Abstract

Background
At present, the traditional water intake caisson is a small water inlet window, but because the power plant expands in scale, a 600MW unit water intake is adopted, and the total net area of the water intake of the caisson is required to be not less than 112m 2 I.e. the size of the water inlet window is not less than 4m. The front wall of the caisson is provided with two layers of large water inlet windows, the rear wall is provided with a water diversion pipe faucet, and the rear side of the caisson is connected with a water taking pipe culvert. In order to ensure stable flow velocity of water, the caisson partition wall is also provided with a large water inlet window.
