Abstract
本发明公开了一种可降解防水纸及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:针叶木浆15‑25份、阔叶木浆30‑45份、PAE湿强剂1‑2份、施胶剂0.1‑0.3份、石松孢子粉1‑20份、颜填料1‑10份。通过将石松孢子粉加入到纸张制备中,提高了纸张的防水性和气液阻隔性。本发明公开的防水纸绿色环保,可完全降解,可用于包装和食品保鲜等领域,具有良好的经济社会价值。

技术领域
本发明属于纸包装技术领域,具体涉及一种可降解防水纸及其制备方法。
技术背景
随着环保“限塑”的发展,环保可降解材料成为人们关注的重点。作为四大包装材料之一,纸具有来源广泛、制备方便、价格便宜、绿色可降解等优点,是最有希望替代塑料的环保材料之一。
目前的纸包装替代塑料包装,还存在许多技术上的挑战,如原纸的防水、防油、气体阻隔等性能不佳。通常的做法是在原纸上进行PE淋膜或原纸表面涂布具有特定功能的涂料,以改善纸张的耐水性和气液阻隔性,这种做法会导致纸张的可降解性变差或不能完全降解,使纸环保材料变得不再环保。如何提高纸张的拒水性同时又不影响纸张的可降解性是当前纸包装材料需要解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可降解防水纸及其制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于:提供一种上述可降解防水纸的制备方法。
本发明通过以下方案实现:一种可降解防水纸,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:针叶木浆15-25份、阔叶木浆30-45份、PAE湿强剂1-2份、施胶剂0.1-0.3份、石松孢子粉1-20份、颜填料1-10份。
其中,所述的施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体或烯基琥珀酸酐。
所述的颜填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙、高岭土和碳酸钡的其中一种。
本发明还提供了一种可降解防水纸的制备方法,包括下述制备步骤:
(1)按配方量将针叶木浆和阔叶木浆混合,加入打浆机中加水稀释打浆,打浆度为30°SR-40°SR,得浆料;
(2)向步骤(1)所制得浆料中按配方量加入PAE湿强剂、石松孢子粉、颜填料和施胶剂,搅拌均匀形成纸浆,经造纸机网部脱水、压榨成型、真空干燥得到可降解防水纸。
本发明提供一种可降解防水纸及其制备方法,本发明制备的防水纸以植物石松孢子粉为拒水材料,与颜填料一起加入到纸张制备过程中,可以大幅提高纸张的拒水性和气液阻隔性,所用原料均为环保材料,可完全降解,产品湿强度高,防水性能好,可用于包装和食品保鲜等领域,具有良好的经济社会价值。
具体实施方式
以下具体实施案例是对本发明的进一步说明,但不对本发明造成任何限制。
实施例1
一种可降解防水纸,按下述步骤制备:
先将针叶木浆20份和阔叶木浆35份加入打浆机中加水稀释打浆、打浆度35°SR,得浆料;然后,
在该浆料中加入PAE湿强剂1.5份、烷基烯酮二聚体0.2份、石松孢子粉10份、600-800目滑石粉8份,搅拌均匀形成纸浆,经造纸机网部脱水、压榨成型,经真空干燥得到可降解防水纸1。
经检测可降解防水纸1的水接触角82,纵向抗张强度为1.62KN/m。
实施例2
一种可降解防水纸,按下述步骤制备:
先将针叶木浆25份和阔叶木浆30份加入打浆机中加水稀释打浆、打浆度40°SR,得浆料;然后,
在该浆料中加入PAE湿强剂1.5份、烯基琥珀酸酐0.2份、石松孢子粉15份、碳酸钙5份,搅拌均匀形成浆料,经造纸机网部脱水、压榨成型,经真空干燥得到可降解防水纸2。
经检测,可降解防水纸2可降解防水纸2水接触角86,纵向抗张强度为1.56KN/m。
Claims (6)
1.一种可降解防水纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:针叶木浆15-25份、阔叶木浆30-45份、PAE湿强剂1-2份、施胶剂0.1-0.3份、石松孢子粉1-20份、颜填料1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可降解防水纸,其特征在于,所述的施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体或烯基琥珀酸酐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可降解防水纸,其特征在于,所述的颜填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙、高岭土和碳酸钡的其中一种。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述的可降解防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述制备步骤:
(1)将针叶木浆15-25份和阔叶木浆30-45份混合,加入打浆机中加水稀释打浆,打浆度为30°SR-40°SR,得浆料;
(2)向步骤(1)所制得浆料中加入1-2份PAE湿强剂、1-20份石松孢子粉、颜填料1-10份和施胶剂0.1-0.3份,搅拌均匀形成纸浆,经造纸机网部脱水、压榨成型、真空干燥得到可降解防水纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可降解防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,按下述步骤制备:
先将针叶木浆20份和阔叶木浆35份加入打浆机中加水稀释打浆、打浆度35°SR,得浆料;然后,
在该浆料中加入PAE湿强剂1.5份、烷基烯酮二聚体0.2份、石松孢子粉10份、600-800目滑石粉8份,搅拌均匀形成纸浆,经造纸机网部脱水、压榨成型,经真空干燥得到可降解防水纸1。
6.根据权利要求4所述的可降解防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,按下述步骤制备:
先将针叶木浆25份和阔叶木浆30份加入打浆机中加水稀释打浆、打浆度40°SR,得浆料;然后,
在该浆料中加入PAE湿强剂1.5份、烯基琥珀酸酐0.2份、石松孢子粉15份、碳酸钙5份,搅拌均匀形成浆料,经造纸机网部脱水、压榨成型,经真空干燥得到可降解防水纸2。
