The domestic water is an important component of urban secondary water supply, and the safety guarantee system of domestic water at present is used for paying more attention to the water quality guarantee of cold water, and corresponding detection equipment is mature and stable; the safety guarantee of the hot water is still in a starting stage, corresponding industry standards and national standards are sequentially introduced only in 2018, the water quality detection level and means of the hot water are still immature, and matched and mature life hot water quality detection equipment is difficult to find.
The sterilization of microorganisms such as Legionella in hot water domestic water is very important, and silver ions with the concentration meeting national requirements can be released in the domestic water through a silver ion sterilizer so as to achieve the aim of sterilization. At present, the silver ion sterilizer on the market has single function and can not reflect the water quality condition in the sterilized hot water circulation system.
The water quality condition of domestic hot water can be indirectly reflected by the mode of detecting the silver ion concentration in the hot water at the silver ion sterilizer on line, however, the silver ion concentration in the domestic water is required to be limited, and the silver ion concentration at the water outlet end of the hot water system is required to be less than 0.05mg/L under the condition that the hot water system and the silver ion sterilizer work normally. Through investigation, it is found that the silver ion concentration on-line detector produced by a plurality of domestic manufacturers specially engaged in water quality detection can not ensure the detection precision when detecting the silver ion concentration in water with the concentration less than or equal to 0.05mg/L, and the imported silver ion concentration on-line detector is high in price.
