本发明公开了一种老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法,本方法在房屋檐口下制作由竖向角钢、直角支架以及水平角钢构成的钢结构平台;在钢结构平台上设置预制的钢制天沟,钢制天沟间隔设置落水管;在房屋屋面挑檐顶部设置连接防水卷材及钢制天沟内侧的镀锌钢板;防水卷材在房屋檐口采用钢压条和水泥钉固定,钢压条和水泥钉采用建筑密封胶封闭;屋面雨水通过镀锌钢板排至钢制天沟,钢制天沟内雨水通过落水管排下。本方法应用钢结构在老旧房屋檐口增加天沟,可将雨水集中到天沟内再由雨水管排下,有效避免屋面雨水的渗入,且易于施工,具有较好的耐久性。

本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法。
背景技术
目前,随着城市房屋旧改的大规模实施,涉及到的大量老旧房屋由于历史原因,设计和建造不规范、老化等问题突出。早期建造的一部分老旧住宅建筑采用无组织排水,但未设置相应的挑檐,随着屋顶混凝土楼板及其防水层的老化,屋面雨水在檐口处直接渗入外墙,进而渗入室内,给居民生活造成了很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法,本方法应用钢结构在老旧房屋檐口增加天沟,可将雨水集中到天沟内再由雨水管排下,有效避免屋面雨水的渗入,且易于施工,具有较好的耐久性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在房屋檐口下采用对穿螺栓在外墙间隔固定安装竖向角钢,通过每个竖向角钢设置位于同一水平面的直角支架,平行外墙方向设置水平角钢将每组直角支架相连形成钢结构平台;
步骤二、在竖向角钢与直角支架内设置预制的钢制天沟,钢制天沟间隔设置落水管;
步骤三、在房屋屋面挑檐顶部设置镀锌钢板,镀锌钢板一端伸入房屋屋面防水卷材下、另一端折弯后伸入钢制天沟内并与钢制天沟内侧通过建筑密封胶连接;
步骤四、房屋屋面防水卷材在房屋檐口采用钢压条和水泥钉固定,钢压条和水泥钉采用建筑密封胶封闭;
步骤五、屋面雨水通过镀锌钢板排至钢制天沟,钢制天沟内雨水通过落水管排下。
进一步,采用对穿螺栓间隔固定于外墙的竖向角钢间距为500mm。
进一步,所述镀锌钢板的厚度为0.8mm,并且伸入房屋屋面防水卷材下的长度不小于150mm。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1和图2所示,本发明老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在房屋檐口下采用对穿螺栓1在外墙2间隔固定安装竖向角钢3,通过每个竖向角钢3设置位于同一水平面的直角支架4,平行外墙2方向设置水平角钢5将每组直角支架4相连形成钢结构平台;
步骤二、在竖向角钢3与直角支架4内设置预制的钢制天沟6,钢制天沟6间隔设置落水管7;
步骤三、在房屋屋面挑檐顶部设置镀锌钢板8,镀锌钢板8一端伸入房屋屋面防水卷材9下、另一端折弯后伸入钢制天沟6内并与钢制天沟6内侧通过建筑密封胶61连接;
步骤四、房屋屋面防水卷材9在房屋檐口采用钢压条和水泥钉91固定,钢压条和水泥钉91采用建筑密封胶92封闭;
步骤五、屋面雨水通过镀锌钢板8排至钢制天沟6,钢制天沟6内雨水通过落水管7排下。
优选的,采用对穿螺栓1间隔固定于外墙2的竖向角钢3间距为500mm。
优选的,所述镀锌钢板8的厚度为0.8mm,并且伸入房屋屋面防水卷材9下的长度不小于150mm。
本方法适用性比较强,原理简单,利用成熟的钢结构技术,在老旧房屋檐口增加天沟可将雨水集中到天沟内再由雨水管排下,避免雨水渗入墙体及室内。本方法易于施工,且环保、无污染,屋面雨水有组织排放结构具有良好的耐久性。

1.一种老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法,其特征在于本方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在房屋檐口下采用对穿螺栓在外墙间隔固定安装竖向角钢,通过每个竖向角钢设置位于同一水平面的直角支架,平行外墙方向设置水平角钢将每组直角支架相连形成钢结构平台;
步骤二、在竖向角钢与直角支架内设置预制的钢制天沟,钢制天沟间隔设置落水管;
步骤三、在房屋屋面挑檐顶部设置镀锌钢板,镀锌钢板一端伸入房屋屋面防水卷材下、另一端折弯后伸入钢制天沟内并与钢制天沟内侧通过建筑密封胶连接;
步骤四、房屋屋面防水卷材在房屋檐口采用钢压条和水泥钉固定,钢压条和水泥钉采用建筑密封胶封闭;
步骤五、屋面雨水通过镀锌钢板排至钢制天沟,钢制天沟内雨水通过落水管排下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法,其特征在于:采用对穿螺栓间隔固定于外墙的竖向角钢间距为500mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的老旧房屋檐口有组织排水的维修方法,其特征在于:所述镀锌钢板的厚度为0.8mm,并且伸入房屋屋面防水卷材下的长度不小于150mm。
