suction variable frequency speed type sand pump which can balance wellhead reverse slurry volume with suction volume of the sand pump 6.
In addition, the sand pump 6 is of a movable structure, and when the sand pump is not in operation, the sand pump 6 can be placed on a trailer, and when the sand pump is in operation, the sand pump is hung on the ground through a crane.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner diameter of the cofferdam outer cylinder 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the inner cylinder 4.
