Background
Soil pressure and slurry shield are the most common construction methods in subway, railway and urban traffic at present, and in the shield subway tunnel construction, in order to make the dregs have better plasticity, substances such as water, bentonite, foam and the like need to be added into the dregs excavated on the tunnel face. Due to the existence of a large amount of additives such as water, bentonite and foam, the excavated dregs have high water content, and are often overflowed and polluted in the outward transportation process, and the abandoned dregs are easy to cause hazards such as landslide due to high water content. At present, the physical treatment mode of the residue soil with larger water content mainly comprises the steps of performing pressure-division filtration on water in the residue soil to form a mud cake through a mud compression treatment system, and then performing outward transportation.
