the mass ratio of the bamboo bundle A to the bamboo bundle B to the mixed solution is 75: 100, respectively; the mass ratio of the primary treated bamboo bundle A to the primary treated bamboo bundle B to the silane coupling agent solution is 100: 10;
s2, pretreatment of the thermoplastic: thermoplastic plastic (polypropylene), dibutyl phthalate, toluene diisocyanate, phthalic anhydride and an antioxidant of BASF 1010 are mixed according to a mass ratio of 100: 12: 10: 6: 5, plasticating on a torque rheometer to obtain a thermoplastic mixture; the plastication process method comprises the following steps: plasticating at 130r/min and 155 ℃ for 15 min; the mass ratio of the modified bamboo bundle A to the modified bamboo bundle B to the thermoplastic plastic mixture is 1: 1;
s3, preparing a bamboo bundle plastic-impregnated standard material: adding the thermoplastic plastic mixture obtained in the step S2 into a bin at the upper end of a continuous extruder, heating the temperature of a feeding port at the lower end of the bin to 168 ℃, horizontally feeding the modified bamboo bundles A and the modified bamboo bundles B obtained in the step S1 into a mold with heating and metering functions from one end of the continuous extruder respectively, vacuumizing the mold to-0.1 MPa, opening a valve of the feeding port, injecting the thermoplastic plastic into the mold with the temperature of 150 ℃, after the injection is completed and the impregnation is carried out for 5S, relieving the pressure, and feeding the impregnated bamboo bundles A and the impregnated bamboo bundles B out from the other end of the continuous extruder respectively to obtain bamboo bundle impregnated standard materials A and B; the sections of the bamboo bundle plastic dipping specification material A and the bamboo bundle plastic dipping specification material B are circular, the thickness of the bamboo bundle plastic dipping specification material A is 3.5mm, and the width of the bamboo bundle plastic dipping specification material A is 50 mm; the thickness of the bamboo bundle plastic-impregnated dimension material B is 5.5mm, and the width of the bamboo bundle plastic-impregnated dimension material B is 100 mm;

respectively adding the bamboo bundles A and the bamboo bundles B into the mixed solution for microwave treatment to obtain primary treated bamboo bundles A and primary treated bamboo bundles B, wherein the thickness of the bamboo bundles A is 2-3.5 mm, and the thickness of the bamboo bundles B is 3.5-6 mm;
respectively spraying the primary treated bamboo bundle A and the primary treated bamboo bundle B with silane coupling agent solution, and drying to obtain a modified bamboo bundle A and a modified bamboo bundle B;
mixing and plasticating the thermoplastic plastic, dibutyl phthalate, toluene diisocyanate, phthalic anhydride and antioxidant to obtain a thermoplastic plastic mixture;
continuously extruding the thermoplastic plastic mixture and the modified bamboo bundles A and the modified bamboo bundles B respectively to obtain bamboo bundle plastic-impregnated standard materials A and B, wherein the bamboo bundle plastic-impregnated standard materials take the modified bamboo bundles as an outer layer and the thermoplastic plastic mixture as an inner layer;
according to the method, the bamboo bundle is sequentially soaked with the plastic specification material A, the bamboo bundle is soaked with the plastic specification material B and the bamboo bundle is soaked with the plastic specification material A for paving, and then compression molding is sequentially carried out to obtain the bamboo-plastic sports floor.
